My family loved this place. It was perfect for my toddlers, they loved the pools & little village we could go to for activities. Having access to the golf cart was perfect. Any questions we had, we got a response within an hour or less. We will def be back!

Our only hang up was when we went to get a parking pass, the women who helped us seemed frustrated that we didn’t book directly through them and reluctantly gave us a car pass. such a great place to stay for the whole family! make sure you check out Henderson Beach State Park 15 mins away. The beach is much less crowded. We've been staying at Sandestin for 12 years and we love staying on the Bay side. So much to do and just a short golf cart ride away from the Baytown warf and great shopping! This unit is fantastic! This property is even better in person. The condo has been recently updated and decorated to make for a very pleasant stay. Everything was meticulously clean and we had most everything we needed. This is a very nice condo! Location is great - it's right inside the gate of the Sandestin resort, and a very short golf cart ride from Publix, Starbucks, a nice pool, the resort's Wharf area, and another nice shopping area. If you have smaller kids with you, do note that there's a stairway right off the kitchen that leads down to the condo's entrance, so you may want to bring a portable gate if possible.

Place was perfect location, right in the middle of everything. Instructions for everything were a bit spread out between airbnb, emails, printouts in the house, etc., would be nice to have that a little more streamlined. This place was great! Easy to walk - lots of trails. We did rent the golf cart which I highly recommend. We took a taxi from the airport and then an uber back. I travel often and always choose to Airbnb wherever I’m traveling to. A few things that are really important to me when choosing where I stay is aesthetics, cleanliness and convenience. This property offers all three. Whenever traveling to Destin, I always like to stay on Sandestin property as the resort offers everything that you need without even leaving. I usually write a list of pros and cons. However, there is nothing bad to say about this property. The house is very friendly and responds promptly. We had a really great stay and I would definitely choose this property again.

This condo is absolutely beautiful and the location is perfect! The view from the screened in porch is stunning! Everything is exactly as pictured, the master shower is Amazing- you will want to go home and remodel! The property was very clean and updated. We were pleased with the responsiveness of the property managers to any concerns we had (which were very few). We couldn’t find a broom to sweep up sand and they dropped a new one off the very same day! The only complaint we had was that the “private” beach access at Sandestin was very busy. It was nice to drive the included golf cart to that nearby beach but we preferred finding a quieter beach access which was about a 10 minute car drive away.

This is our 3rd year staying at Beach and Bay for Days. Perfect for families. Private resort and golf cart rides to Baytown Wharf. We can’t imagine staying anywhere else. Golf cart comes with your stay and a 3 minute ride to the beach across the street. We never had to leave the resort in our vehicles. Everything is within golf cart distance. We can not wait to come back year after year.

Great location for fishing and taking young kids! The golf cart was great to have and you could go pretty much everywhere in it. One thing I’d like to recommend was the thermostat kept changing automatically and keeping it really cool which was often a bit too cold and we’d have to adjust constantly. Other than that it was a great trip! The property was very clean which is a huge thing for us.

I can’t say enough good things about this property. We liked everything about it. It is so beautiful. It looks even better than what you see in the pictures. We adored this two bedroom unit that look like something right out of a magazine. From the screen porch we watched the fireworks, a raccoon, and an owl. The Place was extremely clean and we Thoroughly enjoy the high end appliances. We were so lucky to find this place available last minute. It has been completely renovated and is so cute!! The deciding factor for us was the fact that it came with a golf cart. We didn't have to use our car for our entire 5 day stay. The condo is centrally located and we could drive the cart to The Village at Baytowne Wharf, under the tunnel to the beach and even to the grocery store and tons of restaurants. Super cute and convenient! Would definitely stay here again!

Great location! Don’t waste your money going around town to eat. Hop on your golf cart and ride to amazing restaurants and shopping. You must also do the paddle boarding by the marina. Most fun we had as a family. Beach was crowded, but it’s July. I’m told there’s access to a pool, but we never went. Also available was bike rentals. We enjoyed our morning runs inside the gates along the paths. The house is equipped with the latest appliances and fixtures. You will also find all the comforts of home ie: dishes, wine glasses, corkscrew, washer and dryer, it’s all there! Will definitely rent again and recommend to others!
