Welcome to Bahia 4417- The Bahia Beach House, located in the fabulous Sandestin Golf and Beach Resort! This elegant bayside studio condo features bright and airy decor, a kitchenette, and a private balcony with spectacular views. With 2 queen beds, this lovely studio comfortably sleeps 4 guests. You will love all the fabulous amenities like the resort-style lagoon pool, hot tub, and fitness center. Come have the beach vacation of a lifetime at The Bahia Beach House.

*Please note that parking in the garage at Bahia is $10 per stay, which covers one vehicle. It is offered on a first-come, first-served basis and is not guaranteed. Overflow parking is available on-site at the Inspiration lot nearby, which is a few minutes away on foot. We recommend one vehicle.

Bahia in Miramar Beach adds contemporary flair to vacation rentals at the Village with its South Beach inspired motif. Bahia features luxury Destin, Florida condominium rentals located next to Lasata and across from The Grand Sandestin. Baytowne offers a wide array of restaurants, lively bars, seasonal festivals with fireworks, free concerts and abundant amusements. Grand Boulevard is also a short distance away serving as Sandestin’s Town Center with additional restaurants, bars specialty shops and upscale clothiers.

SanDestin Golf and Beach Resort's 2400 acres boasts 72 holes of golf, the gorgeous pool with two hot tubs, 14 tennis courts, a full-service spa and fitness center, zip-lining, a 98-slip marina with available jet ski and kayak rentals, and boat parking can be arranged with Baytowne Wharf for an additional charge. If that weren't enough, SanDestin's fabulous sugar white beaches are a short car ride away!

The snorkelers in your group will love the new artificial reef called Seahorse Reef, deployed in 2017. Located just 715 feet out from the Topsail Hill Preserve State Park access, it is becoming a haven for sea life. Each of the 4 snorkeling reefs comprises 40 acres of permitted sea bottom. The Seahorse Reef is at a depth of 13-18 feet. We strongly recommend that snorkelers use a kayak, paddleboard, or other flotation device when visiting the snorkel reefs. Sea conditions can and do change quickly and often. Enjoy!

We had a wonderful experience! This condo is comfortable and clean. It’s located in a BEAUTIFUL village that’s walkable with several restaurants and shops to choose from. Miramar beach is just a few minutes away by car. The condo also has access to the nicest pool in the village. It feels safe since the whole community is gated and the covered parking garage is private. I would definitely recommend this Air BnB!!

I couldn’t say enough good things about the resort and Real Joy!! I had a little trouble getting into the garage because we decided spur of the moment to come down a day early. I called Real Joy and they were amazing and quick to get things resolved. Baytowne was the perfect place for kids and families, so many restaurants and activities to do as soon as you walk out of the building. The room was just as described and so clean. I wish we had a little bit of a better view because the trees were blocking but hey you’re literally only there to sleep and get ready. It was just a short shuttle ride to the beach and it was beautiful! We really enjoyed our stay and would definitely recommend it! It was perfect for a family of 4 ☺️
