This lovely 2BR/2BA condo features gorgeous views of the Lake with a backdrop of the Gulf, a huge covered balcony, modern tile, and vinyl plank flooring in the living and dining rooms. The fully equipped kitchen with granite countertops, and an in-unit washer/dryer are just some of the details to ensure that your vacation will be simply wonderful. The king master suite also boasts Gulf Views with balcony access and a private bathroom with a separate shower and soaking tub. There is a guest bedroom with a queen bed, and a queen-sized sofa sleeper in the living room, sleeping up to 6 guests comfortably. With 2000ft of beach access, three pools, a sauna, a fitness center, an onsite golf course, and a cafe, you and your family will have the ultimate luxury beach vacation at Ariel Dunes II 1908!

Located in Seascape Resort, Ariel Dunes II offers 24 stories of amazing westward views that span the sugar white sands and emerald green water of Miramar Beach. From the rear of the building, you get a bird's eye view of the lush 18-hole Seascape Golf Course. Ariel Dunes II features three large pools, one with zero entry and a spacious deck for lounging and catching some rays.

The spectacular resort amenities include 2000 linear feet of easily accessible beach with chair and umbrella rentals, on-site golf, tennis, fitness center, sauna, on-site pools (two are seasonally heated), watersport rentals, bike rentals, or dine beachside at Whale’s Tail Bar and Grill just across the street!

Check out Seascape Towne Center located within the Seascape Resort! Featuring shopping, dining, and entertainment, this is a 55,000sf lakeside development designed for the whole family. Your kids will love the outdoor adventure park including a ropes course, you’ll love the unique dining, nightlife, and live music venues. With the large events plaza and arcade with laser tag, there’s really no need to step off the resort once you arrive!

Area Attractions:

Ariel Dunes is located close to the Silver Sands Factory Outlet, the nation’s large designer factory outlet featuring more than 100 name-brand designer stores. Also close by is the Destin Commons with incredible eateries, upscale shopping, a park with pop-up fountains at its center, and favorites like Bass Pro Shops and Hard Rock Cafe.

Grand Boulevard Town Center is a pedestrian-friendly, shopping and dining complex just off Emerald Coast Parkway, convenient to both Sandestin and Miramar Beach. For the high-end shopper, the center offers everything from Fusion Art Glass Gallery to Brooks Brothers Country Club. A number of boutiques, such as Hello, Sunshine, and Magnolia House, carry fare you can't find anywhere else. Dining options include Mitchell's Fish Market, P. F. Chang's China Bistro, and Cantina Laredo Gourmet Mexican Food. In 2013, Walton County’s first movie theater opened at Grand Boulevard’s Town Center – the state-of-the-art Boulevard 10 Movie Theater.

If you are near Miramar Beach, the snorkelers in your group will love the new artificial reef called Dolphin Reef, deployed in 2017. Located just 685 feet straight out from the Miramar Regional Public Beach Access (by Pompano Joe's), it is becoming a haven for sea life. Each of the 4 snorkeling reefs comprises 40 acres of the permitted sea bottom. The Dolphin Reef is at a depth of 12-20 feet. We strongly recommend that snorkelers use a kayak, paddleboard, or other flotation devices when visiting the snorkel reefs. Sea conditions can and do change quickly and often. Enjoy!

Amazing view from the private balcony, walking distance to the beach, beautiful surroundings, swimming pools and fitness available onsite, easy parking, and smoothly check-in/out. The condo itself is very clean, spacious livingroom, nice kitchen, ocean view from the living room, kitchen, and master bedroom. Beautiful beach getaway

I stayed at this same condo at Ariel Dunes ll in October and loved it so much I booked it again. Beautiful condo with a beautiful view. Having to come home. There is some construction going on across the street where Topeka has concerts but not a problem for the hotel.

Overall We have enjoyed our stay the entire condo was very nice, the location was very perfect,the view from the balcony was stunning and the beds were very comfortable However, the carpets in the rooms were had a visible stains. While this didn't significantly detract from the overall enjoyment, updating or thoroughly cleaning the carpets would greatly enhance the guest experience.

Our stay was great. We didn’t care for the carpet in the bedrooms but other than that we really enjoyed our stay. We did not have any problems with the unit. The distance from the beach was not too far and the view was nice.

Beautiful, clean condo! Beds were so comfortable. Easy, quick walk to the beach. The unit was quiet and peaceful. The pools were nice and well maintained. Had all the amenities we needed including 2 different coffee makers, washer and dryer, toaster, etc. The air conditioning was nice and cold , felt good to come in from the hot Florida weather. The WiFi worked great and a good selection of channels on the tv. Huge, nice balcony with furniture and a table. We ate breakfast every morning out there with an awesome view of the beach! Definitely recommend this condo!

Beautiful condo with great views. You can sit outside and see the ocean while looking out over the lake. Everything you need is within waking distance such as the beach, restaurants, ice cream or just relaxing on the 3 pools on the resort. Will stay again next spring break.

Loved our condo for the week! Nice kitchen and everything was clean. Wish the sofa bed was a little more comfortable but what sofa bed is comfortable? Loved the beach chairs that were left to use in the closet. 6minute walk to the beach was easy but very HOT! Beaches are beautiful!

Amazing place to stay and will definitely be back!

The view is amazing! The condo was gorgeous! Very big and very clean! The condo had such an overwhelming cleaner smell when we first walked it. It was so strong and stinky. It took two days for the smell to go away. I’m not a fan of the plastic on the kitchen chairs. It looks tacky and your legs stick to the plastic if your wearing g shorts.
