Very clean property, gorgeous views, and great location. The water was so clear and beautiful and we could even catch the sunset from the deck. Bonus - just across the street is a Traditional Latin Mass chapel so that made it perfect for us also

This was the 4th time we’ve stayed at the Beach House condos. We love the rooms and the location. The beach is private with one row of chairs with beach service provided and included in price. There’s a great walking strip we walk every morning. Winn and Dixie is also walking distance if you need to grab a couple items. We have yet to find a better place to rent from. We enjoyed being on second floor this time. The room space is just what we need for our family of 4. If I would suggest anything- as far as cookware- there needs to be atleast two skillets provided. The only skillet was small and everything stuck to it. Made it hard to cook more than one thing. It would also be nice to be provided more dish towels, but that wasn’t a big deal. The patio furniture could use some updates or atleast be taller to look over balcony. Thank you for another great summer vacation! We will be back!

This is a wonderful condo! It was a perfect location to most everything we needed, right on the beach and close to the pool. Located on the second floor made it even better with no elevators to wait on. The condo itself is tastefully decorated and up to date. Two large bedrooms with accompanying bathrooms. A large furnished kitchen and a relaxing great room to enjoy with a perfect view of the ocean/beach. We will stay here again! Highly recommended!!

Overall it was an ideal place to stay in Miramar Beach! Everything is conveniently located. Only slight issue was we were not allowed to park the golf cart we rented for the day on the premises, even while using our 2nd parking pass. Seems unreasonable for a registered vehicle. We had to return it early because of this.

This is the third time staying in this condo. The place is clean and neat. We love to sit on the balcony in the morning and drink our coffee and sit out there at night and enjoy a cocktail. The beach access is so convenient not to mention that there are 2 complimentary chairs with an umbrella. The pool is lovely and refreshing. You don’t need to venture far for groceries, fuel or restaurants. The location is great . I will definitely book this condo again.

The views are beautiful. The beach is private to the condos and was never crowded. The condo was clean but did have a bit of a closed up scent when we arrived. Probably because no one was there right before us. Not a reason to not stay. We found the beds to be comfortable. The two bedrooms and two baths were perfect for our family of 4. The condo provides 2 rolls of toilet paper and 2 rolls of paper towels. Just an FYI, no dish soap, hand soap, or laundry soap is provided. There is a grocery store and a Walmart nearby though. Very convenient to have the washer/dryer in the condo. Our stay was excellent and we would stay again!

We loved staying at the Beach House! It was exactly as advertised. The only thing missing was the basket that you put the filter in for the coffee pot, there was only one car pass, and the carpets were not vacuumed. Besides these minor things it was a fabulous experience.

The Beach House proximity to the ocean cannot be beat! Felt as though we were right on the water---2nd floor---absolutely fantastic! Complex location is central to EVERYTHING--church, shopping, dining.....easy to navigate. Unit was superbly stocked with everything we needed and was very, very clean. Any questions or concerns we had were handled within minutes RealJoy. They even accommodated our having to have medicines mailed to the main office (since we forgot them!) We are already looking forward to a month again next February

Wow, we loved this place! Such an amazing time, we’ll be back for sure! The location really surprised us, and we loved how RealJoy vacations made this condo nice to stay in, with great Customer Service. Highly recommend this to anyone visiting Miramar Beach Florida area and looking for a comfortable stay. My favorite room was the living room with the balcony view of the ocean/beach. Our stay was from 12/26/22 - 1/1/2023 204A. Only complaint is I would stay away from renting on New Year's Eve. Upstairs were partying until 4am. and loud!! other than that Outstanding.

The condo was just as it was described on VRBO and it was okay, however the mattress in the master bedroom desperately needs to be replaced. It is old and sags badly and the springs pop constantly. The sofa in the family room needs to be cleaned as well. I suggest that the cleaning crew invest in Febreze to spray it down when cleaning to give it a fresh aroma along with Clorox sanitizer spray until it can be cleaned professionally. Otherwise, the condo is in a great location and the view is fantastic.

It was beautiful we had such a wonderful time. So glad we got to stay in this beautiful place. The only complaint I had is there were no child locks. My 2 year old could easily open the front door and sliding doors to a 17 floor balcony. But it was amazing. We will definitely rent threw realjoy again.

Temperatures were high but the visit was great. Condo was just what we needed and had everything in the kitchen that we would need. The location to the beach was awesome and with it being on the second floor we never used the elevator! All the keyless entries make it so easy not to have to worry about keys! It was just like in the pictures! Very spacious and clean. The kitchen was very well stocked with all the essential pots and pans, colander, silverware, pitchers, can openers, wine corker, pizza cutter and more! The ac worked very well! I loved the location as it was on a not so busy beach and the included umbrella and two chairs were heavenly! I didn’t like that there was no broom only a dustpan.

The location of this condo is perfect. You can drink your coffee in the morning while watching the ocean. Having the chairs and umbrella included is a definite plus. RealJoy responded quickly to any communication and tried to make our stay as pleasant as possible. They also assisted with a late checkout because our flights were leaving late, which was a huge help and kept us from wandering around Destin without a vehicle. Be sure to purchase kitchen necessities such as coffee filters, salt/pepper, etc. if you want to cook. We did not understand these were not included but then learned that in Florida, the housekeeping staff must remove all food, etc. items from the kitchen. We were used to staying in AirBNB that provided basics. When we asked about this, RealJoy responded quickly and helped us to get coffee filters because we did not have a vehicle and had already walked to the grocery store. There is a grocery and wine/liquor store in walking distance. We would recommend this place to others!

