From the rear of the building, you get a bird's eye view of the lush 18-hole Seascape Golf Course. Ariel Dunes II features three large pools, one with zero entry and a spacious deck for lounging and catching some rays.
The spectacular resort amenities include 2000 linear feet of easily accessible beach with chair and umbrella rentals, on-site golf, tennis, fitness center, sauna, on-site pools (two are seasonally heated), watersport rentals, bike rentals, or dine beachside at Whale’s Tail Bar and Grill just across the street!
Check out Seascape Towne Center located within the Seascape Resort! Featuring shopping, dining, and entertainment, this is a 55,000sf lakeside development designed for the whole family. Your kids will love the outdoor adventure park including a ropes course, you’ll love the unique dining, nightlife and live music venues. With the large events plaza and arcade with laser tag, there’s really no need to step off the resort once you arrive!

Ariel Dunes is located close to the Silver Sands Factory Outlet, the nation’s large designer factory outlet featuring more than 100 name brand designer stores. Also close by is the Destin Commons with incredible eateries, upscale shopping, a park with pop up fountains at its center, and favorites like Bass Pro Shops and Hard Rock Cafe.
Grand Boulevard Town Center is a pedestrian-friendly, shopping and dining complex just off Emerald Coast Parkway, convenient to both SanDestin and Miramar Beach. For the high-end shopper, the center offers everything from Fusion Art Glass Gallery to Brooks Brothers Country Club. A number of boutiques, such as Hello, Sunshine and Magnolia House, carry fare you can't find anywhere else. Dining options include Mitchell's Fish Market, P. F. Chang's China Bistro, and Cantina Laredo Gourmet Mexican Food. In 2013, Walton County’s first movie theater opened at Grand Boulevard’s Town Center – the state-of-the-art Boulevard 10 Movie Theater.
If you are near Miramar Beach, the snorkelers in your group will love the new artificial reef called Dolphin Reef, deployed in 2017. Located just 685 feet straight out from the Miramar Regional Public Beach access (by Pompano Joe's), it is becoming a haven for sea life. Each of the 4 snorkeling reefs comprises 40 acres of permitted sea bottom. The Dolphin Reef is at a depth of 12-20 feet. We strongly recommend that snorkelers use a kayak, paddleboard, or other flotation device when visiting the snorkel reefs. Sea conditions can and do change quickly and often. Enjoy!

Most excellent!
Location, location, location. We’ve stayed at several places in and around Destin, nAD2 had the most excellent access to the beach and the amenities in the room were great as well. The pools were beautiful, unfortunately the temps never got above 55 the week we were there. Overall I’d grade it an 8.5, the parking lot police(security) was rude to my son, so I’ll knock off for that. In spite of that, we will definitely stay here again.- Reviewed On: 3/23/2026

It’s in a beautiful area, clean and very convenient to the music festival I attended. We are asked every day if the property manager can do anything to make our stay more enjoyable. Ariel Dunes II provided us a blissful beach stay with all the amenities filled great memories.
The view from the unit was breathtaking! Everything about our stay was fantastic including reaching out to the Superhost and receiving quick responses. The location of the property was centrally located to great restaurants, grocery stores, entertainment, shopping and mostly important, the beach. Location was great
The location and view were great. Apt had everything that we needed. Decent size. Bed in bedroom was comfy and clean which is the most important. Pool was clean. Convenient and easily accessible. I liked having a code instead of keycard for the room and facilities. It was nice having a Cafe on site. Food was great. Wasn't exactly the cleanest. Needed sweeping. Bandaid and sock laying behind bedroom door, trash under chair. Food particles in drain of sink. The kids said that the bunks were uncomfortable. The bottom bunk felt like you were laying on a board. The springs could be felt on pullout sofa bed but that is to be expected. The complex was quick to give parking tickets even though we had the tag in the same place all weekend.. It took them 3 days to say that it wasn't visible. Not sure what the issue was. Despite that, we would stay here again. Just maybe bring a foam mattress to lay on bunks and hope for a better cleaning person. Also, make sure parking tag is perfectly in your face visible!- Reviewed On: 6/13/2024

We thoroughly enjoyed our stay. The view from the condo is AMAZING! It is a gated community and just a short walk to the beach. Once you cross the road, there’s a restaurant right on the beach. The unit was well appointed with dishes, utensils, microwave, toaster, glasses, and even a blender to mix your own drinks. The ambience was perfect with music playing for our arrival. Gorgeous 20th floor views overlooking the beautiful emerald ocean and pond. Less than a 5 minute walk to the beach, lots of cuisine/stores close by. Place was very clean. Host was very responsive.
