As you enter, you’re welcomed by a dining area that flows seamlessly into a spacious kitchen overlooking the tranquil lake. The kitchen opens to a cozy living room featuring a sleeper sofa, large TV, and plenty of space to relax. A convenient half bath is located on the main level. Step outside to your private patio—an ideal spot for grilling, outdoor dining, or simply unwinding by the water (and even casting a line). Upstairs, the primary suite features a king bed, serene lake views, and a private en-suite bathroom with a walk-in shower. The second bedroom is perfect for families or friends, offering two twin beds with a pull-out trundle and its own bathroom with a tub/shower combo. A washer and dryer are also located on this level for added convenience. Beachwalk Villas are located on the waters of Horseshoe Lake and on the beach side of the Sandestin Golf and Beach Resort. Beachwalk Villas are two-story villas that have private patios overlooking the lake. You will love the beautifully landscaped lakefront pool area that's accessible by boardwalk, and you'll have fishing right out your back door. Enjoy the easy-going charm of Beachwalk Villas within walking distance of the Market Shops, which showcase dining and entertainment options for the whole family.

Sandestin Golf and Beach Resort's 2400 acres offer: 72 holes of golf, pools, tennis courts, a full-service spa and fitness center, ziplining, a marina with jet ski and kayak rentals, and boat parking can be arranged with Baytowne Wharf for an additional charge. Find an amazing array of things to do at Baytowne Wharf. The snorkelers in your group will love the new artificial reef called Seahorse Reef, deployed in 2017. Located just 715 feet out from the Topsail Hill Preserve State Park access, it is becoming a haven for sea life. Each of the 4 snorkeling reefs comprises 40 acres of permitted sea bottom. The Seahorse Reef is at a depth of 13-18 feet. We strongly recommend that snorkelers use a kayak, paddleboard, or other flotation device when visiting the snorkel reefs. Sea conditions can and do change quickly and often. Enjoy!
