We enjoyed the condo and the neighborhood. We had a nice walking path to walk our dog. Many restaurants were in walking distant. Our dog is older so the stairs were hard to maneuver, but that was the only issue. We will be back.

We love the Sandestin area near Destin on Miramar Beach and near Santa Rosa. Accomadations were great with beautiful view overlooking Horseshoe Lake. We saw herons, turtles,ducks and, of course, lizards. The patio is nicely shaded under a tree. It’s getting harder for me to do stairs, but honestly wasn’t bad. The ONLY thing I might suggest to owners is to put a higher toilet downstairs like they have upstairs or at least a handicap bar to help my older knees. Otherwise we thoroughly enjoyed our stay as did our friends who joined us for 1 night there.

Bed comfortable, linens soft. Everything was super clean. Decor is nice. Kitchen has blender, toaster, pretty much anything you need to cook.
Clear instructions. Responsive and friendly host. Great location, walking distance to beach and shopping.

Greatly enjoyed our stay including the once a century snow! This townhouse is roomy and quiet. Nice view over the lake. Super convenient. Walk to several great restaurants. Very dog friendly with lots of walking areas.

This condo was super cute, had a beautiful view from downstairs patio, and clean The twin bed mattress would benefit from an upgrade. The location requires a car to access any of the resort amenities if outside business hours, and it is close the beach. There is a tram and shuttle bus service that runs on a 30 min loop. The management company, Forever Rentals, was responsive and made check in and check out process easy. Overall I would stay there again.

We've made going to a beach something we do each year now since our kids are grown. I literally booked this place about a week out from our planned departure because it seemed like a convenient location for us to be able to just relax at the beach plus it was pet friendly for our Frenchie. I didn't realize at the time of the booking it was located inside Sandestin Resort, which was a nice plus. My wife is a native Floridian and myself had lived there for 10yrs prior to our move north, so were very familiar with the Gulf Coast Beaches from Clearwater south to Marco Island and always compared everything to those beaches. I must say the Emerald Coast Beaches there at Sandestin definitely rank right up there with some of the Gulf beaches I mentioned earlier. The condo was fully furnished so we ate in everyday except one. For us it was a simple less than 5hr drive, so we definitely will be Back to that area again for beach relaxation and will most likely look up Jilenna as a host again.

Overall the property is very good. I had a few issues that were handled quickly. The guest bedroom bath needs a much better curtain rod. I suggest one of the curved ones.

Close to the beach and pool. We used the tram to take us to Baytown Warf and walked to the Italian restaurant near the townhouse. They have great food and atmosphere. Everything was perfect.

Jilenna’s property was the perfect spot for our family of 5! We felt safe in a beautiful and private location. The beach is a quick walk but we took our car each time we went since it was in the 90’s. We all fit comfortably in this 2 bedroom unit. Bath towels were plenty and the beds were comfortable too. Our kids walked around the property with no issues. There are
restaurants a few steps (Maple Street Biscuit, etc). Walmart and Publix were right down the road. Since it was during the Pandemic, restaurants were short-staffed and had long wait times and we felt safer eating at the place. Her kitchen is well equipped. Jilenna was very good in communicating as well. A golf cart would have been nice but it wasn’t a dealbreaker.
Highly recommend! We will return!

The pictures do not do this place justice! My husband and I were shocked at how big it was when we first walked in. Plus, lots of closets for storage and everything was super clean! Great neighborhood, and we LOVED the pool! Totally recommend!

The resort is on a very nice stretch of beach. There are pools in the neighborhood for some freshwater swimming. Golf is a major part of this resort. The gated entrance and age restrictions keep the place fairly quiet. Many people took advantage of the bicycle rentals.

We enjoyed our stay at Jilena’s place. The townhouse is lovely and was equipped with everything we needed. The communication was quick and the townhouses looks exactly like the pictures. We had a great stay and totally recommend it.

Very clean with plenty of utensils to cook. Lovely view of the pond in the back. Close to the beach - enjoyed early morning walks on the beach everyday. Comfortable beds and quick response from Jilenna with any questions or concerns I had. Enjoyed staying here for 6 nights and hope to come back here in the future.

The Sandestin area (and the Beachside area specifically where the condo is located) is both beautiful and peaceful. We enjoyed our daily walks along the golf course and the beach was a 5-10 minute walk away (or short bus ride). Also, everything you need (grocery, restaurants, yoga studio, fitness, etc) is really close and convenient.

We visited for a couples' getaway. Our group had two couples but the house could have comfortably accommodated three couples. Upon entering the house, we were welcomed with a fresh scent and clean surroundings. The bathrooms and bedrooms were stocked with linens and the kitchen was reasonably stocked with cookware and utensils.
I really love the location and easy access to the beach. The tram was a nice transportation option but our morning walk to the beach was wonderful. The joggers, bikers and other walkers were very kind. We didn't have time to take advantage of the free activities included in the price but it was a nice perk.
I visit Sandestin at least once a year and I've always stayed on the village side of the resort. But in the future, I'm going to check availability on this house first!

My family really enjoyed our stay at Something Better in Sandestin. The beds were very comfortable and the furnishings evoked a calm, beach-like feel. The staff at the rental company was very helpful and readily available for any questions. The villa was a short drive to the beach with no problems parking in the lot provided. The patio out back was nice and steps away from a lagoon which provided an exotic atmosphere. We were pleased with the whole experience.

All was found generally in order and clean and as presented. We enjoyed our stay - peaceful back patio, comfortable and tasteful accommodations. If anything could be better, more attention to cleanliness of master shower, provision of a reasonable amount of kitchen detergents and paper produces and toilet paper and hand soap in bathrooms (we had to purchase these) could be paid. Otherwise, delightful place and visit.

Thank you Richard for staying with us. We offer returning guest the happy guest perk with one additional fun pass when you book with us again. We always have the units with a start up package with fresh toilet paper, trash liners, dishwasher packet, one roll of paper towels and mini soap and shampoos in the bathrooms. It is not a common practice with any vacation rental company to keep these items stocked daily and up to the guest to buy what they need if they run out.

We had never been to the Florida coast before and didn't know what to expect. It was nice to have the fun pass added which gave us a few options at a discount. The place was great. We had a bed for everyone to sleep in and it was quiet when we tried to sleep. They provided tram passes but we were close enough to the beach to walk (half mile ish). I would come back to this rental again!
