Welcome to Bahia 4122, located across from the Grand Sandestin Golf and Beach Resort! This elegant, bayside studio condo is complete with a kitchenette and features incredible views of Choctawhatchee Bay! With a king bed and queen sleeper sofa, this lovely studio comfortably sleeps 4 guests. You will love all the fabulous amenities like the resort-style lagoon pool and fitness center. Come have the beach vacation of a lifetime at Bahia 4122.

*This property includes access to the Sandestin tram operated by Sand Dollar. The tram provides you with easy access to cafes, restaurants, golf clubs, the marina, the spa, the beach (in season), and numerous other locations! Check out the map included in the photos of this property! *

*Please note that parking in the garage at Bahia is $10 per stay, which covers one vehicle. It is offered on a first-come, first-served basis and is not guaranteed. Overflow parking is available on-site at the Inspiration lot nearby, which is a few minutes away on foot. We recommend one vehicle.

Bahia in Miramar Beach adds contemporary flair to vacation rentals at the Village with its South Beach-inspired motif. Bahia features luxury Destin, Florida condominium rentals located next to Lasata and across from The Grand Sandestin. The boutique-style condos also offer access to The Grand Sandestin pool and fitness center. Many like to fish off this long wharf or stroll out to the end to enjoy the shimmering scenery. Baytowne offers a wide array of restaurants, lively bars, seasonal festivals with fireworks, free concerts, and abundant amusements. Grand Boulevard is also a short distance away serving as Sandestin’s Town Center with additional restaurants, bars specialty shops.

SanDestin Golf and Beach Resort's 2400 acres boasts 72 holes of golf, a gorgeous pool with two hot tubs, 14 tennis courts, a full-service spa and fitness center, ziplining, a 98-slip marina with available jet ski and kayak rentals, and boat parking can be arranged with Baytowne Wharf for an additional charge. If that weren't enough, SanDestin's fabulous sugar-white beaches are a short car ride away!

Find an amazing array of things to do at Baytowne Wharf. Plenty to keep the kids happy – burn off some energy at the Adventure Land Playground and test your courage at the Gulf Coast’s only zipline or ropes course at Baytowne Adventure Zone. Go back in time at the Carousel or head to the future at the Blast Arcade and Laser Maze or the Boondocks Arcade. Want to get your shop on?? You’ll find a varied selection of shops right here in the Village, from a surf shop to funky clothing, shoes and accessories, and everything in between, a wine shop, a toy store, a general store, and even an old-fashioned candy shop.

The snorkelers in your group will love the new artificial reef called Seahorse Reef, deployed in 2017. Located just 715 feet out from the Topsail Hill Preserve State Park access, it is becoming a haven for sea life. Each of the 4 snorkeling reefs comprises 40 acres of permitted sea bottom. The Seahorse Reef is at a depth of 13-18 feet. We strongly recommend that snorkelers use a kayak, paddleboard, or other flotation device when visiting the snorkel reefs. Sea conditions can and do change quickly and often. Enjoy!

Everything about our trip and stay was perfect! The room was nice and neat, everything you need right there in the space. Close to dinner and cute little shops. The pictures make it look like there is a “walk out” balcony, it’s not. But you’re still able to open the door and get some nice fresh air in. The only thing that stood out to me was the room had some kind of strong odor. Other than that it was great!

The stay was AWESOME! Perfect for a couples trip. However, finding the place was hard. It is located behind Hotel Effie, through the parking garage. Then in the garage it will show you where to go. There is a shuttle that will take you to the beach or you can drive and park for free. There is a Walmart near by with boogie boards and snorkeling gear. It was super close to the Baytowne village, which is filled with good eats, drinks, and activities. Overall LOVED my stay.
