Welcome to Beachside Villas 621, a beautifully updated 3-bedroom, 2-bathroom condo offering stunning emerald Gulf views and a bright, coastal-inspired design. Located on the second floor, this relaxing beach retreat comfortably sleeps up to eight guests and features an open-concept living, dining, and kitchen area perfect for gathering after a day in the sun. The remodeled kitchen showcases sleek countertops with a striking waterfall edge and is fully equipped with everything you need to prepare delicious meals while enjoying the beautiful views. The primary bedroom features a king bed, TV, Gulf views, private balcony access, and an en-suite bathroom with a tub/shower combo. The second bedroom offers a queen bed, while the third bedroom includes two full beds, with both guest rooms sharing a hallway bathroom with a tub/shower combo. Start your mornings with a cup of coffee on the balcony while taking in the gorgeous scenery. Beachside Villas is known for its welcoming, family-friendly atmosphere and fantastic amenities, including two swimming pools (one seasonally heated), tennis courts, pickleball, shuffleboard, and community charcoal grills perfect for a beachside BBQ. Pickleball equipment is even available at the onsite HOA office, making it easy to jump into the fun and enjoy everything Beachside Villas 621 has to offer.

Beachside Villas has such a great family-friendly atmosphere. Enjoy a game of shuffleboard, tennis, or pickleball. You can even grab pickleball equipment at the onsite HOA office. Soak up the sun at either one of the 2 pools. One of the pools is heated seasonally. Grill up an amazing BBQ feast on one of the community charcoal grills. The location can't be beat - quiet and secluded but close to everything you'd want to do on your 30A vacation: fantastic restaurants, shops, golf courses, and bike rentals. Seaside and Rosemary Beach are just a few miles away.

Beach Access Locations:
One at the end of San Roy Rd and the other at Walton Dunes Access. Beach service is available at Walton Dunes Access. We do not recommend using the beach access by building 6 due to the security guard posted by Sugar Dunes and the private homes. Guests should be made aware that this access is intended solely for reaching the Gulf. To set up on the beach, they will need to walk west past the private homes or east past Sugar Dunes.

Beach Trolley: There is a beach trolley that runs every 10-15 minutes throughout the day from 9-4 pm. Walton Dunes Public Beach Access is the only access that has a beach chair service.

AREA ATTRACTIONS:  
30A is a fantastic destination, the beaches are some of the world’s best with sugar white sand and emerald green waters. You will find plenty of beach accesses along a 17-mile stretch of Santa Rosa Beach. It boasts unique shopping, fantastic cuisine, and the incredible architecture that makes 30A famous. There are activities for everyone: kayak rentals, bike rentals, paragliding, fishing, golfing, hiking, swimming, tennis -- you'll find it all right here. 

Seaside is a short drive away and is most widely known for being featured in The Truman Show with Jim Carrey. Its incredible architecture has helped to make it famous, but also its faithful replication of the kind of seaside town that used to be common up and down the coast. Seaside has its own Farmer's Market, post office, Repertory Theater, and neighborhood school. It boasts unique shopping, fantastic cuisine, and the incredible architecture that makes Seaside famous. There are activities for everyone: kayak rentals, bike rentals, paragliding, fishing, golfing, hiking, swimming, tennis -- you'll find it all right here. 

Greenway Station is 30A's newest destination for gathering, shopping, and dining in Seagrove Beach. Greenway Station features known retailers Wild Olives Tapas and Wine Bar, Pecan Jack's Ice Cream, Coast Hippie and YOLO Board + Bike, plus introduces Local Cantina Mexican Restaurant, Souper Jenny Coffee Roasters, Canopy Road Café, and more.

The Big Chill offers something for folks of all ages and tastes, from tacos and tequila to wings, burgers, and shakes. a stop here is quick, tasty, and convenient, and comes with a side of entertainment at the outdoor amphitheater. It's a great place to catch a concert, sporting event, or a movie on the lawn.  

The snorkelers in your group will love the new artificial reef called Sea Turtle Reef, deployed in 2017. Located just 783 feet out from the Grayton Beach State Park access, it is becoming a haven for sea life. Each of the 4 snorkeling reefs comprises 40 acres of permitted sea bottom. The Sea Turtle Reef is at a depth of 12-19 feet. We strongly recommend that snorkelers use a kayak, paddleboard, or other flotation device when visiting the snorkel reefs. Sea conditions can and do change quickly and often. Enjoy!
