Beach House is a 6-story condominium complex located directly on Miramar Beach. With 650 feet of private beachfront, it's an ideal getaway for families or couples. The large pool is seasonally heated, and a kiddie pool will delight the toddlers in your group. Older kids might enjoy the lighted tennis courts and fitness center. Adults will enjoy relaxing in the Gulf Front gazebo with picnic tables and beach service. The active members of your group might enjoy a trek along the bike path. There's something for everyone at Beach House!

Wander down the beach to the Whale's Tail or Surf Hut for a bite. The Surf Hut is the newest beachfront restaurant on Scenic 98 and is just a 100-yard walk along the beach. Take a dip in the beachfront pool or catch some rays on the sugar-white beaches. To work off those calories, there are tennis courts and a fitness center for your use. Area Attractions:

Beach House is located only half a mile from the Silver Sands Outlet Centers and is convenient to both the action in Destin and Grand Boulevard Towne Center with incredible eateries, upscale shopping, and a park with pop-up fountains at its center.

Grand Boulevard Town Center is a pedestrian-friendly, shopping and dining complex just off Emerald Coast Parkway, convenient to both Sandestin and Miramar Beach. For the high-end shopper, the center offers everything from Fusion Art Glass Gallery to Brooks Brothers Country Club. Several boutiques, such as Hello, Sunshine, and Magnolia House, carry fare you can't find anywhere else. Dining options include Mitchell's Fish Market, P. F. Chang's China Bistro, and Cantina Laredo Gourmet Mexican Food. In 2013, Walton County’s first movie theater opened at Grand Boulevard’s Town Center – the state-of-the-art Boulevard 10 Movie Theater.

If you are near Miramar Beach, the snorkelers in your group will love the new artificial reef called Dolphin Reef, deployed in 2017. Located just 685 feet straight out from the Miramar Regional Public Beach Access (by Pompano Joe's), it is becoming a haven for sea life. Each of the 4 snorkeling reefs comprises 40 acres of the permitted sea bottom. The Dolphin Reef is at a depth of 12-20 feet. We strongly recommend that snorkelers use a kayak, paddleboard, or another flotation device when visiting the snorkel reefs. Sea conditions can and do change quickly and often. Enjoy!

The condo was exactly as described and photographed. Beautifully decorated and extremely clean. The staff at Real Joy communicated everything perfectly and reached out several times during our stay to make sure everything was going well. They followed up after we checked in to make sure there were no issues and reached out halfway through our stay to see if we needed anything. They even called to make us aware of a potential storm on the last day of our visit. I can’t say enough good things about their service! We definitely recommend Real Joy and will stay there when we travel back to the area.

Best Unit at Beach House!

I have stayed at Beach House for years and this was by far the best unit I’ve ever stayed in! Super clean and beautifully decorated. There were 5 of us and everyone had plenty of space. Fabulous updated kitchen with free-standing ice maker. Sofa on balcony, plus table and chairs. We had an issue with a/c (our fault) and garbage disposal that were quickly and easily resolved over the phone. Will definitely try to get this unit again!

Fantastic management of this wonderful condo!!! We have stayed in this particular location for decades and this is by far the best condo we have ever rented. We had an issue with the air conditioner and the garbage disposal and both were resolved immediately over the phone. The unit does need a new garbage disposal, but it did work for our purposes. Decor was fabulous and soothing, but also practical and beachy. Plenty of room for two adults and four teenage girls. Will definitely rent from real joy again! Hopefully this very same condo!

Stunning and majestic

Everything!! I loved the property was clean, it was spacious, the mattresses were very comfortable, the kitchen was clean and we have everything we needed. The balcony was my favorite spot because I could see magnificent views. I highly recommend this place, and definitely we will come back again. At first I didn’t like the idea that the pool wasn’t so big, but we had an amazing sea, that we didn’t miss the pool at all.

Everything was great at this Beach House condo. Easy access to pool and beach. Location of overall building in prime Miramar Beach location. Close to everything. Unit is perfect for a small - medium sized family and/or 2 couples. The location and access makes this unit very kid friendly. The ice maker comes in handy when preparing for pool/beach. The kids loved the bunk beds. Unit stays very cool during hot beach days and balcony provides nice view and change of setting while at condo.

Stayed here 4 nights on a getaway with my wife and it was perfect. Miramar beach is much quieter than Destin and the beach was not crowded. Nice chairs at the beach and pool as well. The place itself was probably the nicest we have ever stayed in, really nicely down renovation. Everything top notch quality. The place could easily handle a family of 5-6 with the bunk bed setup. Love to be back again some day!

Great unit !! We will stay again. Better then pictures show . Everything is very nicely decorated and feels so new. Only thing I want to mention because I know you pay a lot have it clean is the front bathroom was dirty you could tell the toilet had not been cleaned. But other wise great location to everything.

Absolutely loved this place. So beautifully decorated and all the little things were thought of, such as built in phone chargers by the beds, extra towels, and much much more. The location is perfect and only steps away from the ocean. We will definitely be back!!!

Pros: The condo was immaculate. Very clean and up to date. Plenty of parking and very easy access to the beach. Beach was perfect! Can’t say enough about how nice the unit is.
Cons: not a lot of cons. At least not that hurt the stay. Just not a ton of amenities. Had to buy additional paper towels. Limited amount of TP and trash bags. Also no cable or satellite TV. So have to stick with streaming services only. And the listing shows a game room. That game room is non existent.
Other than that, it was great and we would recommend this place to stay!!!!

I am so glad I took a chance on this place since it didn't have any reviews priorto me booking it. The description and pictures was good but it didnt do it justice because there was way more than I was expecting. I will definitely book this place again if available.
