Step inside to a bright, open living space with vaulted ceilings, a beautifully equipped kitchen, and a spacious island, perfect for gathering. Unwind in the master suite, featuring a king bed, a cozy second bedroom with a twin-over-queen bunk bed, or relax on two sleeper sofas, comfortably hosting up to 8 guests. Start your mornings sipping coffee on the screened front porch, listening to the gentle sound of waves beneath the shade of beautiful live oaks. Whether you’re here for beachside relaxation, adventure, or both, Beachwood Bliss is your home away from home!

Kokomo Cove is a charming, upscale neighborhood in Crystal Beach, FL, known for its tranquil atmosphere and prime location near the Gulf of Mexico. This picturesque community features beautiful coastal-style homes, lush landscaping, and private beach access just a short stroll away. Residents and visitors enjoy the peaceful, family-friendly environment while being close to Destin’s top dining, shopping, and entertainment options. With its blend of relaxation and convenience, Kokomo Cove offers the perfect retreat for a laid-back beach getaway.

Close by is Destin Commons, a beautifully landscaped, pedestrian-friendly area and a great family venue where children will love to play in the interactive water fountains. Also, for the younger guests, a nautically/pirate-themed outdoor playground features a 1,750 square foot soft play area with various creatures from the sea, slides, and a treasure chest! Destin Commons also has a mini train for the kids. Destin Commons features over 75 shops and restaurants, including Godiva Chocolates, AMC Movie Theaters, and Bass Pro Shop.

If you are near Miramar Beach, the snorkelers in your group will love the new artificial reef called Dolphin Reef, deployed in 2017. Located just 685 feet straight out from the Miramar Regional Public Beach Access (by Pompano Joe's), it is becoming a haven for sea life. Each of the 4 snorkeling reefs comprises 40 acres of the permitted sea bottom. The Dolphin Reef is at a depth of 12-20 feet. We strongly recommend that snorkelers use a kayak, paddleboard, or another flotation device when visiting the snorkel reefs. Sea conditions can and do change quickly and often. Enjoy!

The home was nice. Had a lot of space in the living area and main bedroom. It was clean and had everything you could need. The one disappointment was the yard. Advertised as fenced in, but it was not completely fenced in so we had to be careful with the dogs outside.

Our stay was lovely. The hosts were attentive but we never needed assistance. Everything was as described and it was great! Not far from the beach. Good supplies and not a long departure list. This was a wonderful stay for 2 middle aged moms.

Lovely home on a nice quiet street. Beach access was convenient and good location overall to shopping and restaurants. The beds were super comfortable and the home is in very good shape and clean, despite being a pet friendly property, which you don’t always see a lot on the rental programs. I found the property management company easy to work with as well. No complaints- no problems! We thoroughly enjoyed our stay here and would rent this property again.

5,6,7,8,9, 10 stars as far as I'm concerned. First, there is construction of a new house next door. They were working on siding and we barely heard a sound. Looks like they are going to start working on the interior stuff so you shouldn't hear much at all. As soon as you turn off the highway the neighborhood itself was beyond any expectation I had. People were walking and riding bicycles waving as we passed. We drove around just to house watch.. as I call it. TREES... YES. The trees on the property are amazing. The hurricanes have caused them to look like 25' bonsai forest. The brick patio with fire pit in the back yard for when you just want to relax. Now the house itself. A beautiful chic beach style cabin. It felt like I was in a remote island all to ourselves. The driveway has a tree with trunk taking part of the edge...a little annoying when pulling in but definitely not a deal breaker, unless you're driving a dually pickemup truck. I would definitely stay here again. Thank you. Jeronimo Orona P.S. when we left all we had to do was remove bedding, take out trash to trash bin and load/start dishwasher.

We enjoyed our stay here! Everything was amazing, the trees and foliage in the yard, the lot space, and the ammenities! we were within a 10 minute walk to the beach. the location was great and easy to maneuver around. we enjoyed being in a slow neighborhood and being close enough to main road for shopping. the host was prompt when I was struggling to find the beach access gate! thank you for offering gem of a spot to land!

The pictures really don’t do the home justice in person. It was beautiful and well adaptable for our family and pups. Easy walk to the beach and outdoor seating at the house was a hit (just dont forget your bug spray).
