The Golf Villas at Seascape Resort is the perfect family getaway! These villas are situated in a charming, quiet community with several tennis courts and close to two of the resort pools. You can also find new pickleball courts at the Triangle Village! The spectacular amenities include 2000 linear feet of easily accessible beach with chair and umbrella rentals, on-site 18 hole golf course, on-site pools (two are seasonally heated), tennis, watersport rentals, bike rentals, or dine beachside at Whale’s Tail Bar and Grill just across Scenic Gulf Drive!
Check out Seascape Towne Center located within the Seascape Resort! Featuring shopping, dining, and entertainment, this is a 55,000sf lakeside development designed for the whole family. Your kids will love the outdoor adventure park including a ropes course, you’ll love the unique dining, nightlife and live music venues. With the large events plaza and arcade with laser tag, there’s really no need to step off the resort once you arrive!

Stop by the Grand Boulevard Town Center which is a pedestrian-friendly, shopping and dining complex just off Emerald Coast Parkway, convenient to both SanDestin and Miramar Beach. If you are near Miramar Beach, the snorkelers in your group will love the new artificial reef called Dolphin Reef, deployed in 2017. Located just 685 feet straight out from the Miramar Regional Public Beach access (by Pompano Joe's), it is becoming a haven for sea life. Each of the 4 snorkeling reefs comprises 40 acres of permitted sea bottom. The Dolphin Reef is at a depth of 12-20 feet. We strongly recommend that snorkelers use a kayak, paddleboard, or other flotation device when visiting the snorkel reefs. Sea conditions can and do change quickly and often. Enjoy!

My stay was amazing at Beachy Keen. The place was immaculate, comfortable and in a perfect location with perfect views of the lake, golf course and ocean. Parking was an ease. The pool and pickle ball courts were close and great. Restaurants in and outside of the resort were convenient with great food. The condo lives big. The king bed in the master was super comfortable. Beachy keen was perfect for our Xmas getaway, we had a beautiful view of the lake and ocean. The unit was very clean and didn’t require any toddler proofing with us having a very active 2 year old we were concerned. But once we got there we had no worries. I didn’t even have to cover any of the outlets. Love this cute unit and the improvements the owner has made since my last stay here. The area was quiet and clean. This was a gem to stay in. It fit perfectly our family of four and 2 little dogs. Everything was clean and the location was within walkable distance to the beach and strip of restaurants. This condo was very spacious, clean, and bright. It had everything we needed when away from home! A great neighborhood, it was close to a coffee shop, restaurant, bar, ocean, everything you could want in December in Florida. We did not find the heated pool, so cannot speak to that. Wonderful location. Beautiful course with easy beach access. Located in a quiet residential area. Pleasant balcony for relaxing. Nice sized rooms and spacious living and kitchen areas. Loved the welcome with the music and lighting. Smaller bedroom didn’t have an overhead light to the switch. No dedicated comforter for couch pull out.
