Located in Villas of Frangista, Bikini Bottom is a 4BR, 3.5BA beautifully furnished beach home, complete with a gourmet kitchen, hardwood floors throughout, granite countertops with a large island, stainless steel appliances, and two master bedrooms! The downstairs king master suite has a private sitting area and en suite bathroom with double vanities, a walk-in shower, and a separate soaking tub. Additionally, there is an upstairs king master, a guest room with a queen bed, and a guest room with a queen over-queen bunk bed with a twin trundle, sleeping up to 11 guests comfortably! When not enjoying the beach, take a stroll to the community pool only a couple of blocks away. Come have the vacation of a lifetime at Bikini Bottom! Please note that the golf cart in the garage is not available for guest use, and there is not enough space to park a vehicle; however, guests are welcome to use the beach chairs, wagon, trash can, and other accommodations in the garage.
The Villas of Frangista is a quiet, gated community with cobble stone streets, a community pool and some small ponds for the kids to fish in. Located in the heart of Miramar Beach, this community is just minutes from the sugar white sands, close to favorite local restaurants, and nearby some of the best shopping in the area. This lovely neighborhood is practically next door to the Seascape Golf Resort, which offers tee times to members of the public and has superior tennis facilities. Wander down the beach to the Whale's Tail or Surf Hut for a bite, take a dip in the lovely community pool, or catch some rays on the sugar white beaches.
*Max 2 vehicles allowed in the driveway. To maintain a beautiful neighborhood for all to enjoy, the HOA requires the following from all residents and renters: NO RV’s, buses, trailers, jet skis, boats, motorcycles, scooters, all-terrain vehicles, or go-carts are permitted in this subdivision. Parking is permitted for passenger vehicles only, in the driveway or in the garage. No parking allowed on the grass or yard. Parking on the street is not allowed whatsoever in this neighborhood, regardless of the time of day. No overflow parking is available in this neighborhood. Vehicle owners will be responsible for towing fees and HOA fines associated with exceeding the maximum number of vehicles allotted or defiance of policies.

Bikini Bottom is located about 2 miles from the Silver Sands Outlet Centers and is convenient to both the action in Destin and Grand Boulevard Towne Center with incredible eateries, upscale shopping and a park with pop up fountains at its center.
Close by is Destin Commons, a beautifully landscaped, pedestrian-friendly area and a great family venue where children will love to play in the interactive water fountains. Also for the younger guests, a nautically/pirate themed outdoor playground features a 1,750 square foot soft play area with various creatures from the sea, slides, and a treasure chest! Destin Commons also has a mini-train for the kids. Destin Commons features over 75 shops and restaurants, including Godiva Chocolates, AMC Movie Theaters and Bass Pro Shop.
If you are near Miramar Beach, the snorkelers in your group will love the new artificial reef called Dolphin Reef, deployed in 2017. Located just 685 feet straight out from the Miramar Regional Public Beach access (by Pompano Joe's), it is becoming a haven for sea life. Each of the 4 snorkeling reefs comprises 40 acres of permitted sea bottom. The Dolphin Reef is at a depth of 12-20 feet. We strongly recommend that snorkelers use a kayak, paddleboard, or other flotation device when visiting the snorkel reefs. Sea conditions can and do change quickly and often. Enjoy!

I had a fantastic stay with family at this Airbnb! The space was exactly as described — clean, comfortable, and plenty of space (7 adults and 4 kids). Check-in and check-out was a breeze. Exceptional stay! Awesome home! Had everything we needed and PLENTY of space downstairs for seating, relaxing and eating. AC worked like a champ and was so nice to come back to after the beach. Rooms were very spacious, including the bunk room. Well appointed furniture/decor all around, couch was super cozy, place was nice and clean. Master suites were awesome. Easy-ish walk to the beach (10-15mins), but would suggest a golf cart if you don’t like hoofing it in the heat. There’s a small “parking lot” for golf carts near the rental company building near the private beach entrance (not big enough for vehicles!). Community pool was at the opposite side of the neighborhood from the house, which is where the golf cart comes in handy again. Owners had a wagon, a few boogie boards?, some beach chairs, and a few toys/floats for guest use, that was very nice! We would stay here again in the future!- Reviewed On: 7/9/2025

Family beach vacation
Secure area with the incoming gate and the security. House had all amenities required for our stay. We had 4 adults and 4 kids so we prepared about half our meals at the house and the outside grill worked great. We would consider booking again in the future.- Reviewed On: 7/3/2025

This is my fourth time visiting the Destin area in two years. I love it because it’s the perfect getaway that’s not too far from Atlanta. This was the first time I used an Airbnb in Destin. I am in love with Bikini Bottom. The pics do not do the house justice. I was pleasantly surprised at how much space the main living areas had. I traveled with my mom and two daughters (18 & 20) so we needed a home that wasn’t super kiddie. The fourth bedroom was perfect even with the bunk bed which was a full size bunk bed. The decorations were beautiful in the home. We walked to the beach. It’s about a mile walk. We only carried beach bags and rented umbrellas and chairs when we got there. Next time we agreed we would rent a golf cart but we opted to drive our car to nearby restaurants. Nothing was over 15 mins away. Most places were less. We truly enjoyed our stay and will definitely stay again in the same home. I am totally saving Bikini Bottom on my wish list.- Reviewed On: 10/17/2024

Perfect for family vacation

Bikini Bottom is a large home with comfortable beds and linens. It was close to the Moon Crush venue next door to the Seascape neighborhood, very convenient to get to and from the music festival in our rented golf cart. I can recommend staying here, especially for any of the Moon Crush events..
One tip, bring toilet paper, paper towels and especially trash bags. The host is very specific about trash, trash day, what to do with the trash however, they only provided two kitchen trash bags which were tissue paper thin and spilled despite our careful efforts not to over stuff them. I have no problem bringing our own supplies, however, if the first two bags are provided and you have strict codes regarding trash, at lease leave a more durable product for guests to work with.

Our stay at Bikini Bottom with RealJoy was excellent, it was plenty of space for all 5 of us and more. The house looked exactly like the pictures, fully stocked, great location. The only thing wrong with this property is that we didn’t stay long enough. We thoroughly enjoyed our time and will be back. The pictures accurately describes the property and it looks even better in person. We loved the fire pit. The kitchen was well stocked and there was plenty of room for everyone to be together as well as have his/her own space.
The GPS turned us around initially because one side was Lakeland Dr and the other was Lake Dr but we managed to find it. We initially only received the code to the garage, but Real Joy was very responsive and we were able to get in without too much of a wait. Part of the instructions before check out is to take out the trash, but there weren’t any outside trash cans to put the trash in. Called Real Joy and they were yet again very responsive and gave us an alternative. Very pleased and can’t wait to come back.- Reviewed On: 5/1/2022

A prefect vacation
This house is just awesome (10/10) and it was super clean and had everything you can imagine for a comfortable stay. We had a group of 10 people (6 adults + 4 kids) and had enough beds for everyone. The kitchen was stacked and was in a very clean and in a safe neighborhood. It was a simple short walk from the beach. Prefect location.
