The master suite features a king bed, private ensuite bathroom, and direct balcony access, creating a peaceful space to relax after a day at the beach. The first guest bedroom includes a queen bed, while the second guest room offers a twin-over-full bunk bed, perfect for kids or additional guests. The fully equipped kitchen makes meal preparation easy and convenient, with dining space for everyone including seating for six at the dining table and two additional seats at the breakfast bar. Step outside onto the private balcony and enjoy the tranquil surroundings—the perfect place to sip your morning coffee or unwind with an evening cocktail while taking in the peaceful views. Located in Seagrove Beach, Beachside Villas is one of the many hidden gems on the beaches of South Walton. This recently updated condo is located near the primary beach access for the complex and just steps away from the rest that Beachside Villas has to offer. The complex also boasts tennis and shuffleboard courts and a clubhouse that can be reserved for group functions. Saturday to Saturday rental.

Seagrove Beach is "in the middle of it all" that Scenic 30A has to offer! Of course, the beautiful beaches are the top attraction, but Seagrove is also home to 2 coastal dune lakes (Eastern Lake and Deer Lake) that are perfect for kayaking, paddle boarding, and eco-sploring. Just like the rest of 30A, Seagrove is also home to many locally owned restaurants showcasing the local catch, boutique and specialty shopping venues, several golf courses are nearby, and the convenience of a full-service Publix (grocery) store is tucked away behind the lush greenery the community has to offer. If all the above is not enough, then Destin, which is known as "the world's luckiest fishing village," is just about 20 miles to the west.

*Beach Trolley: There is a beach trolley that runs every 10-15 minutes throughout the day from 9-4 pm. Walton Dunes Public Beach Access is the only access that has a beach chair service

Beach Access Locations:
One at the end of San Roy Rd and the other at Walton Dunes Access. Beach service is available at Walton Dunes Access. We do not recommend using the beach access by building 6 due to the security guard posted by Sugar Dunes and the private homes. Guests should be made aware that this access is intended solely for reaching the Gulf. To set up on the beach, they will need to walk west past the private homes or east past Sugar Dunes.

AREA ATTRACTIONS:  
Seaside is a short drive away and is most widely known for being featured in The Truman Show with Jim Carrey. Its incredible architecture has helped to make it famous, but also its faithful replication of the kind of seaside town that used to be common up and down the coast. Seaside has its own Farmer's Market, post office, Repertory Theater, and neighborhood school. It boasts unique shopping, fantastic cuisine, and the incredible architecture that makes Seaside famous. There are activities for everyone: kayak rentals, bike rentals, paragliding, fishing, golfing, hiking, swimming, tennis -- you'll find it all right here. 

The Big Chill offers something for folks of all ages and tastes, from tacos and tequila to wings, burgers, and shakes. a stop here is quick, tasty, and convenient, and comes with a side of entertainment at the outdoor amphitheater. It's a great place to catch a concert, sporting event, or a movie on the lawn.  

The snorkelers in your group will love the new artificial reef called Sea Turtle Reef, deployed in 2017. Located just 783 feet out from the Grayton Beach State Park access, it is becoming a haven for sea life. Each of the 4 snorkeling reefs comprises 40 acres of permitted sea bottom. The Sea Turtle Reef is at a depth of 12-19 feet. We strongly recommend that snorkelers use a kayak, paddleboard, or other flotation device when visiting the snorkel reefs. Sea conditions can and do change quickly and often. Enjoy!
