OUR STAY WAS AMAZING.. WE HAD A FEW ISSUES THAT WERE TAKEN CARE OF PROMPTLY, THE SERVICE MAN WAS FRIENDLY AND FULL OF SUGGESTIONS. PARKING WAS CRAMPED BUT WE WORKED IT OUT. HOUSE WAS HUGE WITH PLENTY OF SPACE. KIDS LOVED IT. ANY AND EVERYTHING WAS CLOSE BY NOTHING WAS MORE THAN 10-15 MIN AWAY OR CLOSER. BEACH WAS AWESOME. WOULD STAY AGAIN WE DID NOT WANT TO LEAVE❤️

A very nice place to stay, with a huge number of shopping centers and restaurants around, quite close to the beach (a gorgeous beach, by the way), and plenty of entertainment. Communication was never an issue and I would definitely try to rent this place again if it becomes available in the future. Thanks for everything!

We really enjoyed our stay at the Villages of Crystal Beach. There were three families in our group and the place was large enough to accommodate all of us. The pool area is very nice and it's around a 0.5 mile walk to the beach. The beaches in Destin are amazingly beautiful and I would highly recommend staying here and visiting the beaches.

My family and I traveled from Texas(10 of us). It was my 1st time in Destin and we were located in the heart of it! The house accommodated all of us! It was as pictured on the site. The location was great. Large pool area that my 11 year old son really enjoyed. Staff was responsive, we were missing an armband and they promptly delivered it. We would definitely book again!

I was a little disappointed in my stay when it came to the online listing. I was thinking the two king suites where on the first floor because i had my mother and my disabled husband traveling with me and my family . I also was under the impression that the beach was a block away. instead it was more like three blocks away. but other than that me and my family enjoyed our stay were nice neighborhood.

Sandra, we appreciate you taking the time to provide us with some feedback regarding your family's stay in this five-bedroom/four-bath three-story home in the exclusive Villages of Crystal Beach neighborhood, which is about 900 yards from Crystal Beach. A seasonal trolley service is available. Please accept our apology for any inconvenience or confusion caused by the sleeping options. Pictures and descriptions online are accurate to the best of our knowledge. As mentioned on Vrbo and RealJoy websites, "there is a king bedroom on the first floor, a queen bedroom and a king master suite on the second floor, a bedroom with 2 queen beds and a bedroom with a twin over full bunk bed on the third floor along with a second living space with a queen-sized sleeper sofa." Before booking I read some of the other reviews so I was quite sure what to expect. I have absolutely nothing bad to say about this place. It was in a great area with other condos/beach houses similar to it. It looks just as it does in the pictures. The house was sparkling clean. The listing did say there was enough parking spots for three but when we got there only two cars could fit but we were able to park one right behind the first to so that it was off of the streets. There was also additional parking a short walk down the street so it wasn’t too bad. We got that right in time to catch the shuttle to the beach the first day but we had to walk back which I originally dreaded but it was literally a 5 minute walk back to the house and we enjoyed site seeing. When we did catch the shuttle it came quick and there wasn’t any long waiting times. Two things you should know, the house is a few stories so at night when some of us were trying to sleep we can hear the others upstairs walking which wasn’t really a big deal for any of us but might be for some. Also, it took us a few minutes to learn how to lock the front door but once we were familiar with it we had no problems. All in all I would rate this place 10/10. We loved it so much I tried to book it for my birthday the same weekend we were there but it was already booked… bummer!

Overall we enjoyed our staying even tried to extend our occupancy for more than 5 nights unfortunately the house was booked my only recommendation is to change some of the mattresses especially the one in the master bedroom in the first floor

This house is located in the perfect place. Within walking distance there is a Publix, outdoor shopping mall and the beach! The home was very spacious and clean. The neighborhood was very friendly and the kids from the neighborhood actually came out to play with our children and shared their bikes. The pool was beautiful and heated. Overall great experience!

Home looks exaclty like pictures. If your going in a big group please know that parking is impossible around this property and you will be towed and who wants to deal with that on vacation. we had some minor issues but they were resloved in within hours of calling about them. Other than that everything was extremly relaxing and worth every penny!
