This amazing 3BR/2BA condo boasts a bright white kitchen with stainless-steel appliances, and a large balcony where you can chase the sunset! With a king bed in the master bedroom, a queen in the guest bedroom, and two full beds in the other guest bedroom, this condo comfortably sleeps up to 6 beachgoers. Snowbird Season runs November thru February, on a monthly basis. To prepare a qualified quote, select your arrival date (must be the 1st day of the month) and the departure date (must be the 1st day of the month). Alternate dates must be pre-approved. All monthly rentals are subject to an additional $150 cleaning fee. Please contact us with your interest and to further assist!

Beach Access Loocations:
One at the end of San Roy Rd and the other at Walton Dunes Access. Beach service is available at Walton Dunes Access. We do not recommend using the beach access by building 6 due to the security guard posted by Sugar Dunes and the private homes. Guests should be made aware that this access is intended solely for reaching the Gulf. To set up on the beach, they will need to walk west past the private homes or east past Sugar Dunes.

There is a beach trolley that runs from Spring Break to Sept 15th, every 10-15 minutes throughout the day from 9-4 pm. Walton Dunes Public Beach Access is the only access that offers beach chair service.

AREA ATTRACTIONS: 

Seaside is a  short drive away and is most widely known for being featured in the Truman Show with Jim Carrey. Its incredible architecture has helped to make it famous but also its faithful replication of the kind of seaside town that used to be common up and down the coast. Seaside has its own Farmer's Market, post office, Repertory Theater and neighborhood school. It boasts unique shopping, fantastic cuisine and the incredible architecture that makes Seaside famous, there are activities for everyone; kayak rentals, bike rentals, paragliding, fishing, golfing, hiking, swimming, tennis -- you'll find it all right here.

The Big Chill offers something for folks of all ages and tastes, from tacos and tequila, to wings, burgers and shakes, a stop here is quick, tasty and convenient, and comes with a side of entertainment at the outdoor amphitheater. It's a great place to catch a concert, sporting event, or a movie on the lawn. 

The snorkelers in your group will love the new artificial reef called Sea Turtle Reef, deployed in 2017. Located just 783 feet out from the Grayton Beach State Park access, it is becoming a haven for sea life. Each of the 4 snorkeling reefs comprises 40 acres of permitted sea bottom. The Sea Turtle Reef is at a depth of 12-19 feet. We strongly recommend that snorkelers use a kayak, paddleboard, or other flotation device when visiting the snorkel reefs. Sea conditions can and do change quickly and often. Enjoy!

We had a great stay over the long weekend. Easy walk or cart ride to and from the beach. Pool was heated to the perfect temp. Great location and easy to find things to do nearby. We’ll be back!

A sweet beach stay -
Pros - close by the beach
Very quiet and well maintained area
Easy to contact host and they were quick to fix any issues we had during our stay
Everything was clean and well maintained
Cons - the closest beach is private so the nearest public beach is about a ten minute walk. Also the public beaches are wedged on either side by private beaches, so you have to be careful where you set up. However the host does provide a golf cart with a driver from 9am-4pm
The condo is on the third floor with two flights of stairs, and would be difficult to access with mobility issues
All in all, a very pleasant stay

Enjoyed our stay. Surprised to find a keurig and hair dryers in the bathrooms. These items were not listed. This place is well equipped with kitchen supplies. It was really very complete.

One week wasn't enough

Everything was exactly as the photos showed-clean, comfortable, and stocked with the essentials needed for a great stay. The walk to the beach is quick and easy. Lots to do nearby. My kids loved the location as well.

Easy beach access! We have very small children so going to the store or to nearby restaurants required driving, but if kids can ride a bike you are good to ditch the car all week…except for grocery store runs. Easy check-in and check-out. Ensure you know the WiFi password prior to getting anywhere near the area. Verizon is unworkable and finding the password in check-in instructions (online) was a nightmare. Not the fault of the property owners.
