Located in Seascape Resort, Ariel Dunes II offers 24 stories of amazing westward views that span the sugar white sands and emerald green water of Miramar Beach. From the rear of the building, you get a bird's eye view of the lush 18-hole Seascape Golf Course. Ariel Dunes II features three large pools, one with zero entry and a spacious deck for lounging and catching some rays.

The spectacular resort amenities include 2000 linear feet of easily accessible beach with chair and umbrella rentals, on-site golf, tennis, fitness center, sauna, on-site pools (two are seasonally heated), watersport rentals, bike rentals, or dine beachside at Whale’s Tail Bar and Grill just across the street!

Check out Seascape Towne Center located within the Seascape Resort! Featuring shopping, dining, and entertainment, this is a 55,000sf lakeside development designed for the whole family. Your kids will love the outdoor adventure park including a ropes course, you’ll love the unique dining, nightlife and live music venues. With the large events plaza and arcade with laser tag, there’s really no need to step off the resort once you arrive!

Area Attractions:

Ariel Dunes is located close to the Silver Sands Factory Outlet, the nation’s large designer factory outlet featuring more than 100 name brand designer stores. Also close by is the Destin Commons with incredible eateries, upscale shopping, a park with pop up fountains at its center, and favorites like Bass Pro Shops and Hard Rock Cafe.

Grand Boulevard Town Center is a pedestrian-friendly, shopping and dining complex just off Emerald Coast Parkway, convenient to both SanDestin and Miramar Beach. For the high-end shopper, the center offers everything from Fusion Art Glass Gallery to Brooks Brothers Country Club. A number of boutiques, such as Hello, Sunshine and Magnolia House, carry fare you can't find anywhere else. Dining options include Mitchell's Fish Market, P. F. Chang's China Bistro, and Cantina Laredo Gourmet Mexican Food. In 2013, Walton County’s first movie theater opened at Grand Boulevard’s Town Center – the state-of-the-art Boulevard 10 Movie Theater.

If you are near Miramar Beach, the snorkelers in your group will love the new artificial reef called Dolphin Reef, deployed in 2017. Located just 685 feet straight out from the Miramar Regional Public Beach access (by Pompano Joe's), it is becoming a haven for sea life. Each of the 4 snorkeling reefs comprises 40 acres of permitted sea bottom. The Dolphin Reef is at a depth of 12-20 feet. We strongly recommend that snorkelers use a kayak, paddleboard, or other flotation device when visiting the snorkel reefs. Sea conditions can and do change quickly and often. Enjoy!

Great stay!

Location was great, easy to get to being on 1st floor, great beachy vibes all throughout. I loved how big the space was, it was very accommodating for our family. The beds were very comfortable to sleep in. I love that the beach was within walking distance. The beach was beautiful! There was sand in a couple of the bunkbeds. I never reported this because we only used two of the four bunkbeds so thankfully, we were able to find a bed without the gritty sand feeling for my girls.

Beautiful condo on the first floor. Had everything we needed for a family vacation. The king and queen beds were comfortable. The beds on the bunks are good for kids. One thing I wish I would’ve known was that the couch didn’t recline, they are reclining sofas, but there is no plug to plug them in. But the couch was very comfortable. The kitchen has everything you need to make meals. Just bring the food and spices. It has a Keurig and a regular coffee pot. My family enjoyed having three bathrooms. Loved the big patio. there was no beach toys or chairs for the beach so make sure you bring your own. Loved the big pools. They were beautiful and clean. This condo is beautifully decorated and comfortable. We would stay here again.

We enjoyed our stay. The unit was spacious and comfortable. the kitchen was well stocked with all cooking needs. The bathrooms were clean and perfect for 6 people or more. Being on the ground floor was very convenient for parking, bringing things to and from the beach or car and getting to the pool and gym. Walk to the beach was not too far. We did end up bringing less with us each time for ease and convenience. We had a very relaxing time and would recommend.

Can I give a higher score than 5 stars please. Seriously this condo was our absolute favorite of all the years we have vacationed in Miramar Beach & all the stays at Ariel Dunes. No waiting for an elevator on the first floor was a major win! The beds slept better than mine at home & this condo had plenty of space for our family of 7. We enjoyed our stay & looking forward to staying here again! Btw I found this condo on AirBnB & realized it was managed by Real Joy Vacations. By booking directly through Real Joy we saved $800 over the fees added by other vacay rental companies. We will definitely book with Real Joy again. No fuss, no long to-do lists at check-out! We really enjoyed our stay! The apartment was clean and fully equipped when we arrived. We were a group of 8 (4 adults and 4 teens), and it was spacious enough for all of us to feel comfortable. We made breakfast daily and even cooked a few dinners in the kitchen—it had all the gadgets and utensils we needed. We also really liked the convenience of being on the first floor, which made coming and going easy, especially with kids and beach gear. The beach was just a short walk away, so we rarely needed to use our vehicle, except for dining out or making quick grocery runs. Overall, a great place to stay!

Great for family!

Fully stocked & very spacious

The kitchen is fully stocked with all cooking pans, pots, utensils, and appliances you may need. The condo is very spacious and allows for your own private oasis. Lots of sand toys, wagon, and boogie boards for the kids to use! Thank you! The only ‘it would be better if’s’ that I can say are (1) I wish you could walk directly from the pool to the room instead of going through the lobby (2) the master bed is extremely firm - it would be more comfortable with a pillow top or egg crate. These 2 things didn’t keep from giving it a 5 star rating though.

The condo was perfect for our trip. Kitchen is stocked with lots of cookware, plates, cups, etc. It’s a fairly short walk the the beach. There’s a Winn Dixie grocery store a mile away. We’ve been to Destin 6 or 7 times and this was one of the best condos we’ve stayed in.
