Beachwood Villas 6D- Beach Time Oasis

The space was great, the location was perfect. There wasn't much for cooking. Especially if you were making a LCB. But otherwise it was great!

We enjoyed our long weekend in Santa Rosa Beach. The location was great, it’s a very easy walk to the beach and several restaurants. We spent a lot of time in Seaside which was about 1.5 miles down the road. The rental worked well for us and we didn’t have any problems.

This was hands down my best airbnb experience to date. Its the little things that make such a huge difference..the sheets were clean clean, extra towels, when we walked in the air smelled so fresh and nice (there was an air purifier), there were no leftover condiments or groceries from previous guests (I think some hosts think this is helpful for incoming guests but it's a pet peeve of mine from a hygiene and safety standpoint). The proximity to the beach was the cherry on the top. Literally a 5 minute walk. I will definitely book again AND I will refer guests visiting the Emeral Coast.

Very easy to access to the beach. Very clean. Very quiet and nice. 100% recommend. Will come again. They are building a handicap accessible ramp to the beach minutes walk away.

Great location! Easy beach access right across the street. Can sleep 5 but not really room to put stuff for 5 people. We only had two people and it was perfect. Kitchen has all dishes/pans that might be needed but would have appreciated small cooking necessities such as salt, pepper, oil. Quick and easy communication with property manager and was very pleased with the beach access, easy parking, view of interior courtyard, tennis, and laundry facilities.

What a lovely place and only a short walk to the beach! Everything was as described and very clean. The kitchen and bathroom were well stocked and the kitchen was large enough that we weren't tripping over each other.
We stayed with our daughter and her friend, so the bunkbeds were perfect for the girls. Wish we could have stayed longer but we were just there for a short trip to the beach on our way back home.
The beach access was just a short walk across the street and down a well-maintained boardwalk.

I was looking for a quick getaway before school started back with my teenagers….this was the perfect place!!! Just a few minute walk across the street to the beach where we enjoyed the most beautiful crystal clear water, the view was just breathtaking!! For dinner we enjoyed a short walk to Seaside circle at night…it was so convenient and so many options!! I can’t say enough about our experience other than…we will definitely be back!!

The condo could use more kitchenware. It would be nice to supply the condo with coffee filters - especially for a short stay. We have been staying at Beachwood for years and found it extremely frustrating finding a spot on the beach that was not blocked off for private use. It’s very sad what is happening to Seagrove.

Very clean condo with beautiful, new furnishings. Beds and furniture were all very comfortable and perfect for our family of 4. The walk to the beach was easy and only a few minutes away. The pool is right around the corner from the condo. We also could easily walk to a number of good restaurants. Would definitely recommend! One of the cleanest and best furnished rentals we have ever stayed!
