Welcome to your getaway at Beachside Villas 832 a 3-bedroom 2.5-bath condo. This fabulous condo with access to community pools, lighted tennis courts, shuffleboard, and a grilling area and is 200 yards from the beach. Prepare anything from your morning coffee to your dinner in the well-equipped kitchen. With a king bed in the master bedroom, 2 double beds in guest bedroom 1, and a twin and double bed in guest bedroom 2, this condo sleeps up to 8 guests comfortably. Relax on the 3rd floor of this low-rise complex overlooking the grassy knoll. Come make long-lasting memories at Beachside Villas 832!

Beach Access Loocations:
One at the end of San Roy Rd and the other at Walton Dunes Access. Beach service is available at Walton Dunes Access. We do not recommend using the beach access by building 6 due to the security guard posted by Sugar Dunes and the private homes. Guests should be made aware that this access is intended solely for reaching the Gulf. To set up on the beach, they will need to walk west past the private homes or east past Sugar Dunes.

There is a beach trolley that runs from Spring Break to Sept 15th, every 10-15 minutes throughout the day from 9-4 pm. Walton Dunes Public Beach Access is the only access that offers beach chair service.

AREA ATTRACTIONS: 

Seaside is a short drive away and is most widely known for being featured in The Truman Show with Jim Carrey. It's incredible architecture has helped to make it famous but also its faithful replication of the kind of seaside town that used to be common up and down the coast. Seaside has its own Farmer's Market, post office, Repertory Theater, and neighborhood school. It boasts unique shopping, fantastic cuisine, and the incredible architecture that makes Seaside famous, there are activities for everyone; kayak rentals, bike rentals, paragliding, fishing, golfing, hiking, swimming, and tennis -- you'll find it all right here.

The Big Chill offers something for folks of all ages and tastes, from tacos and tequila to wings, burgers, and shakes, a stop here is quick, tasty, and convenient, and comes with a side of entertainment at the outdoor amphitheater. It's a great place to catch a concert, sporting event, or a movie on the lawn. 

The snorkelers in your group will love the new artificial reef called Sea Turtle Reef, deployed in 2017. Located just 783 feet out from the Grayton Beach State Park access, it is becoming a haven for sea life. Each of the 4 snorkeling reefs comprises 40 acres of permitted sea bottom. The Sea Turtle Reef is at a depth of 12-19 feet. We strongly recommend that snorkelers use a kayak, paddleboard, or other flotation device when visiting the snorkel reefs. Sea conditions can and do change quickly and often. Enjoy!

We had a great stay! The place was super clean and felt very home-y. We didn’t feel like we had to walk on eggshells like some airbnbs. The beach was a quick walk - and I definitely mean quick because we had 5 kids under 8 with us.
Few notes:
- there’s only one roll of paper towels which wasn’t a big deal because they can be purchased in singles
- there weren’t additional garbage bags, and with a group of 8 for 5 days that definitely wasn’t enough so we had to buy a box of garbage bags and bring them home with us
- same thing with laundry detergent; there is none provided which is standard, but heads up to bring your own. There is also a musty smell from the wash machine but it doesn’t translate to your clothes!
- this location is not really walkable to any nightlife, coffee/food. It’s definitely not in the middle of action but more secluded, which was great for us but just a tip
- we left some kids toys for future travelers!
We will definitely stay here again for an adult trip!

We had a great stay. It was just my wife and I, but the three bedrooms offer plenty of extra room for families. The unit was very clean, and the host was easy to reach. While there is another building directly in front, the views of the ocean are still great.

Loved our stay here.
+ The location to the beach was incredible - 3 minute walk & toes are in the sand. Have to walk a short ways down the beach to get out of "private" zones, but totally worth it because Eastern Lake comes out & creates an amazing play zone. Ocean & waves on one side, calm waters on the other. There are two rinsing stations as you walk back so you can de-sand effectively. We also took a lot of walks around the neighborhoods surrounding, nice area to explore.
+ The unit was very clean. We had no issues with the cleanliness. The kitchen & bathrooms were very clean, which are my top spots. The beds & furniture were also clean.
+ The value is amazing. Getting a unit that had enough space for our family of 6 (kids ranging from 6 to 16) this close to the beach, so close to the amenities of 30A, with an ocean view at this price was pretty wonderful.
2 things we would have liked:
Rugs in the common areas to help dampen sounds & keep the sand at bay & also comfier beds.

My family and I had a short stay there for our kid’s late birthday celebration. We absolutely loved the location given that it was a short walk to the beach and we could also, see the beach from our balcony. My son also loved that there was a pool. The home was very beautiful as well as the surroundings. It was spacious enough to accommodate my family. I definitely plan to visit again!

Quite & spectacular sunsets-we enjoyed our stay here. Real Joy was a great company to rent from, they were very helpful & had good customer service which is rare these days. I could actually get someone on the phone if I called into their office. Beach chairs & beach toys were provided with this unit, which was very much appreciated. The view was beautiful from this unit being able to see the ocean, and there was a close beach access, however from that access we could not set up on the beach and we had to walk quite a bit in the sand with a toddler to set chairs up on a non private part of the beach. No fault of the rental company or owner of this unit, apparently just crazy beach rules/zoning on 30A by the private beach owners that I honestly don't really understand. Good news was that the unit had a very good shuttle service to a public beach access and area which was fine for the long weekend that we were there. Close to Florida Fish house restaurant, also beautiful-but not a fan!
