Beach Access Locations:
One at the end of San Roy Rd and the other at Walton Dunes Access. Beach service is available at Walton Dunes Access. We do not recommend using the beach access by building 6 due to the security guard posted by Sugar Dunes and the private homes. Guests should be made aware that this access is intended solely for reaching the Gulf. To set up on the beach, they will need to walk west past the private homes or east past Sugar Dunes.
There is a beach trolley that runs from Spring Break to Sept 15th, every 10-15 minutes throughout the day from 9-4 pm. Walton Dunes Public Beach Access is the only access that offers beach chair service.
AREA ATTRACTIONS:
Seaside is a short drive away and is most widely known for being featured in The Truman Show with Jim Carrey. Its incredible architecture has helped to make it famous, but also its faithful replication of the kind of seaside town that used to be common up and down the coast. Seaside has its own Farmer's Market, post office, Repertory Theater, and neighborhood school. It boasts unique shopping, fantastic cuisine, and the incredible architecture that makes Seaside famous. There are activities for everyone: kayak rentals, bike rentals, paragliding, fishing, golfing, hiking, swimming, tennis -- you'll find it all right here.
The Big Chill offers something for folks of all ages and tastes, from tacos and tequila to wings, burgers, and shakes. a stop here is quick, tasty, and convenient, and comes with a side of entertainment at the outdoor amphitheater. It's a great place to catch a concert, sporting event, or a movie on the lawn.
The snorkelers in your group will love the new artificial reef called Sea Turtle Reef, deployed in 2017. Located just 783 feet out from the Grayton Beach State Park access, it is becoming a haven for sea life. Each of the 4 snorkeling reefs comprises 40 acres of permitted sea bottom. The Sea Turtle Reef is at a depth of 12-19 feet. We strongly recommend that snorkelers use a kayak, paddleboard, or other flotation device when visiting the snorkel reefs. Sea conditions can and do change quickly and often. Enjoy!

We enjoyed our stay in this beautiful condo. The beds were super comfy and the unit was clean. I enjoyed having my coffee on the big patio. The tennis courts and pool were super close and a nice amenity to have. The location was private but right in the middle of 30A. It was only a short walk to the beach. Great Spot!
Our family had a great time staying at this unit. It was in close proximity to locations we wanted to visit, particularly the BEACH! The property was very clean and the staff were incredibly friendly. The living space compared to size of bedrooms was slightly out of balance for our family of 6, but that didnt stop us from having a great time!- Reviewed On: 4/30/2025

BSV Again & Again
We love coming back to the BSV complex year after year. Unit 122 was comfortable for our family of 5 and had everything we needed for the week. The complex has 2 pools and a pickle ball court with a laid back atmosphere.- Reviewed On: 8/11/2024

Great family vacation!
Loved our stay. Very close to the beach. 5 minute walk. Trolley service was amazing and they were with us quickly. I will say the floors at our condo were very dirty when we arrived. We called and they had a cleaning service there the next day. Other than that we highly recommend. It was quiet at night. Beds very comfortable and great showers. The washer and dryer were very quiet which is great because it’s in the hallway next to the master. Staying next to the pool was also a plus.- Reviewed On: 7/28/2024

Great week at the beach
Great location, loved the amenities--had a tennis and pickleball court but also played shuffleboard and corn hole with the kids--lots of fun on the property. Property doesn't have a view of the beach--it is situated just behind other condos that do--but it was very close and beach access was awesome.- Reviewed On: 4/15/2024

Beachside Villas
Our experience with Harmony Beach Vacation rental was awesome. They are very helpful and accommodating. We have stayed at Beachside villas for 3 years now and plan on next year as well. The only thing we have not enjoyed is the where your beach chairs are allowed. The first year we were not allowed to sit to the right of sugar dunes, the second year we could rent chairs to the right of sugar dunes, and this year we had a small area we could set our chairs. Eastern lake is still a distance but the golf cart accommodations was a big help. My only other bad experience with Beachside Villas and Harmony Beach Vacation is the past two years my original unit booked has sold two years in a row and the first year I got moved twice. I scope out what units I want before leaving and to change closer to my stay is a little aggravating. All in all we plan to give Harmony Beach Vacations another shot again next year!- Reviewed On: 7/12/2022

Nice get away
After the first day things were much better. Upon arrival the door code didn’t work (reset quickly- no more problems), the tv had to be reprogrammed (again easy fix) and the shower head in the master fell off (again easy fix by replacing the wing nut). The master bed was extremely comfortable!! My only issue with our stay was the draining of the lake. Made the ocean an ugly brown color. Obviously the owner had no control over that. A-MAZ-ING
What a fantastic place to stay. The Beachside Villas has been a favorite place of ours for more than a decade but this has been the best stay ever. The condo is extremely up-to-date and the amenities are everything we could have needed and more. The appliances are nicer than my own and you can't get a place in a better location. This condo is "storm worthy" in that a tropical storm was going to arrive the day of our departure, everyone else was leaving a day early but we stuck it out because we hated to leave.- Reviewed On: 6/21/2021
