Presenting Beach Within Reach – a beautifully renovated townhome has two bedrooms, two full bathrooms, and two half baths. It is perfectly situated less than 500ft from stunning Miramar Beach. Step inside to discover a thoughtfully designed layout. The ground floor offers garage floor door access, a laundry room, and a half-bath for your convenience. Moving up to the second level, you'll find a comfortable living room with a queen sleeper sofa, a well-appointed kitchen with all new appliances, and another half bath. The third floor hosts a queen master suite and an additional guest bedroom featuring two full beds. Beyond the unit's appeal, its prime positioning ensures easy access to popular beachfront restaurants and the Silver Sands Outlet Mall, located just across Hwy 98. Experience the allure of Beach Within Reach – a welcoming haven that combines comfort, convenience, and a fantastic location for your next getaway.

Area Attractions:

Beach Within Reach is located close to the Silver Sands Factory Outlet, the nation’s large designer factory outlet featuring more than 100 name brand designer stores. Also close by is the Destin Commons with incredible eateries, upscale shopping, a park with pop up fountains at its center, and favorites like Bass Pro Shops and Hard Rock Cafe.

Grand Boulevard Town Center is a pedestrian-friendly, shopping and dining complex just off Emerald Coast Parkway, convenient to both SanDestin and Miramar Beach. For the high-end shopper, the center offers everything from Fusion Art Glass Gallery to Brooks Brothers Country Club. A number of boutiques, such as Hello, Sunshine and Magnolia House, carry fare you can't find anywhere else. Dining options include Mitchell's Fish Market, P. F. Chang's China Bistro, and Cantina Laredo Gourmet Mexican Food. In 2013, Walton County’s first movie theater opened at Grand Boulevard’s Town Center – the state-of-the-art Boulevard 10 Movie Theater.

If you are near Miramar Beach, the snorkelers in your group will love the new artificial reef called Dolphin Reef, deployed in 2017. Located just 685 feet straight out from the Miramar Regional Public Beach access (by Pompano Joe's), it is becoming a haven for sea life. Each of the 4 snorkeling reefs comprises 40 acres of permitted sea bottom. The Dolphin Reef is at a depth of 12-20 feet. We strongly recommend that snorkelers use a kayak, paddleboard, or other flotation device when visiting the snorkel reefs. Sea conditions can and do change quickly and often. Enjoy!

If you are looking for an affordable place in walking distance from the beach, this place is perfect. The entire house is very spacious. Plenty of room! Looks like house has been recently updated.
There is only one way in and out - the garage door. I had a hard time sneaking out for a morning run without waking everyone up. Garage was nice to be able to store all our beach accessories.
I did make owner aware - the garage and stairway going up to the first level had a strong cigarette smell. Which may be caused from the carpet that has not been replaced - only bottom coming up to main attraction - not entire home smelled
Every air b n b is different. Just for planning purposes, if you plan for laundry, bring your own detergent. Only 1 kitchen towel that we could find. We did have to purchase some along with extra toilet paper and hand soap for the bathrooms.
We had a great stay, and I would 100% stay there again if the smoke smell is dealt with.
