My friends and I loved our stay with RealJoy! The condo was very clean and was the perfect size for 6! Our favorite part was the location because we were just a few minutes walk away from the beach and we were a short drive away from all of the fun restaurants and shoppes! We also were very happy that there was a washer and dryer to come home with clean clothes! There was one time where we had a question and RealJoy responded right away to help us and was very friendly while doing so! Would definitely recommend and come again!

Getaway on 30A!

We loved our short stay at the Beachside Villa #814 on Seagrove Beach. The condo was as described in the listing. It was perfect for our family of three. We especially enjoyed the pools and the short walk to the beach. Would definitely stay here again!!

Great location. Close to the beach. Just a 3 or 4 minute walk. Close to great coffee shops and restaurants. There was construction of new homes everywhere on 30a, but you could not hear it at all. The people are nice and helpful. Just a heads up, we stayed in unit 814. The master bathroom looked to have a shower/tub combo. We could not figure out how to turn on the shower so we just used the other bathroom with the standing shower for our family. That was fine with us, but other groups may find this to be an inconvenience. Overall, this was a great location close to everything. We came during Spring Break, so coming into town took quite a bit of time. The restaurants we tried to go to our first night had a 2 hour wait, so we went to the local pizzeria and ate at our condo and watched movies. There is only cable, which is also ok for us. We didn’t really stay in very much. The last full day we had storms so we got an early start exploring the town and went to the grocery store (Publix) to get meals to cook at the condo. The kitchen had everything we needed to cook and bake. I wish we could have stayed longer! Hope to be back one day!

The place was sparkling clean and very comfy. It's on the ground floor with a peaceful view of a small, grassy hill. Easy walk to the beach over a boardwalk and through a small cul-de-sac at end of the road.

Excellent value

The amount of room available in this convenient location is a great value! Although it doesn’t have a beach front view, the short golf cart ride to the reserved beach is so easy and convenient. Also, the reserved beach by the Eastern Lake is absolutely beautiful! We’ll be back!

The condo was just as advertised and perfect for our long weekend.It is an easy 3 minute walk to the beach via the boardwalk access next to the building. Nice place for a beach weekend.

Close to beach

This property was close to beach. There is a small area very close by, but the designated beach area and area with chair and umbrella area was further away. The condo was clean and well stocked with items. The bike trail was close by as well and area is centered between Grayton Beach and Rosemary Beach which made for great options for dining, biking and shopping.

Birthday Getaway

My daughter and I went for 4 days to the beach for her birthday weekend. This property is great, beautiful, but small. The best part is the beach access, you can walk not far with all your things, chairs, umbrella, towels etc. The beds and couch were very comfy. I highly recommend
