Sandestin Golf and Beach Resort's 2400 acres boasts 72 holes of golf, a gorgeous pool, 14 tennis courts, a full-service spa and fitness center, ziplining, a 98-slip marina with available jet ski and kayak rentals, and boat parking can be arranged with Baytowne Wharf for an additional charge. Baytowne Wharf is the premier new destination in the Destin area. You'll love all the great activities happening at this gorgeous resort, set on 2,400 beautiful acres on the Choctawhatchee Bay. You'll find events such as free live concerts on the plaza, art walks with live music, wine events, fireworks, and various special evening happenings, all set in the picturesque Village of Baytowne Wharf.

Find an amazing array of things to do at Baytowne Wharf. Plenty to keep the kids happy – burn off some energy at the Adventureland Playground, test your courage at the Gulf Coast’s only zipline or ropes course at Baytowne Adventure Zone. Go back in time at the Carousel or head to the future at the Blast Arcade and laser Maze or the Boondocks Arcade.

Want to get your shop on?? You’ll find a varied selection of shops right here in the Village, from a surf shop to funky clothing, shoes, and accessories, and everything in between, a wine shop, toy store, general store, and even an old-fashioned candy shop.

There's the annual Duck Regatta in October, with plenty of fun for the kids, like face painting and a scavenger hunt, or the October Beerfest, with over 200 brews to sample and live music. During the holidays, there's a wine and food event, with samples from restaurants in the Village and a tree lighting, as well as a Santa Claus weekend with free events, including a holiday movie.

Summers are filled with special events, everything from Wednesday night concerts to fireworks over the bay.

The Village of Baytowne Wharf has 20 different restaurants with cuisine from fine dining at Marlins' or Poppy's, Italian at Graffiti's, sushi at Osaka's, or more casual places for pizza, breakfast, or hot dogs. There are 24 unique shops to explore. The Village has live music and a series of events, concerts, and entertainment year-round, and the Village's resident nightclubs, The Village Door, Rum Runners Dueling Piano Bar and Grill, and Hammerhead's Bar and Grille, host incredible happy hours and fabulous entertainment.

The snorkelers in your group will love the new artificial reef called Seahorse Reef, deployed in 2017. Located just 715 feet out from the Topsail Hill Preserve State Park access, it is becoming a haven for sea life. Each of the 4 snorkeling reefs comprises 40 acres of permitted sea bottom. The Seahorse Reef is at a depth of 13-18 feet. We strongly recommend that snorkelers use a kayak, paddleboard, or other flotation device when visiting the snorkel reefs. Sea conditions can and do change quickly and often. Enjoy!

My husband and I loved staying at the Beachside 2 condo for our honeymoon. It was clean, comfy, and had amazing gulf views from the bedroom and balcony. This was an amazing place to stay right on the beach. I loved waking up to the sunrise and beautiful crystal clear water. The property was fully gated with a security at the front gate. There was also another security to get on and off of the beach. I truly felt safe. We are a family of four with two teen aged girls. I felt ok to let them walk around the property alone. They also have a basketball court, mini golf, and tennis court right in front of the property. This is such a great place to stay!!!!

We had a wonderful time staying here. We were here for a week. The view from the bedroom and the balcony was worth it. Waking up every morning to that view is breathtaking. Check in and super easy. This condo was great! The room was nice and the location was nice. It’s kinda tucked away from the main strip. I liked that the beach was right there anytime we wanted to go to it we just went and took about 3 minutes depending on the elevators (sometimes they took long). Once u go to the beach u can rent chairs and grab a drink and a hot dog at the shack right when u come down. Would definitely stay here again.

Awesome stay. Condo was great. Views were so nice. It rained one day and we had a really great time just staying in the condo and looking out over the Gulf of Mexico watching the waves. SandDestin, beachside 2 offers so much more than a place to stay and a beach. We enjoyed walking the trails surrounding the property and golf course. The listing stated there would be construction but we hardly noticed any noise or mess at any point of our stay. Everything about the property was very clean, outstanding job from their staff who was always so friendly.
The activities package was just the cherry on top of the trip. We golfed at the nicest courses all for a fraction of the cost. So worth it and booking was so simple. Don’t pass this up!
The bedroom views are worth every second of the trip!

Amazing Views was Amazing! Gorgeous decor. Impeccable views. Everything was clean and matched other reviews I had read. October is my favorite time of year, less crowded and perfect weather. Great communication with immediate response from the time I booked until I was checked out. The building property is nice and I felt safe and secure at all times. Its quite a large property with multiple builddings and a double gated entrance, one at the main road and one at the building. Jilenna's condo is pretty much as described in the Air B&B listing as it was comfortable and relaxing with all the necessities I needed. The only issue I experienced is the beach chair rental company will block off 95% of the usable beach space making it nearly impossible if you want to setup a spot with your own gear. This appears to be due to the large Hilton property directly next door because the sister building Beachside I did not have this issue. Had I known about this I would have certainly booked there (Beachside 1) or Tops'l, where Ive been many times. My stay was also peak season (mid-July) so perhaps the issue isnt as bad when kids are back in school.

The view and location of this condo are absolutely amazing. We loved waking up every morning and seeing the crystal clear water and white sand right outside our balcony. Super clean, very close and convenient to the beach, incredibly easy access. The balcony boasts an absolutely fantastic view! Has everything that you’ll need for a little get away, including a few beach chairs and an umbrella just in case you don’t want to rent. Absolutely worth it!

We only had one issue… the washing machine wouldnt start but I simply called the 24 hour serivxe line and within 10 minutes we had extra towels to lay us til the end of our stay since it was 4th of July weekend and too hard to get a maintenance man out but they asked what they could do and did just that! So communication is above 5 starts, the condo was perfect with perfect location! Will stay again!!

My friend and I truly enjoyed our time spent in this condo! It felt like you were right at home, the kitchen has every appliance you could possibly need, along with other extra amenities such as a robe, beach chairs, fan, you name it. Everything was very clean and neat and our host was amazing with communication. The price is great for the location and the fact that you’re ON the beach. The pictures don’t do this place justice. Will definitely be renting this place again when i return to Destin! Couldn’t have gone any better!
