Located in Seascape Resort, Ariel Dunes II offers 24 stories of amazing westward views that span the sugar white sands and emerald green water of Miramar Beach. From the rear of the building, you get a bird's eye view of the lush 18-hole Seascape Golf Course. Ariel Dunes II features three large pools, one with zero entry and a spacious deck for lounging and catching some rays.

The spectacular resort amenities include 2000 linear feet of easily accessible beach with chair and umbrella rentals, on-site golf, tennis, fitness center, sauna, on-site pools (two are seasonally heated), watersport rentals, bike rentals, or dine beachside at Whale’s Tail Bar and Grill just across the street!

Check out Seascape Towne Center located within the Seascape Resort! Featuring shopping, dining, and entertainment, this is a 55,000sf lakeside development designed for the whole family. Your kids will love the outdoor adventure park including a ropes course, you’ll love the unique dining, nightlife and live music venues. With the large events plaza and arcade with laser tag, there’s really no need to step off the resort once you arrive!

Area Attractions:

Ariel Dunes is located close to the Silver Sands Factory Outlet, the nation’s large designer factory outlet featuring more than 100 name brand designer stores. Also close by is the Destin Commons with incredible eateries, upscale shopping, a park with pop up fountains at its center, and favorites like Bass Pro Shops and Hard Rock Cafe.

Grand Boulevard Town Center is a pedestrian-friendly, shopping and dining complex just off Emerald Coast Parkway, convenient to both SanDestin and Miramar Beach. For the high-end shopper, the center offers everything from Fusion Art Glass Gallery to Brooks Brothers Country Club. A number of boutiques, such as Hello, Sunshine and Magnolia House, carry fare you can't find anywhere else. Dining options include Mitchell's Fish Market, P. F. Chang's China Bistro, and Cantina Laredo Gourmet Mexican Food. In 2013, Walton County’s first movie theater opened at Grand Boulevard’s Town Center – the state-of-the-art Boulevard 10 Movie Theater.

If you are near Miramar Beach, the snorkelers in your group will love the new artificial reef called Dolphin Reef, deployed in 2017. Located just 685 feet straight out from the Miramar Regional Public Beach access (by Pompano Joe's), it is becoming a haven for sea life. Each of the 4 snorkeling reefs comprises 40 acres of permitted sea bottom. The Dolphin Reef is at a depth of 12-20 feet. We strongly recommend that snorkelers use a kayak, paddleboard, or other flotation device when visiting the snorkel reefs. Sea conditions can and do change quickly and often. Enjoy!

Exceptional

The view was amazing! The facilities were well taken care of A few of the pools claim to be heated, although after checking each one that doesn't seem to be accurate, the warmest one was still to cold for my 1 1/2 year old to play in and it was also the one in direct sunlight the longest. This was very disappointing

Perfect family beach stay

Perfect place for our family of four to stay! Plenty of room of everyone and the extra half bath is a great plus! The views from the 18th floor were breathtaking. The location is perfect. We really enjoyed this place! We traveled from Oklahoma and it was a 14 hour drive so we arrived around 9:30pm. The check in was super easy since she sent instructions to me around 8:30am. The walk to the beach was about 5 mins which wasn’t horrible at all. We also drove to a lot of different restaurants around the condo. There was a lot to do in this location. My kids also had a blast! We would definitely stay here again.

Our family stayed here during the week of 4th of July. The complex was gated and super easy to navigate, pools were big and had other friendly guests enjoying themselves. Walk to the beach was convenient instead of having to find parking along the busy roadway. We will definitely be staying here again for our next trip to Destin!

Great beach getaway!

Clean place to stay. The condo is not the most upgraded one on the beach but for the price, it is great. Of course Seascape Resort is hard to beat anytime. We would definitely stay here again.

Super nice condo

Beautiful views and great access to beach. Condo was really nice with lots of space. A bit outdated though. There are restaurants and other venues close by, within walking distance on resort, but not inside building or access to delivery. We'll definitely be back!

Upon arrival the room was very clean and well maintained. The view from the balcony was gorgeous with plenty of chairs for the whole family. Unfortunately the clothes dryer had to be restarted serval times to completely dry even a small load of laundry and the hair dryer supplied was broken. Also the mattresses are due for a replacement. Other than those issues, our stay was wonderful and the children really enjoyed the swimming pools. No issues with check in or checkout.

Great views

Beautiful gulf coast views from balcony. Great location. negatives include outdoor seating was terribly uncomfortable. Indoor seating for evening resting or watching television consisted on one “older, slightly dirty stained” couch. No where to truly stretch out and relax to watch a movie during those stormy evenings. And only one end table for a beverage while setting in the living room. And one last not so great thing….the sheets did Not fit the bed mattress in the bedroom…popped off every time they were touched. These things did not in any way ruin our stay, I will just look closer next time at furnishings and tv size (postage size tv not great) especially outdoor seating with such spectacular views you need to be comfortable!

Long weekend getaway

We had a great time. We loved Destin and the location of the rental was in a great spot! We rented a golf cart which made getting to the beach and surrounding shops a breeze. Will definitely plan another trip!

Great place. Not exactly a walk you’d want to make to get to the beach but a very short ride to get closer. But amazing view of the sunset from the balcony. Not a huge condo but could sleep 4-5 comfortably. But all in all I would try to get this place next time.

Thankful to find this last minute because our motel couldn’t get us ocean front. I think the furniture could use some replacing but it served it’s purpose. Nice kitchen, bathrooms and bedroom.

Ariel dunes ll 1805

Everything was great. Great view, clean! Only thing is I wish the comforters were thicker or had extras. After the sun, the air was cold...but my family didn't want to turn the air down. I froze lol.
