Located in Seascape Resort, Ariel Dunes II offers 24 stories of amazing westward views that span the sugar white sands and emerald green water of Miramar Beach. From the rear of the building, you get a bird's eye view of the lush 18-hole Seascape Golf Course. Ariel Dunes II features three large pools, one with zero entry and a spacious deck for lounging and catching some rays.

The spectacular resort amenities include 2000 linear feet of easily accessible beach with chair and umbrella rentals, on-site golf, tennis, fitness center, sauna, on-site pools (two are seasonally heated), watersport rentals, bike rentals, or dine beachside at Whale’s Tail Bar and Grill just across the street!

Check out Seascape Towne Center located within the Seascape Resort! Featuring shopping, dining, and entertainment, this is a 55,000sf lakeside development designed for the whole family. Your kids will love the outdoor adventure park including a ropes course, you’ll love the unique dining, nightlife and live music venues. With the large events plaza and arcade with laser tag, there’s really no need to step off the resort once you arrive!

Area Attractions:

Ariel Dunes is located close to the Silver Sands Factory Outlet, the nation’s large designer factory outlet featuring more than 100 name brand designer stores. Also close by is the Destin Commons with incredible eateries, upscale shopping, a park with pop up fountains at its center, and favorites like Bass Pro Shops and Hard Rock Cafe.

Grand Boulevard Town Center is a pedestrian-friendly, shopping and dining complex just off Emerald Coast Parkway, convenient to both SanDestin and Miramar Beach. For the high-end shopper, the center offers everything from Fusion Art Glass Gallery to Brooks Brothers Country Club. A number of boutiques, such as Hello, Sunshine and Magnolia House, carry fare you can't find anywhere else. Dining options include Mitchell's Fish Market, P. F. Chang's China Bistro, and Cantina Laredo Gourmet Mexican Food. In 2013, Walton County’s first movie theater opened at Grand Boulevard’s Town Center – the state-of-the-art Boulevard 10 Movie Theater.

If you are near Miramar Beach, the snorkelers in your group will love the new artificial reef called Dolphin Reef, deployed in 2017. Located just 685 feet straight out from the Miramar Regional Public Beach access (by Pompano Joe's), it is becoming a haven for sea life. Each of the 4 snorkeling reefs comprises 40 acres of permitted sea bottom. The Dolphin Reef is at a depth of 12-20 feet. We strongly recommend that snorkelers use a kayak, paddleboard, or other flotation device when visiting the snorkel reefs. Sea conditions can and do change quickly and often. Enjoy!

Wonderful

Loved the view and location was nice. The actual condo itself was well kept and clean, decorated tastefully. It was perfect for a small family get away for the week. We had 5 adults and 3 kids and we were all very comfortable in the space. The location was close to the beach, nearby shopping, baytowne wharf. There was lots to do on top of the beach and the pool, we would definitely book again the future if we are traveling with this size group.

Very nice unit that had been recently redone. The unit has beautiful views, is very quiet, and very peaceful. We traveled with 5 adults and a 5 year old. The unit is great for older kids, though the high sinks in the bathrooms are not accessible for younger ones. We had an issue with a fan remote not working and RealJoy responded right away, fixing the issue promptly. Host was great providing detailed directions on accessing the property, which were super easy! If you need another parking pass, you must cross the highway to go to the HOA office, but it’s $10 for the whole stay, and the HOA staff was also super kind. The three pools were great, and the beach access was wonderful. A/C works GREAT (a must in sticky Florida heat) and the in-unit laundry was unbelievably helpful. Overall we had a wonderful time and look forward to returning!

전반적으로 깨끗하고 넓고 좋았습니다. 사진과 동일합니다. 뷰가 아주 훌륭했어요. 위치도 해변가와 가까워서 좋았습니다. 수영장 시설이나 건물 자체는 좀 오래돼보이지만 안에늠 깨끗합니다. 따뜻한 물도 금방 잘 나오고 변기의 수압도 좋았어요. 다만 위층인지 공사중이어서 시끄러웠습니다. 또한 몇몇 플라스틱 그릇들은 뚜껑이 없어서 불편했어요. 세탁기의 세제투입구 부분에는 곰팡이가 있었습니다. 아기가 바닥을 기어다니거나 걷기에는 바닥이 너무 더러웠어요. 발바닥이 새카맣게 변했습니다. 이런 점을 개선하면 좋을 것 같아요.

The condo looked exactly like the photos and appeared even larger in real life. Needed a quick trip to pick up all essentials like coffee, salt/pepper, paper towels etc. as they provided a couple of days worth of tp, dish tabs etc. Everything was accessible and wish we had longer to enjoy more that the town had to offer. Real Joy staff

We enjoyed our stay everything was as listed on the site. Plenty of room with each bedroom having its own bathroom. We will definitely come back soon.
