This is our third year at this property in second at this unit. RealJoy has always been helpful and easy to work with. The community itself is why I keep coming back. The resort area (pool, hot tub, pool deck, etc.) is so wonderful. If I get back from the beach or from a day of running around, the pool is always an awesome place to go and relax at. The unit itself is perfect for our family of five with three teens. I was able to cook breakfast, preparing lunch and do dinner pretty easily. I would highly recommend this unit and community.

The location on Miramar Beach is a great location. The condo is very comfortable & quiet. Nice pool & hot tub area.

We had a wonderful stay at this location. I can’t think of anything negative. Everything was what I expected. Thank for advertising exactly what we get. What a nice place. The only thing that was kinda difficult is the beach access. The code didn’t work for us at all. But it wasn’t a problem because we had some wonderful neighbors that didn’t mind letting us in and out for the beach.

Everything was great! You were very kind, flexible and cordial! The apartment was very good, very comfortable and cozy!! The only suggestion is that the mattresses on the beds in the small room were very thin and the next day we woke up with a bit of pain in our waist.

We had a wonderful stay at this condo. Our only issue was that our GPS consistently directed us through a neighborhood requiring a password, rather than the scenic Gulf Road. Additionally, the master toilet lid seat was broken, as noted in a previous review. However, the pool was spectacular and our children spent countless hours enjoying it. It looks just like the photos. We would love to stay here again.

There is nothing better than staying in a place that is beachy comfortable! It had everything we needed and then some! I loved drinking coffee on the balcony every morning overlooking the ocean. We also enjoyed all of the channels on the tv at night. The beds were super comfortable and the kitchen had all the amenities. Just Lovely!

What Breakfast?. Love the location of the property to the beach and restaurants. Also loved the quietness of the property and the outdoors amenities. An attendant to get direct answers.

We loved how updated and cozy it was when we arrived inside. There were a few things we learned while we were leaving that we wish we would have known, like that there was a trash chute, and the available water toys for the kids to play with ( so kind by the way!) and the location of our parking spot. They were very responsive to our questions and answered immediately. About a 5 minute walk from the beach, so not horrible and we really enjoyed the big pool and hot tub.

We completely enjoyed our stay in this condo at Beach Resort. The condo was perfect for my family, extremely clean, very nicely decorated, and had everything we needed in the kitchen and bedrooms. The location is perfect, and after a few hours at the beach, the pool at Beach Resort is fantastic! The rental process and follow up service we received with Real Joy Vacations was excellent, and this will certainly be our condo of choice when we visit Destin!!!

Beautiful place, nice location. Loved having garage parking too! Well stocked kitchen for cooking. Other places we've rented from had beach chairs and umbrellas, this one does not so you'll have to bring them, rent them or buy them. We did a bit of a longer stay but was still left only 2 dishwasher pods, maybe judge the amount on stay length? Overall a great place and we'd go back for sure!

It would be the decision of the owner to provide beach service as a perk or use of beach chairs and umbrellas. As mentioned in the rental agreement, housekeeping leaves a limited amount (starters) of such supplies as toilet paper, paper towels, trash bags, and dish detergent. Beautifully decorated apartment! Very spacious and comfortable. The pools and hot tub were super clean. The beach was so beautiful too! The virtual tour showed a different view from the master bedroom. The dishes, cabinets, ceiling fans and baseboards were a little dirty. I thought the entrance to the beach was closer than it actually was.
