We very much enjoyed our stay at this property! The condo was exceptionally clean upon arrival which was very much appreciated. The check-in and checkout process was so smooth. The resort was nice and also not too bad of a walk to the beach. There was also a lot to do in the surrounding area. This place was a 10/10. I will definitely book again!

We had a fantastic stay with RealJoy Vacations in Miramar Beach! The home was clean, spacious, and exactly as described. One of the highlights of our trip was the incredible view from the balcony—we loved being able to relax and take in the beautiful views of Miramar Beach every day. The property was well-maintained and had everything we needed for a comfortable and enjoyable vacation. The only minor inconvenience was accessing the property because of nearby construction, but that was outside of RealJoy’s control and did not affect our overall experience. We had a wonderful time in Destin and would absolutely stay with RealJoy Vacations again. Highly recommended!

The place was beautiful. The view was everything. I ws right above the pool and the beach view was stunning. I could see everything. The room was right by the elevators so it was mot a far walk at all. The room looked like the pictures as well. Easy checkin and everything we needed was there. I will say I wish they had more towels and face cloths. Thats the only down side so bring extra. We only stayed two nights and was down bad on towels but its a washing machine in there so that was cool. I will definitely be back

The team went above and beyond for us and even helped me surprise my husband with cupcakes and a balloon for his birthday! The bed was amazingly soft and we enjoyed the pools daily! I told the host it was my husband’s birthday - and they left us a sweet surprise! Never had a polite experience like that staying anywhere. The location of this stay is perfect. We were able to walk everywhere we wanted to go, and if we did drive, it was a 5-6 minute drive to great restaurants and shopping. Would stay again!

The only complaint I have is that our refrigerator would not get cold for the first 12 hours . I called twice the very night that we arrived and was told both times that it just took awhile to get cold. I called the next morning and they sent a repairman out and he said it was NOT cold at all . He went and got dry ice and finally by the next afternoon it was cold. BUT I do have to say that during all this they would call me and tell me what was going on with the repairman coming out etc. I know these things happen and I was not upset I was just upset that I felt they didn’t listen to me the first 2 phone calls that the refrigerator was not cooling our groceries .

This was our first time to Destin, I always am hesitant when it comes to booking because everything can be made to look good in photos. This was exactly what the photos looked like, it was a little walk to the beach but well worth it. It was a perfect vacation and we were so comfortable there.

We stayed a whole week and couldn't ask for a better place to stay! Waking up every morning to the ocean was amazing, its also walking distance to the beach, took 5 minutes or so. You can walk across the pond that's Infront of the condo and the beach is right across the street. The pools was amazing and very kid friendly. I would 10/10 recommend this place to anyone! Very quiet! . Thank you RealJoy for our stay!! only complaint is my bf said the big TV needed to be in the master room ;) we will be back!

Great location! Great condo! Definitely recommend and would return to this unit again. An area of improvement would be to the cleanliness of the bedding and mattress. I removed and washed the duvet cover, sheets and mattress protector (only because it’s typical for places not to have clean linens and to “makeup to the beds if it were fresh”) and discovered the mattress was stained in SEVERAL places. Even though there was a mattress topper it was unsightly and felt unsanitary. Good thing I yank linens off to wash because it all came out white, white instead of off-white (yuk!)

Overall the stay was good. Unfortunately it was double red-flagged for our entire stay but on the bright side, they have a big pool area so the kids were still able to enjoy! The gym was a bonus too! Would stay here again!

Loved our stay! Location was great and place was immaculate. What was and was not provided was clearly described (but think hotel/motel rather than owner-operated airb&b). We were able to cook with materials provided but glad we brought our own good knife. Could use a tea kettle and wash tub but found other items to substitute for these. Tissues/Kleenex not provided but when I texted to offer suggestion they responded right a way and offered to bring some. Seascape is a large resort. I wish there had been a map of all the places and more detailed information about things like pool access and hours, restaurants, etc. I was disappointed with the lack of flexibility in check in and check out time given the overall price per night after fees, but they were completely transparent, in the fact that these times were not negotiable. We would gladly return here and can recommend without hesitation.

Stayed here with 3 other people on a min vacation. Great size for two couples. Very spacious kitchen and living space. Balcony views were incredible. Super comfy atmosphere!

Nice property in good location. Several restaurants nearby but not extremely busy area like Destin. Master bedroom had one of the most comfortable beds I have slept in. Only slight negative is they request the temperature set no lower than 70. That's warmer than I keep my house but not unbearable. We would stay here again.

We loved our stay at the Rea Joy seascape Ariel Dunes II. The ocean views were breathtaking and the security on site and at the gates madeit feel very safe. The apartment itself was clean and roomy. we looked all over for months prior to booking and this was without a doubt the best deal, especially when we saw some commercial hotels in the area were charging $40-$50 more a night. I do think it might be time to replace the couch cushions for some better ones though, that's the only "complaint" (more like suggestion) we have. We will definitely stay here again!
