This complex is in close proximity to beach access and features a large, extravagant pool area – complete with a hot tub, water fountain, and a shallow end for the kids to enjoy. This beautiful condo has a king bed in the master bedroom, a twin over full bunk bed in the bunk room, and a queen-sized sleeper chair in the living room, this lovely condo sleeps 6 comfortably. Located directly across from the beach on Scenic Gulf Drive, Beach Resort is a low-rise condo complex with only 64 units. The resort features an expansive, zero-entry pool area with a fountain and hot tub (the pool is seasonally heated) as well as a community grilling area. Beach Resort also provides gated beach access! Hungry? Within walking distance are local beachside favorites: Captain Dave’s, Pompano Joe’s, and Kenny D’s. Have the vacation you’ve been looking for at Beach Resort!

Here you will find windsurfing, snorkeling, water-skiing, and parasailing offered all along the Gulf. Nearby attractions include a Big Kahuna's Waterpark, The Track Family Fun Center, and an array of watersports available at Destin Harbor. Of course, you'll want to savor the unique and delicious flavors of the freshest seafood available at any of Destin's more than 100 eateries! Restaurants here range from casual oyster bars to elegant bistros serving culinary delights guaranteed to please your palate.

If you are near Miramar Beach, the snorkelers in your group will love the new artificial reef, Dolphin Reef, deployed in 2017. Located just 685 feet straight out from the Miramar Regional Public Beach Access (by Pompano Joe's), it is becoming a haven for sea life. Each of the 4 snorkeling reefs comprises 40 acres of the permitted sea bottom. The Dolphin Reef is at a depth of 12-20 feet. We strongly recommend that snorkelers use a kayak, paddleboard, or another flotation device when visiting the snorkel reefs. Sea conditions can and do change quickly and often. Enjoy!

We will definitely stay in this room our next visit to Destin! We are very picky about location and cleanliness! This was one of the cleanest places we’ve stayed and was a very short walk I my distance to the beach. It was around 30 minutes to the airport and there were many places to eat in the area! Everything from checkin to checkout went very smooth and RealJoy was very helpful with our questions. Definitely recommend this room!

We had an excellent stay on an off-peak weekend. The unit was clean, quiet, and spacious and the property was in a great location with an amazing, clean pool area. About a 200 yard walk to the beach gate which provided access to a beautiful stretch of beach with chairs & umbrellas available for rent (or bring the ones provided in the rental). The management company was very responsive and helpful after hours when Google Maps tried to take us through a locked gate. They had great, proactive communication before and during our stay.

Beautiful place to stay! Pictures were spot on, the pool is right outside (not noisy at all), and its a short 2 minute walk to the beach or restaurants. All the beach gear listed was right there in the unit for us. Perfect for our family vacation - will definitely stay again!

Our stay at Beach Resort was perfect. Our family of 4 had more than enough room. It was nice to have the large sofa to lounge on. The beds we’re comfortable and provided a night of restful sleep after being at the beach and pool all day. The proximity to the beach was about 1 block, easy to access and the clean off deck at the entry was nice to have. We enjoyed the pool during the day and spent the sunset hours at the beach. Overall this trip was a 10/10. When we go back we will for sure book at Beach Resort.

The Beach Resort 214 was a great stay! The place was clean and easy to get too. We loved the zero entry pool, second pool, and the hot tub was great! Easy walk to Kenny Ds and Captain Dave’s. The only thing that needs to be added in the description is that while the beach is 100 steps, you don’t have access to the beach directly across the street from the resort. Beach Resorts’ access gate to about a 5 minute walk and has three sets of stairs to get down to the beach. It borders next to another private beach section so you need to be mindful of where you set up. We throughly enjoyed beach chairs + wagon provided with our room!

This condo was exactly as described. We had an amazing time. This place was described as child friendly and that is very accurate. Lots of space to play. We have 4,5,8 yr old boys. There were home decor in all the right places. It was visually pleasing without the kids wanting to mess with things they shouldn’t. The price was just right for the space and all included amenities. The bed were very clean. The couch was comfy & very large. The back view was of the pool and I can see the beach to the right. The pool was probably the best on the block. 104f hot tub, large kid pool that starts at 0 feet for easy baby entrance and went down gradually to 5 ft then an adult pool that was 4 ft went to 5 ft. They had 2 bathrooms, 1 full shower/ tub kids room had a stand up shower. Kids room is a hallway type room but it was perfect for vacationing bc we wanted our family to spend all the time we could together. You will love this place for the price.

Loved the place! It was clean. We walked in to beach music playing on the TV screens. The view is the pool & when you lean over and look to the right you can see a bit of the beach.
It’s a little bit of a walk to get to the beach access gate but it’s not bad at all. Some directions could have been a little clearer but we figured it out! Our maps was trying to take us through the neighborhood that was gated but you can’t go that way. Also it says to the left of the condo is the direction to the entrances to the beach I believe but you don’t know which direction you’re facing.
Lastly the bunkbed room is a bit smaller in person. It’s a hallway, and my friends got a bit warm. It’s good to just leave the sliding door open.
The mattresses were a bit firm. Perhaps they need mattress pads?
Everything else was great, loved that they had chairs we could us as well! I’d recommend this place forsure!
