With a king bed in the master, two full beds in the guest bedroom, and a sofa sleeper in the living room, this lovely condo sleeps 6 guests comfortably! There is a washer/dryer for your convenience. Beach House is a 6-story condominium complex located directly on Miramar Beach. With 650 feet of private beach front, it's an ideal getaway for families or couples. The large pool is seasonally heated and a kiddie pool will delight the toddlers in your group. Older kids might enjoy the lighted tennis courts and fitness center. Adults will enjoy relaxing in the Gulf Front gazebo with picnic tables and beach service. The active members of your group might enjoy a trek along the bike path. There's something for everyone at Beach House!

Wander down the beach to the Whale's Tail or Surf Hut for a bite. The Surf Hut is the newest beach front restaurant on Scenic 98 and is just a 100 yard walk along the beach. Take a dip in the beachfront pool or catch some rays on the sugar white beaches. To work off those calories, there are tennis courts and a fitness center for your use. Area Attractions:

Beach House is located only half a mile from the Silver Sands Outlet Centers and is convenient to both the action in Destin and Grand Boulevard Towne Center with incredible eateries, upscale shopping and a park with pop up fountains at its center.

Grand Boulevard Town Center is a pedestrian-friendly, shopping and dining complex just off Emerald Coast Parkway, convenient to both SanDestin and Miramar Beach. For the high-end shopper, the center offers everything from Fusion Art Glass Gallery to Brooks Brothers Country Club. Several boutiques, such as Hello, Sunshine and Magnolia House, carry fare you can't find anywhere else. Dining options include Mitchell's Fish Market, P. F. Chang's China Bistro, and Cantina Laredo Gourmet Mexican Food. In 2013, Walton County’s first movie theater opened at Grand Boulevard’s Town Center – the state-of-the-art Boulevard 10 Movie Theater.

If you are near Miramar Beach, the snorkelers in your group will love the new artificial reef called Dolphin Reef, which was deployed in 2017. Located just 685 feet straight out from the Miramar Regional Public Beach access (by Pompano Joe's), it is becoming a haven for sea life. Each of the 4 snorkeling reefs comprises 40 acres of permitted sea bottom. The Dolphin Reef is at a depth of 12-20 feet. We strongly recommend that snorkelers use a kayak, paddleboard, or other flotation device when visiting the snorkel reefs. Sea conditions can and do change quickly and often. Enjoy!

The view, the layout of the place and the proximity to the beach, grocery store and Alvin’s were amazing. They could have given more toilet paper, paper towel, kleenex, dish soap (maybe a liquid hand soap) shampoo and laundry detergent. We were there for 9 nights and 10 days so it should be proportionate to the number of days people are staying. Salt and pepper would have also been nice. The dryer didn’t dry very well and the master bathroom fan was rattling and very noisy. The water pressure was great. Three tvs were awesome.kitchen was supplied with utensils and everything much better yhan most air b&bs.

Beach House - unit 603D - Excellent stay!

This property is well maintained and looked exactly like the pictures. The entire condo property is very nice. You can tell it's an older building but seems very well maintained. Our unit, 603D, was perfect. The kitchen was well stocked with nice dishes (including decent pans) Everything seemed very clean and maintained. I would most definitely stay again and recommend to friends. The mattresses were a bit soft for me. I'm older and really need a good supportive mattress. All 3 were too soft for my liking. There were ample towels and bedding so that was good. The balcony was a real plus. The high back chairs were great. They are composite material and great quality. We enjoyed sitting on them and enjoying the ocean view. The pool and area was very nice too. I'm happy we stayed here!

WOW!!! If I had to choose one word to describe our stay, I would have to go with PERFECT with no hesitations. Beautiful view. Right on the beach. The beach is absolutely BEAUTIFUL and not crowded, since it’s a private beach and you only share it with the other guests at the resort. The beach service with the two lounge chairs and umbrella included was super nice. The condo was clean and it had EVERYTHING we needed during our stay. RealJoy Vacation’s communication was amazing. Very clear instructions to check in and check out. Thank you for a wonderful stay!
