Highland Parks is the newest neighborhood in Blue Mountain Beach featuring a fantastic neighborhood pool with a waterfall, hot tub, gazebo, fire pit, snack bar, and observation tower. The area is the highest point in South Walton County and is surrounded by great eateries and local eclectic shops. Highland Parks is perfectly situated between Redfish Village and Gulf Place Town Center on Hwy 30A! Enjoy dining at local favorites The Perfect Pig, Red Door, Local Catch, or Basmati's. AREA ATTRACTIONS:

Seaside is a fantastic destination, most widely known for being featured in the Truman Show with Jim Carrey. Its incredible architecture has helped to make it famous but also its faithful replication of the kind of seaside town that used to be common up and down the coast. Seaside has its own Farmer's Market, post office, Repertory Theater, and neighborhood school. It boasts unique shopping, fantastic cuisine, and incredible architecture that makes Seaside famous. There are activities for everyone; kayak rentals, bike rentals, paragliding, fishing, golfing, hiking, swimming, tennis -- you'll find it all right here.

Bike over to Blue Mountain Beach Creamery for some homemade scoops that will have your taste buds coming back! You'll have an array of dining options to choose from!

The snorkelers in your group will love the new artificial reef called Sea Turtle Reef, deployed in 2017. Located just 783 feet out from the Grayton Beach State Park access, it is becoming a haven for sea life. Each of the 4 snorkeling reefs comprises 40 acres of permitted sea bottom. The Sea Turtle Reef is at a depth of 12-19 feet. We strongly recommend that snorkelers use a kayak, paddleboard, or other flotation device when visiting the snorkel reefs. Sea conditions can and do change quickly and often. Enjoy!

Loved this home alot. Everything was as pictured! I felt like we were staying in a very high end residence. Plenty of space for the 6 kids, loved having 4 bathrooms. Home was incredibly upon arrival, smelled fresh too. My only complaint was main level bedroom was pretty uncomfortable due to a broken beam underneath, and water in all 3 showers were very unpredictable with temperature. Otherwise everything else was top tier!

Cleanliness was over the top. The place is beautiful. The pool was ok. Kinda small for the amount of people. The pool is not run by the host but the subdivision I guess. Places to eat close by. Shops everywhere. I would stay here again. I would recommend to anyone that wants clean, and a structured place.

Everything was great. House was clean and exactly as described, beds were a little uncomfortable, but not a deal breaker. Def suggest renting a golf cart because community pool is kinda far and no parking, plus everything in the area is more accessible with the golf cart. Overall i would def rent again especially since the kitchen has everything you could possibly need

Nice home, neighborhood and easy access to all 30a has to offer!
This home is great for several adults… kids too of course but it can be challenging to find places with multiple queens or bigger beds for adult couples. We were in town for a wedding and had older family members staying with us. Everyone enjoyed it very much. Beautiful outdoor space, great walking/biking trails, cool overlook at the pool etc. The kitchen is well stocked with equipment and dish stuff. Just be sure to bring all the cooking essentials like even S&P. Hosts were quick to respond to a minor issue with a closet light being out and had someone out the next morning to fix it. Great service. Check in and out were super easy too. We’d stay here again!

My family LOVED this property and we definitely want to stay here again! Everything was PERFECT, from the location, amenities, the space, EVERYTHING!!! The house and neighborhood were beautiful, and close to the surrounding attractions. The neighborhood is so peaceful and charming.
My husband didn't want to leave the shower in the master bedroom, and is already missing it now that we're home.
Maybe for the future renters, let them know there's no complementary coffee, sugar or salt packets to start them out during their stay, and perhaps instructions on how to work the different television remotes (for older generation type people lol), and directions to the closest grocery stores would be helpful.
But for future renters: if you're waffling on whether to rent here or not - waffle no more and just rent this beautiful house!

We had originally booked a trip to Myrtle Beach but with Hurricane Debby we had to pivot last minute. However, so glad we did we had a blast. The house, and neighborhood were great! Security was always patrolling the neighborhood and felt super safe. There is a coffee shop, ice cream shop + more that is walkable distance from the house just right outside the neighborhood. A little bit down the road you will find souvenir shops, and restaurants in a cute little community. The house was a tad bit further from the beach than we would have liked but gulf carts are able to be dropped off at your house and made things much more simple with little ones. Overall it was a great time and I would definitely recommend.

As far as the place and stay everything was as described with plenty of room for our family. The only complaint I would have about our stay would be the beach parking is very limited all through out the Santa Rosa area but other than that the beach was great water was great overall great stay.

We loved our stay at this house! It was a great location to the beach (10 minute walk) and the pool at the property was really nice as well. The house was kept very clean, beds were comfortable and the response time was very prompt when we had a question.
