Beachside Villas in Seagrove Beach is a  low-density complex located in a quiet area south of 30A, just 1 block from Eastern Lake and the beach access. A beach boardwalk is provided for easy access over the dunes. Community amenities include 2 pools, lighted tennis courts, shuffleboard, BBQ grilling areas, and a lakeside deck. Eastern Lake even offers  paddleboarding. Beach chairs, kayaks, waterboards, bonfire services, and more available for purchase by Spyglass. Many fabulous area restaurants are nearby, such as Cafe 30a, Angelina's, The Perfect Pig Gourmet Market, and Old Florida Fish House. Find your perfect beach vacation at Beachside Villas.

Beach Access Loocations:
One at the end of San Roy Rd and the other at Walton Dunes Access. Beach service is available at Walton Dunes Access. We do not recommend using the beach access by building 6 due to the security guard posted by Sugar Dunes and the private homes. Guests should be made aware that this access is intended solely for reaching the Gulf. To set up on the beach, they will need to walk west past the private homes or east past Sugar Dunes.

There is a beach trolley that runs from Spring Break to October 31st, every 10-15 minutes throughout the day from 9-4 pm. Walton Dunes Public Beach Access is the only access that offers beach chair service.

AREA ATTRACTIONS: 

Seaside is a  short drive away and is most widely known for being featured in the Truman Show with Jim Carrey. Its incredible architecture has helped to make it famous but also its faithful replication of the kind of seaside town that used to be common up and down the coast. Seaside has its own Farmer's Market, post office, Repertory Theater and neighborhood school. It boasts unique shopping, fantastic cuisine and the incredible architecture that makes Seaside famous, there are activities for everyone; kayak rentals, bike rentals, paragliding, fishing, golfing, hiking, swimming, tennis -- you'll find it all right here.

Greenway station is 30A's newest destination for gathering, shopping, and dining in Seagrove Beach. Greenway Station features known retailers Wild Olives Tapas and Wine Bar, Pecan Jack's Ice Cream, Coast Hippie and YOLO Board + Bike, plus introduces Local Cantina Mexican Restaurant, Souper Jenny Coffee Roasters, Canopy Road Café, and more.

The Big Chill offers something for folks of all ages and tastes, from tacos and tequila, to wings, burgers and shakes, a stop here is quick, tasty and convenient, and comes with a side of entertainment at the outdoor amphitheater. It's a great place to catch a concert, sporting event, or a movie on the lawn. 

The snorkelers in your group will love the new artificial reef called Sea Turtle Reef, deployed in 2017. Located just 783 feet out from the Grayton Beach State Park access, it is becoming a haven for sea life. Each of the 4 snorkeling reefs comprises 40 acres of permitted sea bottom. The Sea Turtle Reef is at a depth of 12-19 feet. We strongly recommend that snorkelers use a kayak, paddleboard, or other flotation device when visiting the snorkel reefs. Sea conditions can and do change quickly and often. Enjoy!

This was our first trip to Florida. The condo was perfect for our group of 8. It had pretty much everything we needed, was comfy, and decorated nicely. The short walk to the beach wasn't bad. The guys enjoyed sitting on the balcony throughout the day. The area around the condo was kept clean, pretty quiet, and the people we encountered at the condo were friendly. We rented bikes to tour the area, and they were delivered right to the complex. We also visited the pool closest to the office which was nice. Would I recommend this condo, absolutely!

This was a nice condo with very comfortable beds. The pool was great and the location was convenient to cute coffee shops and restaurants. The walk to the closest beach access was easy but that area had limited access so you had to stay close to the water.

I felt right at home. I wish I did not have to check out. The beach is within walking distance and the water is beautiful and the white sands are breathtaking. The beds were comfortable and the AC was in perfect working conditions for as hot as it was outside.

This isn’t our first time staying here and we came back because we loved it. Very easy walk to the beach and the pool is great to have when you are a little beached out. The public beach access also has the rinse off showers, which not all do. The kitchen is stocked with all the dishes and pans you would need as well. We will be back.

We had a great experience staying with our family of 7 adults and 2 children. The location was perfect - quick walk to the beach, short drive to Publix, and was in a quiet area. The condo offers a complimentary golf cart shuttle service to and from the beach, which was extremely helpful. The condo itself has a TON of kitchen appliances and supplies, so you don’t have to worry about bringing items from home. There were a lot of linens and towels to accommodate our large group. Overall would recommend and will stay again!

Place was great. We had two families, 4!kids between the ages of 5-8. This is close to the beach ACCESS however a few new houses right on the beach next to this development have full beach access so you actually have to walk about 300 ish yards to the public beach area so it’s a trek! Luckily it was off season a we were able to post up about 100 yards down from the beach access but heard from locals that during the busy season, the houses have security that don’t let you sit even that close.
Otherwise, well-stocked place at a great price and good location. You have views of the ocean from the balcony, through a few other buildings but still nice!

These property was great! Close to the beach and the pool. Plenty of space for our family of 6. It is on the third floor with only stairs so be prepared. The condo was clean, cool and we did not have any issues during our stay.
