Beachwood Villas is tropically landscaped, low-rise complex on Hwy 30A in Seagrove Beach. Complex amenities include: 2 Pools (one seasonally heated), lighted tennis courts, shuffleboard, kids play area, and multiple grilling and picnic spots! Also, many local area eateries such as Cafe 30a, Angelina's, and Dough Sea Dough Donuts are nearby- not to mention, Seaside is a short 1.5 miles drive or bike ride away!

Area Attractions:

Seaside is a fantastic destination, most widely known for being featured in the Truman Show with Jim Carrey. Its incredible architecture has helped to make it famous but also its faithful replication of the kind of seaside town that used to be common up and down the coast. Seaside has its own Farmer's Market, post office, Repertory Theater and neighborhood school. It boasts unique shopping, fantastic cuisine and the incredible architecture that makes Seaside famous. There are activities for everyone; kayak rentals, bike rentals, paragliding, fishing, golfing, hiking, swimming, tennis -- you'll find it all right here.

30A is a fantastic destination, the beaches are some of the world’s best with sugar white sand and emerald green waters. You will find plenty of beach accesses along a 17 mile stretch of Santa Rosa Beach. It boasts unique shopping, fantastic cuisine and the incredible architecture that makes 30A famous, there are activities for everyone; kayak rentals, bike rentals, paragliding, fishing, golfing, hiking, swimming, tennis -- you'll find it all right here.

The snorkelers in your group will love the new artificial reef called Sea Turtle Reef, deployed in 2017. Located just 783 feet out from the Grayton Beach State Park access, it is becoming a haven for sea life. Each of the 4 snorkeling reefs comprises 40 acres of permitted sea bottom. The Sea Turtle Reef is at a depth of 12-19 feet. We strongly recommend that snorkelers use a kayak, paddleboard, or other flotation device when visiting the snorkel reefs. Sea conditions can and do change quickly and often. Enjoy!

We stayed a week and enjoyed our stay. We were very nervous about coming because there was a hurricane in the Gulf which ended up not even affecting the area we stayed. We decided to add a few days to our stay since the hurricane was heading to our hometown, Savannah Ga. Realjoy promptly answered our request and was able to accommodate the extra days. Beachwood Villas 12C was a short walk to the beach, about 7-10 minutes and you’re at the waters edge. Super comfy beds, enough linens, starter pack of toiletries and kitchen supplies. It’s on the 3rd floor so there’s quit a few steps which was clear in the ad but worth a mention to others.

We had a GREAT stay in this apartment! We had 5 adults and 3 kids and there was plenty of space to sleep and hang out. This apartment is up on the 3rd floor, so the extended balcony overlooking the pool was a nice treat. The pool was heated so our kids swam every day and it was only March! The apartment was cleaned and looked as pictured. Everything was stocked as mentioned, and there were even games and books available. We had trouble with a sink clogging and their on-site management came and took care of it during our stay. We would definitely recommend this apartment!

My family and I really enjoyed Beachwood Villas C12. Check-in and check-out were easy, the space was clean and well stocked. Location and place as described, short walk to crosswalk across 30A and path to beach. We thought the complex itself was showing its age a little bit but the unit was very nice and updated. It had everything you would need to cook meals, beach chairs, linens, some games and books for rainy days. Believe it to be a good value, had a nice view of the pool and a good location relative the beach and surrounding area for a getaway. The host was responsive to inquiries and overall we had a good experience.

A wonderful community and apartment in a lovely part of the coast. Great value for a perfectly adequate place for my family of four. We used all of the amenities: pool, tennis, shuffle-board. A short walk to the beach with a convenience store or rental company right next door.

This home looks just like the pictures. The bedrooms are a little smaller than the picture especially the children's room. This unit has all the kitchen appliances you can think of to feel right at home. They have 4 beach chairs, 2 tents, beach paddle ball, and other beach toys for kids. The home was very clean and plenty of white towels. Parking is close and grills right outside on the main level for grilling. It can get a little noisy after 9 pm as the kids & adults every night have a pool party. Its very bareable. The patio is large overlooking the pool. Decor is so beachy. This was a great stay.

We had a nice stay. Great location and easy 5 min walk to beach access. We rented bikes right next to the condo at Butterfly rentals and biked a lot of places. We would stay here again.

We had a good stay despite the corona virus scare.
I would inform where to dispose of the trash a bit better, but I found it after walking around in the back. And the can opener was not functioning and I purchased one and left there for the next guest :)
I moved the picture/painting from under the bed to inside of the closet that we did not use, so the kids wouldn’t mess with it. In case you were wondering ...thanks for everything!
