This 3BR/2BA condo offers a spacious living area, 9-foot ceilings, a private covered balcony, and a fully equipped kitchen with granite countertops. The king master suite features Gulf Views with balcony access and a private bathroom with a separate shower, soaking tub, and his and her sinks! There is also a guest room with a queen bed, a smaller enclosed bedroom with twin bunks, and a full-sized sleeper sofa in the living room, sleeping up to 8 guests! Located in Seascape Resort, Ariel Dunes II offers 24 stories of amazing westward views that span the sugar white sands and emerald green water of Miramar Beach. From the rear of the building, you get a bird's eye view of the lush 18-hole Seascape Golf Course. Ariel Dunes II features three large pools, one with zero entry and a spacious deck for lounging and catching some rays.

The spectacular resort amenities include 2000 linear feet of easily accessible beach with chair and umbrella rentals, on-site golf, tennis, fitness center, sauna, on-site pools (two are seasonally heated), watersport rentals, bike rentals, or dine beachside at Whale’s Tail Bar and Grill just across the street!

Check out Seascape Towne Center located within the Seascape Resort! Featuring shopping, dining, and entertainment, this is a 55,000sf lakeside development designed for the whole family. Your kids will love the outdoor adventure park including a ropes course, you’ll love the unique dining, nightlife and live music venues. With the large events plaza and arcade with laser tag, there’s really no need to step off the resort once you arrive!

Area Attractions:

Ariel Dunes is located close to the Silver Sands Factory Outlet, the nation’s large designer factory outlet featuring more than 100 name brand designer stores. Also close by is the Destin Commons with incredible eateries, upscale shopping, a park with pop up fountains at its center, and favorites like Bass Pro Shops and Hard Rock Cafe.

Grand Boulevard Town Center is a pedestrian-friendly, shopping and dining complex just off Emerald Coast Parkway, convenient to both SanDestin and Miramar Beach. For the high-end shopper, the center offers everything from Fusion Art Glass Gallery to Brooks Brothers Country Club. A number of boutiques, such as Hello, Sunshine and Magnolia House, carry fare you can't find anywhere else. Dining options include Mitchell's Fish Market, P. F. Chang's China Bistro, and Cantina Laredo Gourmet Mexican Food. In 2013, Walton County’s first movie theater opened at Grand Boulevard’s Town Center – the state-of-the-art Boulevard 10 Movie Theater.

If you are near Miramar Beach, the snorkelers in your group will love the new artificial reef called Dolphin Reef, deployed in 2017. Located just 685 feet straight out from the Miramar Regional Public Beach access (by Pompano Joe's), it is becoming a haven for sea life. Each of the 4 snorkeling reefs comprises 40 acres of permitted sea bottom. The Dolphin Reef is at a depth of 12-20 feet. We strongly recommend that snorkelers use a kayak, paddleboard, or other flotation device when visiting the snorkel reefs. Sea conditions can and do change quickly and often. Enjoy!

The views were absolutely beautiful to hear the waves and look at the water. It was so relaxing. I loved it. I do believe this is a five star. The only thing I would say is the bunk room was a little small.

My day was great. The views was great. The house was clean. Everything was really nice in the absolutely love my beach view so relaxing to sit and have a cup of coffee. I will be going back next year for my birthday in June.

The condo was great for what we needed. Check-in was easy. Everything was clean. There was plenty of towels for everyone. Kitchen was well stocked with dishes and pots and pans. It was a short walk to the beach and we did not have to worry about finding parking. My kids enjoyed the pool. We had no issues during our stay and would definitely stay again if we are ever in the area.

Great location, with an even better view! This condo was super accommodating to our family. The area/resort was so family friendly. Having a washer and dryer in the unit was a game changer too! I recommend just bringing extra toilet paper. The walk to the beach was super pretty, the resort pool was huge! The staff at Real Joy was super attentive with any questions. We even asked about extending an extra day while we were there. They made the process so easy! We will be back very soon.

This is a great location, about 20 mins from Margaritaville & 10 from local Starbucks/grocery store. Check in was a breeze, very clean. Bring towels and detergent, they offer some towels but more is always better. Big patio, nice for large groups.

This is literally your home away from home. My experience with RealJoy was nothing but amazing. The area is super close to the beach and with it being in on top floor you get to see the most beautiful sunsets/sunrises. With their 24hr service line, it was easy to get a hold of someone if there was ever an issue. It’s also one of the cleanest places I’ve stayed at!! My family and I felt so safe and comfortable staying here, we will most definitely be coming back.

This was our first time to stay at this property, and this condo was really wonderful! The view from the balcony was GORGEOUS! We were there during the COVID-19 craziness, so we sat out there and had all of our meals while watching the ocean. And sunset is stunning! The condo is very nicely furnished and the beds were really comfortable. We loved the large TV and all the channels for our evenings in! It was an easy walk over to the beach, and the heated pool was PERFECT for March and very clean! Another quality we really appreciated was that even though it’s a big complex, we really could rarely hear anyone moving around or talking. We will definitely be back!
