This lovely 3BR/2.5BA condo features a bright white kitchen with gorgeous granite countertops and stainless-steel appliances, new flooring throughout, and a large balcony to chase the sunset! With a king bed in the master bedroom, a king in the guest bedroom, and two queen beds in the additional guest bedroom, this condo sleeps up to 8 guests comfortably. Relax on the top floor of this low rise complex overlooking the grassy knoll or soak up some sun on the community lakeside deck! Beach Access Locations:
One at the end of San Roy Rd and the other at Walton Dunes Access. Beach service is available at Walton Dunes Access. We do not recommend using the beach access by building 6 due to the security guard posted by Sugar Dunes and the private homes. Guests should be made aware that this access is intended solely for reaching the Gulf. To set up on the beach, they will need to walk west past the private homes or east past Sugar Dunes.

There is a beach trolley that runs from Spring Break to October 31st, every 10-15 minutes throughout the day from 9-4 pm. Walton Dunes Public Beach Access is the only access that offers beach chair service.

AREA ATTRACTIONS: 

Seaside is a  short drive away and is most widely known for being featured in the Truman Show with Jim Carrey. Its incredible architecture has helped to make it famous but also its faithful replication of the kind of seaside town that used to be common up and down the coast. Seaside has its own Farmer's Market, post office, Repertory Theater and neighborhood school. It boasts unique shopping, fantastic cuisine and the incredible architecture that makes Seaside famous, there are activities for everyone; kayak rentals, bike rentals, paragliding, fishing, golfing, hiking, swimming, tennis -- you'll find it all right here.

The Big Chill offers something for folks of all ages and tastes, from tacos and tequila, to wings, burgers and shakes, a stop here is quick, tasty and convenient, and comes with a side of entertainment at the outdoor amphitheater. It's a great place to catch a concert, sporting event, or a movie on the lawn. 

The snorkelers in your group will love the new artificial reef called Sea Turtle Reef, deployed in 2017. Located just 783 feet out from the Grayton Beach State Park access, it is becoming a haven for sea life. Each of the 4 snorkeling reefs comprises 40 acres of permitted sea bottom. The Sea Turtle Reef is at a depth of 12-19 feet. We strongly recommend that snorkelers use a kayak, paddleboard, or other flotation device when visiting the snorkel reefs. Sea conditions can and do change quickly and often. Enjoy!

We had an amazing time. We have been going ro this spot for 26 years. The only thing that was a disappointment was the walk to the public beach because of the new private beach policy. All in all we had a great time. Thank you for sharing your place with us.

We had the best stay at Beachside Villa 732. We were pleasantly surprised how close the beach access was to the condo. Quiet, family oriented neighborhood in close proximity to Seaside, Alys and Rosemary Beaches. Beds were very comfortable and we had everything we needed supplied. Remember to bring your beach towels, chairs, etc. The only thing to note is there is no elevator so don’t make the mistake of packing one big heavy suitcase. ;)We did have to call the management company because I misplaced the check-in email and they were a delight to work with. We will definitely be back!

My family and I enjoy the place and location, but specially, the Beach pristine turquoise water and privacy of the surroundings.
Nearby you have restaurant, cafés, and shops with very good food. Few miles away it’s seaside with the marketplace and also Alice Beach an incredible area with amazing restaurants and shops.
The place was neat, although some minor details needed to be addressed, which they were.
Jessica was very very good communicator give us good tips and address our concerns in a timely manner.

We truly enjoyed our stay at Beachside Villas, so much that we have found our new favorite spot and can't wait to come back. Our condo was clean, comfortable and spacious; just right for our family. The kitchen was well furnished making it easy to prepare meals "at home". The grounds were well kept and we felt safe in the neighborhood. We enjoyed our evening walks around the neighborhood and by the lake. And last but certainly not least, the highlight was the beautiful beach just steps away with an easy access boardwalk. The only thing that would have made it better was an ocean front/beach view but I'm not complaining.

This is our second time staying at Beachside Villas but first time at this condo. We will definitely be back! Everything was very clean and it came with everything we needed. We rode bikes, played tennis and of course, spent time at the beach. This condo is perfect for our family because of its affordability and location. The beaches are beautiful and it’s an easy drive to Seaside, Alys and Rosemary.

RealJoy was a joy to work with. They helped me with a couple of issues.
The property -The Beachside community is well kept. The condo is tastefully decorated and clean. It looks like the picture. The beach access is a short hike from the property. Make sure you understand about the beach access and read the map. They do provide a golf cart shuttle that is super helpful during the busy season.
Things to note about this condo. The main bedroom has a foam mattress. I didn't check the others. This is also a 3rd floor condo with no elevators. If you bring your own bike, the bike rack designated for guests is not the bike racks in front of the condo. I went the week after Easter. 30A seemed busy but this area is really quite.

Perfect spot! We enjoyed the heated pool, golf cart rides to the beach and the bike rentals! Only nit pick is that the smoke alarm is very sensitive but if you keep the microwave fan on it will prevent it from going off!

Girls getaway

The condo was great for our party of 4! We wanted a comfy space to enjoy our time together. It was nicely decorated, not overdone. The beds were comfortable. The kitchen had good basic amenities. The property offers shuttle service to/from the public beach if you are taking lots of stuff for a longer beach day. The walk from the hotel past the private beaches to the public isn't very far if you have a light load. I do recommend using a beach chair service to save on schlepping chairs & umbrellas to the beach. Feedback for the property managers is giving better instructions on opening the door lock, as it can be tricky if you don't know how to use that type of lock.

Spring break

We enjoyed the property! The decor of our unit was very nice. It had all that we needed from kitchen items to towels. We got good use of pool and tennis courts! The beach trolley was awesome to have. The beach is walking distance but they are very strict about use of the private beach areas. So we used the trolley a bunch to get to the public beach areas. Overall location was good. It was far from the congestion so we didn’t have all the crazy SpringBreak traffic of cars and people but this meant you had to drive to stores, shopping and restaurants.
