Snowbird Season runs from November thru February. For a quote, select an arrival date (must be the 1st day of the month) and a departure date (must be the 1st day of a subsequent month). Contact us for alternate date requests and further assistance! All monthly rentals are subject to an additional $150 cleaning fee.

Pet fee is an additional $250 per stay for a maximum of 2 dogs.

Welcome to Back to the Beach, a true hidden gem just steps from the breathtaking Miramar Beach—less than 500 feet away! This beautifully renovated townhome features 3 spacious bedrooms and 3.5 bathrooms. The first floor includes a garage, offering convenient access to the home, along with a guest bedroom furnished with a twin-over-queen bunk bed and a full bathroom. On the second floor, you'll find a cozy living room, a fully equipped kitchen, and a convenient half bath. The third floor is home to a luxurious king master suite with a private bathroom and an additional guest bedroom with a queen bed and its private bathroom. Located near incredible shopping, world-class dining, and a variety of outdoor adventures, Back to the Beach is the perfect vacation getaway. Come experience why the fun never stops here!

Area Attractions:

Back to the Beach is located close to the Silver Sands Factory Outlet, the nation’s largest designer factory outlet featuring more than 100 name-brand designer stores. Also close by is the Destin Commons with incredible eateries, upscale shopping, a park with pop-up fountains at its center, and favorites like Bass Pro Shops.

Grand Boulevard Town Center is a pedestrian-friendly, shopping and dining complex just off Emerald Coast Parkway, convenient to both SanDestin and Miramar Beach. For the high-end shopper, the center offers everything from Fusion Art Glass Gallery to Brooks Brothers Country Club. Several boutiques, such as Hello, Sunshine, and Magnolia House, carry fare you can't find anywhere else. Dining options include Mitchell's Fish Market, P. F. Chang's China Bistro, and Cantina Laredo Gourmet Mexican Food. In 2013, Walton County’s first movie theater opened at Grand Boulevard’s Town Center – the state-of-the-art Boulevard 10 Movie Theater.

If you are near Miramar Beach, the snorkelers in your group will love the new artificial reef called Dolphin Reef, deployed in 2017. Located just 685 feet straight out from the Miramar Regional Public Beach Access (by Pompano Joe's), it is becoming a haven for sea life. Each of the 4 snorkeling reefs comprises 40 acres of permitted sea bottom. The Dolphin Reef is at a depth of 12-20 feet. We strongly recommend that snorkelers use a kayak, paddleboard, or other flotation device when visiting the snorkel reefs. Sea conditions can and do change quickly and often. Enjoy!

This place has everything and then some. Walking to the beach is super easy. The 2nd floor is my favorite. Love the kitchen, the living area, and the balcony. I was super impressed by the amount of utensils and kitchen gadgets provided. Spacious bedrooms and bathrooms. TV in every room is awesome. Clear instructions from the hosts. Good location, close to everything. This place is a gem.

This was such a nice location, just a short walk to the beach on a pretty wooden walkway. The place was great because the 2 upstairs bedrooms were both the same and had their own bathrooms, so it doesn’t force the group to have to rock paper scissors who gets the master. Kitchen was really pretty and updated. Beds were super comfortable. Bathrooms were clean. One thing I wish we would have known is that the Airbnb had no cooking oil, salt and pepper/ spices, or keurig k cups. Not a huge deal but come prepared and bring some from home if you can!

Short walk to the beach
