The Sea Turtle Reef is at a depth of 12-19 feet. We strongly recommend that snorkelers use a kayak, paddleboard, or other flotation device when visiting the snorkel reefs. Sea conditions can and do change quickly and often. Enjoy!

The house was great. We contacted host with concerns Saturday morning and they had someone out that afternoon to address them. The wifi was super spotty the whole time which was difficult for those working on vacay and after dinner movies for the kids. The area is quiet, close to stores, and parking is generous. The beach access across the road is all stairs so if you're bringing little kids travel light! There are some public beach access points you can drive to with ramps but it's still a hike. Overall we had a wonderful time together, be prepared for lots of stairs in and around the house.- Reviewed On: 7/8/2026

It was so close to the beach, we loved the stunning color of the gulf water, it was so close for the teenagers to ride bikes to the TownSquare area where it was full of shopping and fun people, food trucks & a it had a vibrant beach vibe. Amazing value for money. This house is HUGE. We had 17 people here (including two babies), and there was more than enough space for all of us. Two kitchens, two washers and dryers, two fridges! This place was perfect for a large family vacation. Took 5 minutes to walk to the beach. Pool heater worked perfectly. Amazing to have during our stay in November. This is a great property for large groups. There are two large living areas and outside spaces around the pool and porches. The location was fantastic and was, indeed, 250 yards from the closest beach. We had a couple of minor issues; however, they were taken care of quickly without inconvenience. The home was perfect for our large family! We have four grown children, 3 of whom are married, plus 3 grandchildren. The spaces provide the flexibility for everyone to experience maximum privacy and quiet rest. The home is beautifully decorated and spacious, incredibly well kept. The beds were comfortable and everyone remarked that they slept well. The kitchen is fully equipped for all types of cooking. Two full size refrigerators and three ovens made cooking a family dinner easy! The pool is a wonderful benefit for kids who want to get on with swimming before everyone heads to the beach, or in our case, when the surf conditions prevented us from getting into the ocean. This property was Amazing! Once everyone got in and got situated, the place really felt like home! Also, the house is huge, as so that we indulged in a few games of hide-n-seek with the younger adults. It was a blast! Another awesome feature was having the pool heated! Although, I was a bit sad there was no hot tub, don't know how I assumed there was one(should definitely add). We walked to the beach, which was very close. And we also went down to the food trucks and had THEE BEST GRILLED CHEESE! LOOK for The Meltdown, amazing! Yea I definitely did great with this pick and if it wasn't a goal of mines to try different airbnbs, this property would DEFINITELY be a re-stay! Excellent location.
The location was phenomenal. Perfect parking for a larger group. Lots of space, plenty of hot water for 15 teen girls to get ready for the things teen girls get ready for and still leave the moms with hot showers. Very responsive property managers. This house was great. We had 15 people total, with a bunch of kids. Since there are 2 kitchens, multiple living spaces, several outdoor spaces and a pool - we always had plenty of space to either play, eat or relax.
The house has multiple sections, so kids can play in one area, if someone wants to nap or relax elsewhere.
The kitchens are well equipped, the bedrooms/beds were comfortable, and the furniture was comfortable.
If you’re traveling before/after summertime, turning on the pool heat is an absolute necessity. It was game changing for us as we were there in early spring, and the kids spent a ton of time in the warm pool.

Beautiful place and great location
I loved the location it was perfect for beach access & walking distance to sea side. I would suggest the owner leaving a list of the things that are broken for the new renter. We had a element in one of the upstairs kitchen shattered & a huge dent in the wall on the stairwell. I would rather have that in writing for the new person coming in, so there is no questions of the damage. The place was amazing & comfortable. I didnt like that a few things were damaged when we arrived, It didnt affect our stay I would just like for it to be known that it was already there before we arrived.- Reviewed On: 2/18/2021

The Aweigh From Home property was perfect for our group of 4 families with children. It is quite spacious with 2 kitchen/dining/living room areas and plenty of nicely appointed bedrooms and bathrooms to suit everyone. The layout and ample outdoor spaces make it a very nice place to gather and relax - especially the roof deck and the pool area. And the proximity to the beach was wonderful.
Though we requested the pool be heated, the heat wasn't as strong the second day as when we arrived. RealJoy sent a repair man to take a look, though he didn't come until the next day. The heat did seem to improve after he was there.

This is a great house with an easy walk to the beach, Seaside and other retail establishments. It is far enough off of 30A to be very quiet. We loved the porch on the top floor. The kitchen was very well equipped—the best we’ve had through Airbnb.
The only downside was the number of interior steps. This can be a challenge if more than a couple of people have mobility issues.
