To prepare a qualified quote, select your arrival date (must be the 1st day of the month) and the departure date (must be the 1st day of the month). Alternate dates must be pre-approved. Located on the third-floor corner unit, you will find that at Sweet Spot, you have some of the best views in Seagrove! The master bedroom offers a King Bed, and a flat screen TV, a private bathroom and a view of the ocean from your bed. The second guest bedroom offers a Queen Bed as well as a Smart TV. The third guest bedroom offers a Full and Twin Bed and a flat screen Smart TV, allowing the condo to spaciously sleep up to 7 guests.

Well-furnished and amply supplied, the kitchen has stainless-steel appliances, filtered water, and a spacious pantry with everything you need to prepare your favorite meals. The dining area has seating for eight, and the living room boasts large comfortable furniture to enjoy conversation or watch TV on the new 42” flat screen Smart TV. Sweet Spot is near the beach and offers some amazing amenities: Two community pools (one heated), tennis courts, and shuffleboard for you to enjoy during your stay! There is also a golf cart trolley to/from the beach available for our guests at Beachside Villas from March through October. Located in Seagrove Beach, Beachside Villas is one of the many hidden gems on the beaches of South Walton. This recently updated condo is located near the primary beach access for the complex and just steps away from the rest that Beachside Villas has to offer. The complex also boasts tennis and shuffleboard courts and a clubhouse that can be reserved for group functions. Saturday to Saturday rental.

Seagrove Beach is "in the middle of it all" that Scenic 30A has to offer! Of course, the beautiful beaches are the top attraction, but Seagrove is also home to 2 coastal dune lakes (Eastern Lake and Deer Lake) that are perfect for kayaking, paddle boarding, and eco-sploring. Just like the rest of 30A, Seagrove is also home to many locally owned restaurants showcasing the local catch, boutique and specialty shopping venues, several golf courses are nearby, and the convenience of a full-service Publix (grocery) store is tucked away behind the lush greenery the community has to offer. If all the above is not enough, then Destin, which is known as "the world's luckiest fishing village," is just about 20 miles to the west.

Beach Access Locations:
One at the end of San Roy Rd and the other at Walton Dunes Access. Beach service is available at Walton Dunes Access. We do not recommend using the beach access by building 6 due to the security guard posted by Sugar Dunes and the private homes. Guests should be made aware that this access is intended solely for reaching the Gulf. To set up on the beach, they will need to walk west past the private homes or east past Sugar Dunes.

Beach Trolley: There is a beach trolley that runs every 10-15 minutes throughout the day from 9-4 pm. Walton Dunes Public Beach Access is the only access that has a beach chair service

Beachside Villas in Seagrove Beach is a low-density complex located in a quiet area south of 30A, just 1 block from Eastern Lake, and offers three great beach options nearby. Eastern Lake Public Beach is located at the end of San Roy Rd, only 1200 ft from Beachside Villas. There is a seasonal golf cart trolley that will take guests to this beach. Sugar Dunes Boardwalk near Building 6 offers beach access over the dunes. Sugar Dunes Beach even offers paddle boarding, beach chairs, kayaks, waterboards, bonfire services, and more available for purchase by Spyglass. Walton Dunes Public Beach is located at the end of Beachfront Trail. Community amenities include 2 pools, lighted tennis courts, shuffleboard, BBQ grilling areas, and a lakeside deck. Many fabulous area restaurants are nearby, such as Cafe 30a, Angelina's, The Perfect Pig Gourmet Market, and Old Florida Fish House. Find your perfect beach vacation at Beachside Villas.

This charming community has everything you need, including two heated pools, tennis courts (rackets and balls supplied by the HOA), a Pickle Ball court, and charcoal grills at every building along the green space facing the ocean. Seagrove Beach is one of the charming coastal communities that sit on 30A, nestled between Seaside and Watersound. Offers both “Lakelife” as well as “Saltlife”!

Enjoy several dining options just a walk or bike ride away from the 30A communities, such as Old Florida Fish House, Steamboat Grill, Buddy’s Seafood Market, and Kahve and Cream for your coffee and sweets.

The Big Chill offers something for folks of all ages and tastes, from tacos and tequila to wings, burgers, and shakes, a stop here is quick, tasty, and convenient, and comes with a side of entertainment at the outdoor amphitheater. It's a great place to catch a concert, sporting event, or a movie on the lawn.  

The snorkelers in your group will love the new artificial reef called Sea Turtle Reef, deployed in 2017. Located just 783 feet out from the Grayton Beach State Park access, it is becoming a haven for sea life. Each of the 4 snorkeling reefs comprises 40 acres of permitted sea bottom. The Sea Turtle Reef is at a depth of 12-19 feet. We strongly recommend that snorkelers use a kayak, paddleboard, or other flotation device when visiting the snorkel reefs. Sea conditions can and do change quickly and often. Enjoy!
