Stayed for music festival right next door so it was all we could ask for! Sunsets over the beach, and a clean place to hang out and call home.

Enjoyed our short stay in this condo. Close to beach, good steam and sauna room for people who enjoy it. The lower rating for cleanliness is because we found that countertop under coffeemaker was not cleaned from previously spilled coffee that made some doubts how it is cleaned between group.

We contacted RealJoy in advance because I had a question about the code, the responded immediately easing my mind about entry. There is a 10pm quiet time which was widely observed; we needed that after long days in the sun and diving. Within a walkable distance is a great plaza with the BEST homemade icecream and a Mexican restaurant with entertainment in the evenings. Convienient traffic lights to get in and out of the property, are a must in the busy season! The master had a large tub which we needed after diving to rinse our gear off. We also used the washer and dryer which were very effecient (wish mine at home worked so efficiently) and had a great stay!

Everything from the location to the entire apartment was superb. Surrounded by all kinds of food restaurants, 2 outlet malls, water parks, novelty stores, and beaches. The apartment was awesome, with nice and comfortable beds, clean and very spacious. It was very welcoming upon arrival with soft music playing on each TV. We absolutely loved our stay there. My daughter was so surprised as it was for her Birthday . This place is definitely top of my list when I come back🥰🥰⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️ It rained, but we still got out for dinner and games

We had a great stay, Destin did not disappoint us in May! <3 Beautiful weather, beautiful views, beautiful place! Clean, 5min walk on the boardwalk to the beach, fast elevator, fully functional kitchen feeding the family, easy to ride your bike to get anywhere you need, easy parking. If we weren't on the beach or by the pool, we were on the balcony to catch a bite to eat, enjoy the sunset, or to listen to late night sounds. RealJoy was friendly and responsive to any issues as they came up. Would love to come back!

From the moment we walked in it was inviting calm and clean. Check-in was super easy(as well as checkout)The view of the ocean was beautiful and lovely to wake up to every morning. The kitchen is well equipped (we cooked every night) the rooms were fine as well. I only suggest more decorating to spruce this large space up but that’s all. We plan to return.

Definitely recommend this location! Barely a 5min walk to the beach. Less than a 15 min drive in each direction for anything you need to survive. My wife and I stayed for 7 days and we absolutely loved everything about this location in Destin! We will be back, hopefully sooner than later!

The only issue we had was the air kept automatically going back up to 72, 74, and 78. One morning it was 78 and that’s not ideal to wake up to. Otherwise we loved the place and location. Great vacation and would come back!

The unit was super clean! I loved the face that that master bath had both, oversized tub and shower. The entire unit was simple without a lot of “stuff” taking up space. Loved it all. Did not cook in the unit so can’t speak to kitchen utensils. Perfect for all we needed!!
