Great stay! This location is in the second building that faces the side of the ocean and the dock area with the lake. Gorgeous view towards the sunset.
Walking distance to the beach, you do have to walk maybe 1/4 mile to the beach, but there’s the Whales Tail restaurant for food and drinks, you can rent umbrellas and chairs which was a life saver for the hot beach!
The room was fantastic and exactly as described, and as the pictures showed. We did have a guest that needed to sleep on the couch bed, it was not a great mattress, but I contacted real joy at 10 PM that night and told them I was not happy with the comfort of the mattress. They wrote back 20 minutes later and said they would be delivering a memory foam mattress topper in the morning! Just as promised, they delivered it and it made a world of difference and the bed was very comfortable after that! STELLAR customer service and extremely fast response times! Definitely use them next time!

We enjoyed our stay! It was an easy check in process. It was a bit more difficult to get to the beach than I expected but not terrible. Some minor things to note. When we got there, there was sand all over the floors from the previous guest and the couch stains were pretty intense. The smell of weed coming in through the vents at times was very intense. However, the beds were clean and the kitchen was tidy. Overall, it was a good stay.

We had a great time at our stay at this condo. Clean and beautiful views. I wish I would have realized that you do have to cross a main road to get to the beach, but all in all it wasn’t bad. We went the first week of May and it wasn’t crowded so that may have helped. Condo was well kept and homey. The only thing extra I would have brought extra was more toilet paper and paper towels. Great space and beautiful beach - would return!

I was impressed by how well-appointed the place was! We have stayed at the beach in places where the furnishings felt cheap. But we felt like we had come to a home that was on par with what we are used to with our own furnishings. Even though we were on the 17th floor, the elevators are FAST, so we could quickly get to the condo. Not a bad walk to the beach.

It was a really cute place the only thing that disappointed me was the fact that you could tell prior tenets didn't treat it with respect and there was a few broken things that might need to be addressed. my son was a little disappointed about both saunas not being in service. we were sad to go home after 2 weeks and would love to come back again.

This was our first time to Destin/Miramar beach area. My family (4 adults and 2 kids)enjoyed our stay. The pictures are exactly what you get. It was very clean and organized and it had everything you would need. The view was pretty. It was a good 5 minute walk to the beach so if you have little ones, be sure to bring a stroller or be prepared to carry them. It was an easy, beautiful walk. The 3 large pools were so wonderful. One had a nice walk in feature that was so good for my 1.5yr old, I didn't have to worry about her going up and down the stairs to get in and out. Location was close to tons of attractions, shopping and restaurants. Very responsive and quick to help with any questions we had via text/email. We would definitely book with real joy again.

We really enjoyed our 10 days vacation. We felt like home, the beach was close, our 3 and 5 year old kids loved it also. We loved the pools, the beach and the view was awesome!!
The place was clean, they have kinda all you will need. We made breakfast in the apartment, the rest of the day we ate out.
We stayed at 1703. Such a beautiful view from there. Their balcony is large and clean. We watched the sunset from the balcony and also from the beach. Both views were amazing.
I truly have nothing negative to say about this apartment and place.

The place was clean had everything we needed and the view was gorgeous! Short walk to the beach which made things so much easier for the kids. The pools were really nice but the water was chilly but not a big deal. Check in and out was simple! My only complaint is that the details said there were some beach supplies in the condo but I couldn’t find anything and we didn’t bring much but a wagon thinking there were a couple chairs and maybe a few toys…also not a big deal at all. Overall everything was perfect and we had an amazing family vacation! Thanks Real Joy

This place was everything it said plus more. We went over Christmas and everything was open in the area except Christmas Day. It was very clean, easily accessible, and just a great stay. The only confusing part was the communication. You get text messages that you can't reply to, then you get emails that you have to reply to, and then sometimes you got to log into their site to find things so the communication is just a little bit of a struggle just wish it was one person communicating with you. Other than that it was a 5 out of 5 stars great place great view great location.

They place is GREAT! The neighbors and other guests are friendly! It’s close to everything, and the view IS EXACTLY AS PICTURED! I actually fell asleep on the balcony the first night! Hahaha! But the home was clean, relaxing, and accommodating! It had everything we needed. Bring extra towels, and a beach wagon if you have one, but everything else is there for you! 10/10!

It’s a really really nice place to stay. The view is AMAZING can’t complain. Short walk to the beach (5 min.) I will definitely book again in the future. I had such a good stay with the family.
Remember to bring extra trash bags from home, detergent if you need to use washer.

The location is perfect. You can see the beach and pools from the balcony. Literally no more than a 2 min walk to the beach. This unit is right off the elevator which was very convenient when hauling beach chairs and coolers to the beach. I would plan to bring your own beach towels and chairs. Also plan to bring or pick up extra household items like toilet paper and laundry soap. I would 100% recommend this unit for the view and location

Condo was just as expected, pictures tell the story very clean and nicely decorated. We enjoyed the large balcony and views. Building was nice and quiet and in a good location. The 3 pools are very nice, again everything was clean and well maintained. The only thing missing in my opinion is some sort of small shop for coffee, snacks and maybe drinks to have by the pool. There are no services on this property, anything you want you have to bring.

Absolutely LOVED our stay at Sea Ya Soon! The pictures do NOT do this condo justice. It is modern and so nice and VERY clean! Which was a huge plus for me 😉 Everything you would need is supplied. Super close to everything. The beach is just a short walk away. And the view from the balcony is breath taking overlooking the lake and being able to see the beach. Will reccomend this condo to my family & friends and will definitely be back! Highly highly recommend this condo!

Everything was amazing! Cheryl was wonderful and made the booking process a breeze. The condo...WOW! Beautiful and very tastefully decorated. The beds were so unbelievably comfortable that we didn't want to return to our own at home (which is extremely rare!). And the views, y'all. Just beautiful. Although it's not directly on the beach, the walk was very enjoyable and not long or hard at all. We will definitely be back!

We loved our stay at Sea Ya Soon. The condo was absolutely beautiful. Everything you could want and more! The view was gorgeous and even better than the pictures appear. We loved watching the ocean from the balcony and seeing the sunset in the evenings. It was also the perfect spot for morning coffee. The beds were very comfortable and bathrooms well-appointed. The kitchen had everything needed. Location was great - easy walk over to the beach at Whale's Tale. We would definitely stay again! Highly recommend!!

We just left and I cannot tell you how perfect our stay was! The decor is gorgeous and the views were spectacular! We loved that each bedroom had a private bath and there was ample room. The patio was our favorite feature - we had a group of business friends over and we had plenty of room to mingle and enjoy the gorgeous sunset! I highly recommend this lovely home for your next beach trip!!

The condo is beautifully decorated and very homey. We especially liked having cocktails on the balcony as we watched the sun setting every night. There is plenty to do in the surrounding area. If you love golf, the course is right on the property. We even arranged to go biking. There are plenty of safe bike trails near the condo. It was a wonderful place to just relax and read.

We very much enjoyed our stay in your attractive beach themed condo. The views of the beach from the balcony are so relaxing. The condo has everything any renter would want. Having a gym to go to on cool or rainy days is a plus. Close to restaurants, outlet mall, grocery store and across the road from the beach. Definitely would rent again. Our first time in Florida and this place made us feel like home. From the time we walked in "See You Soon" was clean, neat and organized...the furniture really makes you feel like you are beach side. The condo supplied everything from towels to baking pans...very convenient. Finally, that view was INCREDIBLE! We will definitely be back!
