Beach Resort 316 is a 3-bedroom 3 bath condo located just steps away from the sugar white sands of Miramar Beach! Families will love the close proximity to beach access and the large, extravagant pool area – complete with a hot tub, water fountain, and a shallow end for the kids to enjoy. The condo features a fabulous wrap-around balcony with gorgeous views of both the gulf and pool. There is a master suite with a king bed, a guest suite with two queen beds, a sleeper sofa, and a kitchenette, a bunk room with a twin over twin bunk bed. For your convenience, there are TWO washers/dryers in the unit. Find your perfect vacation destination at Beach Resort 316!

Located directly across from Miramar Beach on Scenic Gulf Drive, Beach Resort is a low-rise condo complex with only 64 units. The resort features an expansive, zero-entry pool area with a fountain and hot tub (pool is seasonally heated) as well as a community grilling area. Beach Resort also provides gated beach access! Hungry? Within walking distance are local beachside favorites: Captain Dave’s, Pompano Joe’s, and Kenny D’s. Have the vacation you’ve been looking for at Beach Resort! NOTE: Beach Resort has an elevator.

Not to mention the fabulous fishing, the world's most beautiful beaches, addictive seafood and the full array of activities for kids of all ages and more fun to be found in Destin.

Here you will find wind surfing, snorkeling, water-skiing and parasailing offered all along the Gulf. Nearby attractions include a Big Kahuna's Waterpark, The Track Family Fun Center and an array of watersports available at Destin Harbor. Of course, you'll want to savor the unique and delicious flavors of the freshest seafood available at any of Destin's more then 100 eateries! Restaurants here range from casual oyster bars to elegant bistros serving culinary delights guaranteed to please your palate.

So, come enjoy the freshest seafood, go fishing for all types of salt and freshwater fish, explore fun shops and boutiques or simply relax on breathtaking beaches.

If you are near Miramar Beach, the snorkelers in your group will love the new artificial reef called Dolphin Reef, deployed in 2017. Located just 685 feet straight out from the Miramar Regional Public Beach access (by Pompano Joe's), it is becoming a haven for sea life. Each of the 4 snorkeling reefs comprises 40 acres of permitted sea bottom. The Dolphin Reef is at a depth of 12-20 feet. We strongly recommend that snorkelers use a kayak, paddleboard, or other flotation device when visiting the snorkel reefs. Sea conditions can and do change quickly and often. Enjoy!

Best Stay Yet!

We loved the location so close to the beach. We loved the beautiful balcony to relax outside. The condo was perfect for our group. We loved the beach chairs, that was so convenient. Also, having the carts by the elevator to bring groceries and luggage upstairs was a perk. We loved the pool. It was the best pool we have had so far on our Destin vacations. The key for pool entry was a little complicated but we loved how it cut down on the outsiders using the pool. I really don't have any complaints. The gate to the beach access was a little further than I prefer but it wasn't bad. Unfortunately, during our stay the beach gate key pad stopped working correctly and then the whole gate came off the hinges. It was fixed within a day and seemed to be working better after that. I really loved everything.

Overall a great location. The unit itself was well furnished and equipped. One thing we missed was beach service with this unit. A little dusty here and there and the door was standing open when we arrived, but overall a good stay.

Loved the wraparound balcony. The bedroom and bunkroom setup was well suited for our needs which included a mix of twenties & teens. For the price, we wish beach chair and umbrella setup would have been included. The owner/management company communicated very well and the condo was clean, well appointed and very well maintained. We had a positive experience with this condo & would definitely consider staying here again.

Perfect location and comfortable space for a Destin beach area vacation!

The unit was comfortable, clean, spacious and the kitchen was very well equipped. The view from the balcony was amazing, and the pool is the best. We loved Beach Resort 316 and it worked perfectly for our family on this trip, but the description is a bit misleading. It states that there are 3 bedrooms when in reality there are 2 plus a bunkroom, which does not have a door. It is very close to the living area, so if someone were planning on using this area as a bedroom, it would be difficult. The space worked for us as we were able to work out another sleeping arrangement for the 3 year old child we had planned on putting in that bedroom. However if we had needed the bedroom, it would have been disappointing and impacted the comfort of our stay. I simply suggest that it is made more clear in the description regarding this 3rd sleeping space.
