The second unit may be occupied by other guests during your stay. The dock is shared when the units are rented separately. Bella Vista may be rented together with Coastal Chateau, subject to availability. Smart home technology is used to help ensure policy compliance and may include remotely monitored thermostats, door locks, a decibel meter, and video surveillance, including the front door.


Welcome to Bella Vista, a peaceful lakeside escape located directly on the tranquil waters of Camp Creek Lake in Seacrest. This charming retreat is designed for guests who want to slow down, reconnect, and experience a quieter side of 30A. Enjoy peaceful lake views from the deck, gather around the fire pit under the stars, fishing from the dock, paddling across the lake, biking along 30A, then rinse off after a beach adventure in the outdoor shower. Inside, Bella Vista offers two bedrooms and one bathroom. This home comfortably sleeps up to 4 guests. The bright and inviting living space provides a comfortable place to gather, while the large windows and balcony allow the peaceful lake setting to become part of the experience. The master Bedroom features a Queen bed, while the second bedroom offers two Twin beds. Bella Vista offers the perfect opportunity to slow down and enjoy the simple moments of a 30A vacation. Bella Vista is ideal for a couple, small family, or friends traveling together.

Don't miss the newly opened 30Avenue for even more dining and shopping options. 30Avenue is just north of Rosemary across Hwy 98, near both Shades Sports Bar and The Donut Hole. The snorkelers in your group will love the new artificial reef called Grouper Reef, deployed in 2017. Located just 970 feet out from the Inlet Beach access, it is becoming a haven for sea life. Each of the 4 snorkeling reefs comprises 40 acres of permitted sea bottom. The Grouper Reef is at a depth of 12-21 feet. We strongly recommend that snorkelers use a kayak, paddleboard, or other flotation device when visiting the snorkel reefs. Sea conditions can and do change quickly and often. Enjoy!
