Beach House 603D- Rest Ashore

Loved our stay. Extremely clean with a well-stocked kitchen and beautiful furnishings. The view from the balcony was private and perfect for watching the dolphins every morning. The chairs on the balcony were very comfortable. The beach was never crowded. The elevator was quick and located near the condo. The full-size washer/dryer was really helpful. Excellent WiFi and an easy walk to the beach. The complimentary chairs included on the beach were very comfortable. Great location! Property manager was quick to answer any questions. We will definitely stay at this property again.

The view, the layout of the place and the proximity to the beach, grocery store and Alvin’s were amazing. They could have given more toilet paper, paper towel, kleenex, dish soap (maybe a liquid hand soap) shampoo and laundry detergent. We were there for 9 nights and 10 days so it should be proportionate to the number of days people are staying. Salt and pepper would have also been nice. The dryer didn’t dry very well and the master bathroom fan was rattling and very noisy. The water pressure was great. Three tvs were awesome.kitchen was supplied with utensils and everything much better yhan most air b&bs.

This property is well maintained and looked exactly like the pictures. The entire condo property is very nice. You can tell it's an older building but seems very well maintained. Our unit, 603D, was perfect. The kitchen was well stocked with nice dishes (including decent pans) Everything seemed very clean and maintained. I would most definitely stay again and recommend to friends. The mattresses were a bit soft for me. I'm older and really need a good supportive mattress. All 3 were too soft for my liking. There were ample towels and bedding so that was good. The balcony was a real plus. The high back chairs were great. They are composite material and great quality. We enjoyed sitting on them and enjoying the ocean view. The pool and area was very nice too. I'm happy we stayed here!

Our unit was clean, up-to-date and everything was in perfect working order. The beach was just steps from the elevator. The chair service staff did a good job of keeping the private beach, private. We will absolutely try to stay here again on our next trip to Destin. I cannot recommend this unit and RealJoy more highly.

WOW!!! If I had to choose one word to describe our stay, I would have to go with PERFECT with no hesitations. Beautiful view. Right on the beach. The beach is absolutely BEAUTIFUL and not crowded, since it’s a private beach and you only share it with the other guests at the resort. The beach service with the two lounge chairs and umbrella included was super nice. The condo was clean and it had EVERYTHING we needed during our stay. RealJoy Vacation’s communication was amazing. The condo was completely updated and comfortable. There was plenty of parking and the grounds were well maintained. My only complaint was with La Dolce Vita, the company that provides umbrella and chair rentals. They used all available area in front of the condo complex that was closest to the water and left zero front spots for those of us that bring our own beach gear. The most annoying thing of all was that the majority of those spots sat unused. My advice would be to stake out your spot around 6:30 a.m. (they start setting up about 6:45 a.m.), be prepared to pay $40 a day for 2 chairs and an umbrella or plan on walking further down the beach. Other than that minor disappointment, everything was great!

Simply Amazing and breathtaking views! Being on the top floor made great balcony time. The condo was very nice, clean and made a comfortable stay. Worth every minute of that 11hr drive! I would definitely recommend this location! Right on the beach, walking distance from souvenir shop and restaurants.

This rental location was absolutely fantastic. The view off the balcony is perfect. The beach area is NOT overcrowded, which is also a bonus. We were there on a holiday weekend and did not feel "cramped" on the beach. Used the pool as well and it was equally as nice. The actual condo unit didn't lack a thing. It was clean and neat. The communication from the host was great, even after we arrived, to be sure we didn't need anything. Which we did not. We will rent this specific unit again when in the area. I was sure to save the details to make it easy to find them. Thank you for making our vacation enjoyable.

We enjoyed the surrounding area, the surf hut and some of the people who stayed at the Beach House. Very Nice accommodations, but we paid heavily for it, especially with the hidden fees once you click to book! 😒 we had everything clean when we left and we were asked to take the sheets off the bed, gather up dirty towels, etc. don’t mind but we sure did pay extra for all those fees.

Updated, very clean on arrival, they had everything you needed just as if you were home. They replied very quickly when I had a question.
On the beach! Great views and since they had their own beach access the elevators were very responsive. Short walk down to the beach, perfect shallow spots for my 3 yo toddler to play in the water safely with supervision.
I will use them again and also on any of their properties within Airbnb.
