Beach Love is a 5 bedroom, 4 bath townhome located in a prime location directly on the beach off Scenic Hwy 30A! This beautifully decorated townhome features a bright, white remodeled kitchen with granite countertops and all new stainless steel appliances. The living area boasts a new 52' inch flat-screen TV, and a balcony showcasing endless views of the gulf. With four king bedrooms and a bedroom with 2 queen-over-queen bunkbeds, this beachfront townhome sleeps a maximum of 14 guests. Your family will love the new private pool, sundeck, and barbecue area and the added convenience of an outside shower, so you can rinse off after a long day at the beach. Located in Seagrove Beach, Beach Love is two townhomes, East and West, located directly on the beach. A variety of restaurants and retail shops are within walking distance on Scenic Hwy 30A. This fantastic location offers quick access to Seaside and Rosemary Beach! Also enjoy exploring the many art galleries, and more in nearby Watercolor and Grayton Beach.

Seaside is a fantastic destination, most widely known for being featured in the Truman Show with Jim Carrey. Its incredible architecture has helped to make it famous but also its faithful replication of the kind of seaside town that used to be common up and down the coast. Seaside has its own Farmer's Market, post office, Repertory Theater and neighborhood school. It boasts unique shopping, fantastic cuisine and the incredible architecture that makes Seaside famous.

30A is a fantastic destination, the beaches are some of the world’s best with sugar white sand and emerald green waters. You will find plenty of beach accesses along a 17 mile stretch of Santa Rosa Beach. It boasts unique shopping, fantastic cuisine and the incredible architecture that makes 30A famous, there are activities for everyone; kayak rentals, bike rentals, paragliding, fishing, golfing, hiking, swimming, tennis -- you'll find it all right here.

The snorkelers in your group will love the new artificial reef called Sea Turtle Reef, deployed in 2017. Located just 783 feet out from the Grayton Beach State Park access, it is becoming a haven for sea life. Each of the 4 snorkeling reefs comprises 40 acres of permitted sea bottom. The Sea Turtle Reef is at a depth of 12-19 feet. We strongly recommend that snorkelers use a kayak, paddleboard, or other flotation device when visiting the snorkel reefs. Sea conditions can and do change quickly and often. Enjoy!

Beautiful home and location. Even though we stayed in the busy season and lots of vacationers were around us, the home felt private.
Clean and beautiful home with plenty of space for our party of six. Proximity to beach a major plus, just a few stair steps away. During the busy season on the beach - even with your own beach chairs and private space, you may have to accept lots of other beachgoers sitting in front of your view of the water. But the home and location are great.
Bikes also a plus as there were several places to bike to for food and ice cream. If you drive into nearby beach towns like Seaside or Rosemary expect traffic and crowds.

I would have some kind of sign at the entrance to let people know instead of using the dumpster as a landmark, aside from that everything was great. The unit was available earlier, but they did not let us check in. I was kind of disappointed because of that but it’s still a five star review.

5-star property and Experience

You could not ask for a better location all around. House is on the beach and biking distance to Seaside and a short drive from highly recommended Alys beach. restaurants and shopping are everywhere and there was something to do for everyone in our group from infants to teenagers and of course adults!

Everything was great about this place. Amazing views, awesome beach. They only thing that we ran in to for the first time was this specific air bnb lacked some basic house items like toilet paper, pantry items like salt and pepper, coffee, etc. These are pretty small items but for this type of house, I would think it would have some stuff complimentary items so we aren’t buying salt and pepper on vacation. Maybe the last group cleared them out. Not really sure. It’s a small thing. Everything else was great. Just make sure you know what they have at the home so you can prepare for your stay so you’re not running around like our group the night you are cooking out looking for ingredients.

Awesome Beach House steps from the beach

We had our3 kids, their spouses and 4 grandkids with us and it was a perfect house and location located right in between Seaside and Rosemary. Our check-in had some problems and we were delayed over an hour when the code wouldn't work because the batteries were dead. But management made it up to us with a very nice gift basket. Some of the towels had some stains on them -- management brought over more towels. But overall we would go back to the same house if we had the opportunity.
