Welcome to Bahia 4324, just a short 2-minute walk from the Village of Baytowne Wharf at the Sandestin Golf and Beach Resort! This chic 2-bedroom condo features a spacious balcony, spanning the corner of the condo, delivering backdrop views of Choctawhatchee Bay! With a king bed in the master bedroom, a queen bed in the guest room, and a queen sofa sleeper in the living room, this lovely condo sleeps 6 guests comfortably. When you’re not catching sun on the beach, relax by the lagoon pool and enjoy all the fabulous resort amenities. Bahia 4322 is an adjacent lockout suite and both units can be rented together to sleep 8 guest total! Come make long-lasting beach memories at Bahia 4324.

*Please note that parking in the garage at Bahia is $10 per stay, which covers one vehicle. It is offered on a first-come, first-served basis and is not guaranteed. Overflow parking is available on-site at the Inspiration lot nearby, which is a few minutes away on foot. We recommend one vehicle.

The snorkelers in your group will love the new artificial reef called Seahorse Reef, deployed in 2017. Located just 715 feet out from the Topsail Hill Preserve State Park access, it is becoming a haven for sea life. Each of the 4 snorkeling reefs comprises 40 acres of permitted sea bottom. The Seahorse Reef is at a depth of 13-18 feet. We strongly recommend that snorkelers use a kayak, paddleboard, or other flotation device when visiting the snorkel reefs. Sea conditions can and do change quickly and often. Enjoy!

Lovely property

Had a wonderful experience. The unit was modern, well kept and the interior of the unit was in great shape.
The only hiccup to note was that the condo association recently changed things up so they couldn’t print the parking passes in the instructions (so we spent a good bit of time thinking we missed something) but the exterior parking isn’t bad and you can actually just follow other cars in - there’s plenty of traffic and the gate has a sensor to stop short of a car is under it so no real inconvenience once we figured that out. Would definitely stay here again! Baytowne village adds a whole new dimension to a beach trip in a very walkable community with plenty of activities and nightlife right next door!

Stayed Dec 27-Jan 2 for our family vacation (2 adults and 2 kids 10 and 7) in 4324 and absolutely loved it! It had everything we needed, was a great amount of space and definitely felt like our home away from home!! The Bahia complex is so close to Baytowne Wharf and the grounds and pool are beautiful!!! We highly recommend this condo and will miss it!! Thank you for making our first trip to Miramar Beach/Destin one to remember!

Everything you could want!

Very spacious! We have rented in this area before. We absolutely love staying in Baytowne and this placed did not disappoint. Balcony view of the bay and the quieter side of the building. Loved having the parking deck and parking access to the beach across the street. Wonderful pool and loved being able to walk right into Baytown to get food, enjoy the other neighborhoods to walk around in and the playground for our son. We will definitely book again! Only down side was the tvs in the guest room and master did not work. But we only wanted that for our son it was not a deal breaker.

Beautiful condo and the patio is worth the booking, very peaceful in the mornings to sit and enjoy coffee. The couch is currently being replaced so if you are in need of a sleeper sofa I would make sure that's available first. I would definitely stay here again!

Our stay at this property was awesome! If I had to list any suggestions/complaints I would say that another nightstand needs to be added in the master bedroom and the ducts in this unit seem to be in desperate need of cleaning because every time we turned on the heating/air conditioning unit we noticed that a lot of black debris started falling from the vents and was getting all over the floors in every room. It was more in the kitchen, bathrooms and bedrooms than any other place in the condo. Overall a great stay!

Bahia at Baytowne Wharf Unit #4324 comfortably accommodated three adults and two kids. It was in walking distance to The Village of Baytowne Wharf where you can shop, eat, and just enjoy the scenery. It is beautifully decorated and very clean. The host communicated well via text messages, email, and the RealJoy guest portal. We had an issue upon check-in but the host responded and resolved the issue. I definitely recommend this unit and will book again!
