Everything was absolutely PERFECT!! If we weren't at the beach or pool, we were on the balcony. What an incredible view for not being beachfront. Everything was very clean; comfortable beds and atmosphere. Highly recommend!!

We had a great time with our grandkids in this condo. We easily walked to the beach everyday and then spent the afternoons and evenings in the pool. We scheduled a couple of outside activities but kept plenty busy on site. We mostly cooked in the kitchen and the beds were heavenly after a long day of play.

We absolutely loved our stay here! The location was perfect and the views were amazing. We loved the walk to the beach and our kids did too. Overall, we really enjoyed our stay at Ariel Dunes II 1608. The place is like the pictures, aside from wear and tear on walls (scuffs, etc). It's a great view, the building is secure, and walkable to many places. Easy walk to the beach. The 3 pools we had access to were great (if you stay here you do not have access to Ariel Dunes I pools); one was heated. The condo was fairly clean...there was a sticky red spot on an end table that cleaners missed, along with a few crumbs. The floor was still dirty in spots, but it was cleaner than other places we have stayed.
Some sort of luggage rack for the bunk room would be helpful. Kitchen had everything we needed. RealJoy was easy to work with and we would stay here again.

This was a great stay. It was clean and roomy. Plenty of room for the four of us. The location was fabulous. The view was incredible. You could watch the sunset from the balcony every night. The kitchen has the tools and supplies you needed. The place was decorated super cute. I loved that it had a washer and dryer for our beach towels and suits. It was a short 5-8 minute walk to the beach. We had two littles with us and they didn’t complain about the walk to the beach at all. The pools were fabulous. The heated pool wasn’t heated enough for my liking in the evening but during the day it was perfect. We ate at the cafe onsite one time and enjoyed the food and atmosphere there. We had one issue with some construction happening during quiet hours but it was taken care of very quickly. We would definitely stay here again!

This was my very first time doing an Airbnb I was a little nervous and not sure what was going to pop up but after this stay it has definitely eased my mind on using Airbnb. Everything was literally how they described and the pictures were exactly what we saw, it was so peaceful and quiet and easy to get around, the only thing I didn't like was the fact that the pool was very cold and not comfortable at all, I wish they did something to make the water warm for the kids to enjoy when we were not at the beach but otherwise definitely 100% recommend!

We enjoyed staying here and would definitely book again! Host was responsive and friendly. The condo was perfect! Clean, well stocked kitchen, washer/dryer, several large pools, and a great balcony view! The walk to the beach is only about 5 minutes. We enjoyed the walk when we didn’t have our beach gear in tow, and we took advantage of the free parking (near the beach) when we did have our beach gear in tow. The restaurant located within the condo was also excellent. Overall 10/10! Don’t hesitate to book this condo!

first time staying at an airbnb and this place?? gorgeous!! the view? worth it! we had trouble getting there but that could be because it was our first time. there isn’t anyone physically working there to help you with directions/information, other than security, you pretty much get there and just go right up to your floor. there was no check in desk/process. the sofa bed and the bunk beds are not the best as far as getting the best sleep ever. overall beautiful, clean and location is great!

Very clean space, just like I like. Beautiful decor and the view is everything. The pool was nice, clean and fairly empty during our time there. Our kids enjoyed the pools. We met some owners hanging out at the pools who were really nice and friendly. The place had several cameras, so safety was not a concern. The walkway to the ocean is a little trek. My mother who is older was with us so we ended up driving and lucked up with parking. We really enjoyed our stay and would definitely recommend.

I recently had the pleasure of staying at a two bedroom condo hosted by RealJoy Vacations, and I must say, I was thoroughly impressed with my experience. The condo was located in a prime spot, just a few blocks away from the beach, making it the perfect place to relax and unwind.

