Snowbird Season runs from November thru February, on a monthly basis. To prepare a qualified quote, select your arrival date (must be the 1st day of the month) and the departure date (must be the 1st day of the month). Alternate dates must be pre-approved. Located in Seagrove Beach, Beachside Villas is one of the many hidden gems on the beaches of South Walton. This recently updated condo is located near one of the 2 pools in the complex. There is a golf cart trolley to/from beach available for our guests at Beachside Villas from March through October. The complex also boasts tennis and shuffleboard courts and a clubhouse that can be reserved for group functions. Beachside Villas 1211 sleeps 6. 1 King size bed, 2 Twin size beds, 1 sleeper sofa. There is also a pack-n-play available for use for your little one! Saturday to Saturday rental.

Seagrove Beach is "in the middle of it all" that Scenic 30A has to offer! Of course, the beautiful beaches are the top attraction, but Seagrove is also home to 2 coastal dune lakes (Eastern Lake and Deer Lake) that are perfect for kayaking, paddle boarding, and eco-sploring. Just like the rest of 30A, Seagrove is also home to many locally owned restaurants showcasing the local catch, boutique and specialty shopping venues, several golf courses are nearby, and the convenience of a full-service Publix (grocery) store is tucked away behind the lush greenery the community has to offer. If all the above is not enough, then Destin, which is known as "the world's luckiest fishing village," is just about 20 miles to the west.

Beach Access Locations:
One at the end of San Roy Rd and the other at Walton Dunes Access. Beach service is available at Walton Dunes Access. We do not recommend using the beach access by building 6 due to the security guard posted by Sugar Dunes and the private homes. Guests should be made aware that this access is intended solely for reaching the Gulf. To set up on the beach, they will need to walk west past the private homes or east past Sugar Dunes.

There is a beach trolley that runs from Spring Break to Sept 15th, every 10-15 minutes throughout the day from 9-4 pm. Walton Dunes Public Beach Access is the only access that offers beach chair service.

AREA ATTRACTIONS: 
30A is a fantastic destination, the beaches are some of the world’s best with sugar white sand and emerald green waters. You will find plenty of beach accesses along a 17-mile stretch of Santa Rosa Beach. It boasts unique shopping, fantastic cuisine, and the incredible architecture that makes 30A famous. There are activities for everyone: kayak rentals, bike rentals, paragliding, fishing, golfing, hiking, swimming, tennis -- you'll find it all right here.

Seaside is a short drive away and is most widely known for being featured in The Truman Show with Jim Carrey. Its incredible architecture has helped to make it famous, but also its faithful replication of the kind of seaside town that used to be common up and down the coast. Seaside has its own Farmer's Market, post office, Repertory Theater, and neighborhood school. It boasts unique shopping, fantastic cuisine, and the incredible architecture that makes Seaside famous. There are activities for everyone: kayak rentals, bike rentals, paragliding, fishing, golfing, hiking, swimming, tennis -- you'll find it all right here.

Greenway station is 30A's newest destination for gathering, shopping, and dining in Seagrove Beach. Greenway Station features known retailers Wild Olives Tapas and Wine Bar, Pecan Jack's Ice Cream, Coast Hippie and YOLO Board + Bike, plus introduces Local Cantina Mexican Restaurant, Souper Jenny Coffee Roasters, Canopy Road Café, and more.

The Big Chill offers something for folks of all ages and tastes, from tacos and tequila to wings, burgers, and shakes. a stop here is quick, tasty, and convenient, and comes with a side of entertainment at the outdoor amphitheater. It's a great place to catch a concert, sporting event, or a movie on the lawn. 

The snorkelers in your group will love the new artificial reef called Sea Turtle Reef, deployed in 2017. Located just 783 feet out from the Grayton Beach State Park access, it is becoming a haven for sea life. Each of the 4 snorkeling reefs comprises 40 acres of permitted sea bottom. The Sea Turtle Reef is at a depth of 12-19 feet. We strongly recommend that snorkelers use a kayak, paddleboard, or other flotation device when visiting the snorkel reefs. Sea conditions can and do change quickly and often. Enjoy!

Very clean, very good location! Pool was right next to the unit, and there was a trolley service that would pick up/drop off from our unit to beach access. Host was always very quick to respond as well! Very pleased with the overall experience!

Dated but comfortable

This is our 4th year in unit 1211. We are always pleased with the unit but saddened that the bathrooms have not been updated. There have been some nice new cosmetic updates,also new table & chairs,replaced carpet, which is nice, new drapes and new twin bedspreads, new stove, but miss the glass top, as it was a flat space to set things as I cooked. The king size mattress should be replaced. We are here for a period of time, so it becomes home and probably notice more things than weekly renters. We enjoy the location, away from most of the traffic and can still get to the beach.

Great week!

We had a great week in BSV 1211. The staff at Harmony was so kind and helpful our whole stay. The complex had two pools and tennis courts (with pickleball lines as well). There was always something fun to do! The golf cart tram to the beach was so convienent! We will be back!

Perfect Week

BSV1212

Have been renting this unit for sometime now. Microwave is 1995 model,not enough power. Needs new dining room chairs / have to be original,same with living room set.Floor was very dirty when we arrived,informed office and this issue was handled very fast.Jacob handled all our issues very well.

Clean, comfortable and near the beach

Nice, clean condo, with everything we needed to enjoy a week at the beach. One of the 2 small pools is a right next to this unit, but it was pretty busy (due to 4th of July) so we never used it. It was a bit loud at times and our neighbors kept walking behind our patio to watch their kids in the pool so not much privacy, but no big deal. Management company was very helpful snd professional. Overall, we enjoyed our stay and would recommend.

Spring Get Away

This was a great property for us to stay at for our spring vacation. It was clean and well taken care of. My only complaint was that it did not have a pantry to put our groceries in. Might suggest that the owners purchase a shelf or something to have available to store the groceries in.

Harmony Beach Vacations Are The Best

You will never go wrong renting from this company. All of their employees are kind and friendly. If anything is wrong they will make it right. Beachside Villas is a wonderful place to stay. Randy does an amazing job with the grounds! The Homeowners Association is active and caring as well. We have met many of the owners here and they are also outstanding people.

Fun and Sun July 4th 2017

Zero issues with anything. We were even able to check into our condo a little early for a small fee that was worth the price after a 6 hour car ride. Being in building 12 makes for a bit of a walk to the beach but if you bum out like we do and pack a lunch and stay all day its not a bad deal. Still love this area of 30A and will continue to come here for years to come.

2016 Vacation

We had a wonderful time! the condos are just steps from the beach which is what I wanted, the place was neat and the staff very kind and helpful. I loved this trip we had a wonderful time! The prices were better than other places, we will definitely like to come back!

Relaxing family getaway

Last spring break with kids

The condo was perfect for our family, just wish we were a little closer to boardwalk to ocean. Also our daughters friends were staying 2 miles closer to town so that was a pain driving her back and forth. But we didn't know. Next time we will check addresses.

It was a last minute booking (930pm we left to drive 12 hours the next morning)Everything went very smooth!. The Condo was so cute and clean. Perfect location if you like to run in and out to the pool because it it right outside the kitchen window. The condow is on the bottom floor so its close to the car and you dont have to mess with stairs. The Beach is very nice walk and and umbrellas were ready for you to rent there.