My family and I recently stayed at this condo and had a fantastic time! The property was very clean and the view of the ocean from the balcony was stunning. We really enjoyed how close we were to the beach, grocery stores and shopping areas. We had one question and once we called customer service they were very friendly and helpful. The check in process was very convenient which helped us after having just spent hours driving. We loved having beach service and the pool was very clean and warm. This was a perfect place for a family vacation. We hope to return!

Very nice and comfortable accommodations! Provided everything we needed for the weekend! We loved being right on the beach with easy beach access. The only thing we would change would be a later checkout if possible. Maybe noon instead. Not sure if that's a possibility if we would have asked in advance.

We loved this unit! It was tastefully decorated and felt like home! The bathrooms were spacious. Beach access was just around the corner and down a few steps. There is a large grocery store a block away. The lady that I spoke with each time at Realjoy was always very courteous and professional. I would definitely stay here again. My only negative thought was the master mattress was vert soft.

Beautiful views. Condo was updated, well decorated and clean. We loved being on the second floor- very convenient. This complex is very close to the beach. Close to shopping and restaurants. We usually stay on 30a but this location is just as nice. Was shorter drive to go deep sea fishing as well. Pool also is beach front. Would definitely stay here again.

Great place for kids because you are so close to the beach. Not a big deal to run back to the condo for something you forgot or need. Condo is decorated beautifully with a fun beach theme. Location was close to anything you could possibly need, but it's not an enormous property so you can get in and out quickly. Loved it! Would stay here again for sure!

This was this first trip to the beach as a family. The condo was perfect. The beds were so comfy, the place super clean. The updates to the bathrooms were beautiful. Everyone around was super friendly and the beach access was just a few steps away. Food and shopping so close. Just perfection.

Great views, great weather, condo has everything you would want, very clean, nicely decorated, only downside is the bed which is probably the softest and most uncomfortable bed I have ever slept on. If I stayed in the middle it was tolerable ( but I'm an older guy with issues ).

It was so nice to sit on the balcony every morning drinking our coffee and watching the dolphins play and feed. The view of the gorgeous beach and ocean just couldn't be beat! The condo had everything we needed for our stay (including 2 beach chairs and an umbrella provided for us each day in the package) and there was a storage room with extra chairs, floats and boogie boards for our use. The kitchen was fully equipped, the beds were super comfortable and there were plenty of towels and washcloths for the 4 of us. There was a washer & dryer in the unit, too, so it was easy to have clean beach towels each day. The condo was furnished with a very comfortable sofa & chairs and seemed to be well insulated so that we could close the door to the bedroom and not hear every word said in the other rooms. We also liked that this condo was an end unit, so there weren't people walking by it all the time. The weather was perfect for being on the beach every day so we didn't take advantage of the great shopping centers that are nearby, but it seems like it would be worth it to make a "girl's trip" closer to the holidays just to get some Christmas shopping done! There are so many great restaurants close to the condo it's hard to decide which one to go to! All in all this was a great vacation experience for our family - we haven't been home but a few days but are already planning on trying to get this same condo for next year, possibly for a longer period of time!

We come to Destin every year, but this is the first time to stay at this condo. We loved every minute of our 7 days! The condo sits between the parking lot and the beach and is right by the stairs, so makes for a quick trip to the sand or the Surf Hut! :) It looks just like the photos, clean, wonderfully decorated and is fully stocked with linens/towels/dishes! This second floor condo was perfect for our family of 4 for a 5 day, 4 night stay. The views were breathtaking and we loved sleeping with the bedroom window open and listening to the waves. We were there for 3 days and the location was perfect. The kids did not want to leave the beach. (Clean , relaxing, and everyone was friendly) We did not move our vehicle once except to go to market. After staying many years at the busy high rise SanDestin Hilton, it was such a refreshing treat to stay at The Beach House. With its own private beach, it was much more relaxing beach time. It seemed more family oriented than the "partying" crowd. Our condo was on the end of the second floor so it was right by the parking lot steps for convenient loading/unloading. The closet outside our door with all sorts of beach necessities from toys, boogie boards to chairs and rafts made it so simple. We didn't have to buy all those items or worry about as much sand getting inside the condo. The condo itself was very clean and decorated nicely. The beds were also very comfortable and rooms remarkably sound proof. Our children enjoyed the small arcade and pool and my husband was able to get in a small workout in the workout room. Also, the location of the property was perfectly in the middle of all the places we enjoy. The outlet mall and wonderful new grocery store are within walking distance. We will be trying to stay in this same condo from now on. I'm hooked!

We rented this condo with another family for the week of the New Years holiday. We have stayed in several different condos in the Beach House Condominiums but this was by far the best. It was very clean and seemed to have been recently renovated. The King bed was so comfortable I actually looked at the mattress tag so that I could get the same one for my home! The location in the complex was the best because of the unobstructive view of the beach. It was an end unit so there was no one walking by all the time -- very private. I have recommended this place to several friends and plan to rent it again for my family!
