The unit was beautiful, clean, and exactly what we were hoping for! The views are phenomenal, you can see all the way down to Destin proper, the ocean, and the bay. Balcony gets great sun most of the day. The host was very professional and the communication was excellent. Would absolutely recommend this Host and the unit! Would love to come back.

Won’t disappoint, great view, clean complex, plenty to do like the pool, gym, sauna, restaurant, gift shop and a short walk to the beach. Family of 5, we had a great stay here and definitely recommend. Also 2 umbrellas and 2 chairs available for the beach, games inside the tv cabinet. Plenty of parking, luggage carts available, elevator, private community well maintained. Short drive to Destin, all in all I would definitely come back and recommend to friends and family or anyone reading this review.

I had an amazing experience staying here! The place was beautiful, incredibly spacious, and had a stunning view. One of the best parts was how close it was to the beach; just a short walk away, which made it super convenient. My stay was amazing! Me and my children enjoyed it. My siblings visited and they loved it. The Seacrest resort was everything! From the golf cart rentals, the boardwalk, the quick easy beach walk on the strip. Very close to EVERYTHING on the Destin strip!!
The pools were amazing but the security guy was unfair. I watched him let a family in w/out bands but he said something to me when it was on my son’s ankle. The parking was amazing..even the view and the tv in the elevator selling the properties. Im buying one lol
I’d book here every year for our family trip!!!! Everything was clean. There was enough linen. It was spacious..

The beach was beautiful and the first day we walked the long boardwalk! The second day we saw a parking lot that was for Seascape guests so we drove and parked. Much easier!

I would definitely stay here again! It was a great location with a short walk to the beach, pools for the family and it was quiet. I loved that we didn’t have to wait extensively for the elevators like we have in the past in similar condos in Florida. There were no issues with correspondence, codes, check in or check out so it made for a seamless process. Additionally all of the workers we came in contact with were extremely pleasant and helpful. Overall, this rental was definitely worth the price!

Great Host!! Fast response when needed. The location is very close to everything. The beach is in walking distance. “THE VIEW FROM THE CONDO IS BEAUTIFUL, ESPECIALLY ON THE BACK BALCONY OF THE LIVING ROOM and Master Bedroom.” You won’t be disappointed. The place was very clean and kitchen fully equipped with everything you need. Parking was great. 3 nice pools and a fitness center onsite. It was 7 of us and we had plenty of space. OVERALL I STILL GIVE THIS place and host 10⭐️s. Thanks Realjoy for having us. We will be back.

Very nice views, clean unit with everything included that we needed for our stay. Ample space for our party of 5. Great location with lots of amenities that we enjoyed. Great to have a coded door instead of a key to keep up with. Parking was easy and plentiful. Make sure to change out your parking pass, ASAP. We had a late arrival and slept in late the next day. I found a parking ticket on our vehicle by the time I got out to switch the pass. We still enjoyed our stay and plan to visit and stay here, again.

Very much enjoyed our stay! It was easy to access the beach with a short walk, and the condo has phenomenal views of the beach and sunset. RealJoy is accessible for communication via phone (calls or texts) and answered my questions quickly, which is always helpful. If you’re visiting in the off season, please keep in mind there is not a hot tub on this property.
