We stayed a whole week and couldn't ask for a better place to stay! Waking up every morning to the ocean was amazing, its also walking distance to the beach, took 5 minutes or so. You can walk across the pond that's Infront of the condo and the beach is right across the street. The pools was amazing and very kid friendly. I would 10/10 recommend this place to anyone! Very quiet! . Thank you RealJoy for our stay!!

Great location! Great condo! Definitely recommend and would return to this unit again. An area of improvement would be to the cleanliness of the bedding and mattress. I removed and washed the duvet cover, sheets and mattress protector (only because it’s typical for places not to have clean linens and to “makeup to the beds if it were fresh”) and discovered the mattress was stained in SEVERAL places. Even though there was a mattress topper it was unsightly and felt unsanitary. Good thing I yank linens off to wash because it all came out white, white instead of off-white (yuk!)

Overall the stay was good. Unfortunately it was double red-flagged for our entire stay but on the bright side, they have a big pool area so the kids were still able to enjoy! The gym was a bonus too! Would stay here again!

Loved our stay! Location was great and place was immaculate. What was and was not provided was clearly described (but think hotel/motel rather than owner-operated airb&b). We were able to cook with materials provided but glad we brought our own good knife. Could use a tea kettle and wash tub but found other items to substitute for these. Tissues/Kleenex not provided but when I texted to offer suggestion they responded right a way and offered to bring some. Seascape is a large resort. I wish there had been a map of all the places and more detailed information about things like pool access and hours, restaurants, etc. I was disappointed with the lack of flexibility in check in and check out time given the overall price per night after fees, but they were completely transparent, in the fact that these times were not negotiable. We would gladly return here and can recommend without hesitation.

Nice property in good location. Several restaurants nearby but not extremely busy area like Destin. Master bedroom had one of the most comfortable beds I have slept in. Only slight negative is they request the temperature set no lower than 70. That's warmer than I keep my house but not unbearable. We would stay here again.

We loved our stay at the Rea Joy seascape Ariel Dunes II. The ocean views were breathtaking and the security on site and at the gates madeit feel very safe. The apartment itself was clean and roomy. we looked all over for months prior to booking and this was without a doubt the best deal, especially when we saw some commercial hotels in the area were charging $40-$50 more a night.
I do think it might be time to replace the couch cushions for some better ones though, that's the only "complaint" (more like suggestion) we have.
We will definitely stay here again!

Was really impressed with the overall experience from our beach vacation rental! This property is exactly as described. Cleanliness is my main priority, and this place was spotless.
Communication was always quick with the owner, who answered all of my questions. Beds are comfortable. Kitchen is great and has everything you need to make meals at home and eat on the balcony overlooking the gulf.
The pools are clean, refreshing, and relaxing. Pool chairs always readily available and clean bathrooms out at pools.
This property is located right on Miramar Beach and for us, as first time visitors, it was perfect. The water was crystal clear and calm enough for my young kids to be in without worrying. Walking distance to our fav eat, Lucille’s in the Town Center followed by Moo La La’s for ice cream. The Mexican restaurant was also delicious.
One thing to note if you have anyone with limited mobility - it is a walk to the beach. Definitely do-able, but if you are lugging a lot of stuff or have trouble walking, consider renting a good cart or at least a beach cart to get your things to and from the beach. This is accurately described in the listing, but worthy to note in this review :)
We hope this place is available when we return in the future because it was everything we needed and more! Thank you!

This was a great vacation!! The condo was very clean! In fact, we had to air it out a bit from the bleach smell ?. The location is amazing!! Very quite, no traffic sounds or yelling from the beach (which you would definitely get at condos/ hotels on the beach). The view was spectacular, and with open windows/ balcony door still get the sound of waves crashing. Another great bonus is the fact that you can walk 5 minutes to great restaurants - 2 birds (breakfast/ coffee place), Lucille’s (serve from breakfast to dinner; have karaoke every night and events, check schedule for that), Acme all in same strip.
Other awesome food places / activities:
- Brotulas seafood restaurant - can order fresh seafood by pound!
- Boardwalk in Okaloosa beach
- Harbor walk at Emerald Grande (parking $10)
- Parlor Doughnuts in Fort Walton. You will be dreaming about those donuts for months after..!
- best secluded beaches an hour away between Navarre Beach and Pensacola, worth the drive and can spend all day there! Plenty of public parking and can walk on the beach for hours. Beautiful drive!

The location, privacy, safety, and view of this condo were spectacular. Both bedrooms were comfortable and having their own bathrooms connected to each was wonderful. The kitchen was nicely updated, the living room had giant TV and comfortable furniture. The view out of the main bedroom and living room were simply amazing for sunsets, the patio was super big and had very nice outdoor furniture. The pools were huge and kept super clean. It was just a short walk to the white beaches and super clear water of the Gulf of Mexico. (as clear as Caribbean water)

Attention to detail on the cleaning aspect. first thing we noticed walking into the apartment was the scent of cleanliness. Everything was organized and had it's own place.
My wife is extremely picky about cleaning and there have been very few places below 4 stars she hasn't noticed something that bothers her. This place was spotless.
Decoration and many other perks such as extra clean towels and bedding, different cups for different beverages and so on.
You want a cup for beer, they have it. Wine, you got it. Personally I like cooking and this place was above and beyond in the kitchen options.
2 coffee machine makers(including a Keurig(coffee lover here)
Check-in was easy and effortless. Parking was easy too.
View is exactly as described or better. Grab your plate and enjoy a bite to eat with an exclusive and private beach + lake front view.

Unfortunately, we do not manage some of the surrounding condos and therefore have no control over their actions. Had we been made aware, we would have been able to contact the resort's security to try and resolve any issues that may have been a disturbance, which includes noise and smoking. The condo was very clean, comfortable and equipped with everything we needed. The only thing missing was a hair dryer. We found a great little travel hair dryer at the grocery store for $10 and it all worked out great. The company managing the property sent text in a timely fashion and we had no issues at all. My friend did loose one of the pool bracelets though. I would definitely stay there again! Pam
