Everything was great! You were very kind, flexible and cordial! The apartment was very good, very comfortable and cozy!! The only suggestion is that the mattresses on the beds in the small room were very thin and the next day we woke up with a bit of pain in our waist.- Posted: 10/12/2024

We had a wonderful stay at this condo. Our only issue was that our GPS consistently directed us through a neighborhood requiring a password, rather than the scenic Gulf Road. Additionally, the master toilet lid seat was broken, as noted in a previous review. However, the pool was spectacular and our children spent countless hours enjoying it. Fun in the Sun
There is nothing better than staying in a place that is beachy comfortable! It had everything we needed and then some! I loved drinking coffee on the balcony every morning overlooking the ocean. Weekend Beach Getaway
We completely enjoyed our stay in this condo at Beach Resort. The condo was perfect for my family, extremely clean, very nicely decorated, and had everything we needed in the kitchen and bedrooms. The location is perfect, and after a few hours at the beach, the pool at Beach Resort is fantastic! We loved how updated and cozy it was when we arrived inside. There were a few things we learned while we were leaving that we wish we would have known, like that there was a trash chute, and the available water toys for the kids to play with ( so kind by the way!) and the location of our parking spot. They were very responsive to our questions and answered immediately. About a 5 minute walk from the beach, so not horrible and we really enjoyed the big pool and hot tub.- Posted: 8/20/2023

Nice stay
Beautiful place, nice location. Loved having garage parking too! Well stocked kitchen for cooking. Other places we've rented from had beach chairs and umbrellas, this one does not so you'll have to bring them, rent them or buy them. We did a bit of a longer stay but was still left only 2 dishwasher pods, maybe judge the amount on stay length? Overall a great place and we'd go back for sure!- Posted: 4/23/2023

Please accept our apology for any inconvenience caused by there not being beach chairs or beach service offered. These are not listed as amenities for this unit. It would be the decision of the owner to provide beach service as a perk or use of beach chairs and umbrellas. As mentioned in the rental agreement, housekeeping leaves a limited amount (starters) of such supplies as toilet paper, paper towels, trash bags, and dish detergent. Ballcation with a view
This unit is beautiful. Nicely decorated. Plenty of room for our family of 5. My kids enjoyed the large pool on site. The beach in this area is gorgeous. During our stay the dishwasher was not operating. Parts were ordered but not repaired during our visit. The dryer did not seem to get hot when drying clothes and therefore took extremely long to dry. Finally the ice maker in the fridge also did not make any ice during our visit. The trip was a lovely family vacation and baseball tournament for our son.- Posted: 7/31/2022

Perfection
The condo is absolutely beautiful! When I arrived the interior smelled clean and the tv's were playing jazz music that combined with the lamps on made it so welcoming. I felt at home and would love to stay for a month at some point. The balcony was spacious overlooking the pool and I could see the ocean from the balcony as well. The unit is nicely decorated in a modern farmhouse theme. The kitchen is nicely stocked for almost anything a family would want to prepare. The pool at this condo has a spa feel to it with a beautifully shaped pool rather than a boring rectangle. I really appreciated a section of the pool was heated! Pool bathrooms were always very clean and the pool deck has many areas to it for either privacy or group fun. Plenty of shade for those who wish to get out of the sun. There was a gentleman always, always maintaining the pool area so everything was very clean and tidy. Condo is located within 5 minutes of major shopping and just a couple minutes to coffee/donuts for early mornings.- Posted: 3/23/2022

The home was the perfect location and beautiful! Walking distance to the beach and beach views from the balcony. However, the management company did not provide all the details like they said they would. We had to call multiple times to get our key codes and other information. We felt very lost the whole time we were there. We weren’t sure where our beach access was that are code was even for. We were asked to take the trash out but had to ask other visitors where the trash bin was. Wonderful place, but the management company needs to send better detailed information for checkin and checkout.- Posted: 9/6/2021

Beautifully decorated apartment! Very spacious and comfortable. The pools and hot tub were super clean. The beach was so beautiful too! The virtual tour showed a different view from the master bedroom. The dishes, cabinets, ceiling fans and baseboards were a little dirty.
