Welcome to Beach Side- Harbor View! You will fall in love with this beautiful townhome located only 4 minutes from beach access and right in the heart of Holiday Isle. This 2-story vacation townhome has 2 bedrooms, 2.5 baths and sleeps up to 8 guests. There’s a master bedroom with a queen bed plus a twin daybed and trundle, a guest bedroom with queen bed, and a sleeper sofa in the living room. This home features a well-equipped kitchen and laundry room for your convenience. Enjoy your morning coffee on the balcony with views of the Destin Harbor or relax on the private back deck. Snowbird Season runs January thru February, on a monthly basis. To prepare a qualified quote, select your arrival date (must be the 1st day of the month) and the departure date (must be the 1st day of the month). Alternate dates must be pre-approved. If you haven't been to Holiday Isle, you're in for a treat. It's a serene, little oasis in the middle of Destin, with 2 and a half miles of paved trails for walking and biking, surrounded by quiet neighborhoods perfect for exploring on a bike. It's just minutes away from restaurants, shopping, boat docks, fishing, golf, and amusements. Once you stay in Holiday Isle, you'll want to come back year after year!

Area Attractions:

An easy walk along the beach will take you to the jetties, where the Gulf of Mexico and Destin Harbor meet, a spot well-known for great snorkeling and fishing. Here you can also watch boats going out deep sea fishing and returning from gulf to harbor.

Close by is Destin Commons, a beautifully landscaped, pedestrian-friendly area and a great family venue where children will love to play in the interactive water fountains. Also for the younger guests, a nautically/pirate themed outdoor playground features a 1,750 square foot soft play area with various creatures from the sea, slides, and a treasure chest! Destin Commons also has a mini-train for the kids. Destin Commons features over 75 shops and restaurants, including Godiva Chocolates, AMC Movie Theaters and Bass Pro Shop.

Walking into the house I quickly noticed the smell of cleanliness. Beds were all comfortable and sheets smelled good and clean. The bedrooms were downstairs and the kitchen dining room and living room were upstairs, it was helpful that there was a half bathroom upstairs as well.
Oh and the easiness of walking to the beach was great it took roughly 4 min to get to the entrance of the beach trail and another 5 to get to the water and it was beautiful.
They were very responsive to all my questions.
Everyone enjoyed the stay. Would love to stay again 10/10.

Overall our experience was good. The host was informative, quick to respond, and polite. The kitchen and living room was on the second floor which gave us more privacy from the rooms downstairs. The beach entrance in the listing was cut off by other properties, the next entrance was only a 5 minute walk from the house. The kitchen was well stocked with everything you need to cook except for any spices so I recommend you bring some.

Everything was good, clean, close to everything in town, close to beach as well!
Outside shower was amazing to cleanup from the beach…

Everything was perfect for our family of 7. Plenty of room for resting. This was very close to the beach and marina. The walk wasn’t the easiest to get back and forth but completely worth the convenience of the distance. The views were great! The accommodations were perfect for us. The communication was very easy. I would definitely choose this location again.