Location was perfect! The condo fit 5 of us comfortably. 3 were our older teen kids and they loved it too. We all really enjoyed ourselves, the location was ideal, the view was absolutely amazing, and the pools were awesome! Great views waking up from so high up, awesome modern space, nicely decorated; all the kitchen amenities you may need were there. Laundry was great. I didn’t find laundry soap but got some. Walmart is nearby plus other stores. Lost Pizza is good! Loved the main bedroom shower,surprisingly good pressure.Balcony was great place to relax in and see the view which was breathtaking. Email response time was also great. Definitely one of the nicer spaces I’ve stayed in. Photos don’t do justice. Checkout time was tad too early should be at least 11:00 AM or later for us bad sleepers or when ppl have long drives ahead they need extra time otherwise feels like a mad dash. One of the sinks was clogged but we had a second sink next to it; office offered to fix it right away, I told them not urgent. We did buy stronger toilet paper; main bedroom door lock didn’t work. Please fix that for privacy. Also we couldn’t adjust fan settings. The cord was missing. Boardwalk nearby but not as diverse as Panama City Pier…more bars and smaller. Def want to get some restaurant recommendations! Public service note: might be good to tell ppl esp with small children that when they open the front door and if the balcony door is open it’s a mad gust of wind and indoor doors can slam shut hard…need to be mindful. That’s just nature but we loved having the balcony door open for fresh air! Temp inside was good and AC worked beautifully. Put in email memo Destin is on central time :) we thought it was a typo.Now we know! Some of the emails were not so easy to read with some weird symbols in middle… Keep it simple. Response time was great. I think it’s good to offer ppl a chance to stay one or two extra days, we would have loved to but couldn’t. At reservation time I felt three nights was enough but noooo. You’ll fal in love with the water and the beach! And the rooms! Sometimes you don’t know how much you’ll love a place until you’re there! Thanks to RealJoy for a great experience.

Very clean, patio sunsets are incredible!!!! But there are NO beach chairs or coolers, umbrellas, etc. The rentals on the beach are $50 for 2 per day. We had to purchase beach chairs and coolers so take that into account.

Excelente estadía,, muy limpio todo,, ideal para unas semana de descanso ,, los ascensores funcionan perfecto a pesar de estar en el piso 16 ,, son rápidos y limpios,, y el apartamento perfecto limpio,, tiene todo lo que se necesita para unos días en familia. This was our very first family vacation and this condo was absolutely perfect. We thoroughly enjoyed our time there with our kiddos. It was just a very short walk to the beach and a very short drive to restaurants and activities.

This place is just as described, if not better. Will definitely stay here again! The walk to the beach wasn’t far at all and the walkway was excellent. Close to shopping and restaurants too! The size was perfect for our 3 teens too. I don’t have any complaints!!😀

we loved our stay at Miramar. the room was awesome, clean, convenient, beautiful views, great kitchen amenities, and extra beach supplies! If you are looking for suggestions, some of the tupperware are missing their lids, and i would DEFINITELY add lamps to the master bedroom and guest room. other than that, this place had everything we could need!!!

Gorgeous views, description and pictures are exactly what you get. Very nice place and close to most of the best restaurants and things to do. Only downside is the ridiculous cleaning fee. For 2 nights in October, the cleaning fee was $242. So you in our case we started nightly rate of $118 and the total was $289/night with cleaning/other Airbnb fees.

This place was awesome! A 5 minute walk to the beach with all your beach equipment or 2 minutes if just walking down. The beaches were gorgeous and you can see so much from the balcony! We were happy we rented a car to go out and the only thing lacking was no essential spices in the kitchen (no oil, pepper or salt). That a a very minor detail because everything else was amazing!

My family and I loved this condo! We didn’t eat out one time in the evening because it was so relaxing and cozy to stay in after a long day at the beach. Perfect views and it’s a short walk to the beach.

Such a nice place. The view is so unreal, it’s a straight shot to the beach and everything is around you making it very convenient and relaxing. Definitely would have to come back again!
