Ariel Dunes I 803 is a lovely 2 bedroom, 2 bath condo with beautiful, modern-coastal furnishings! This lovely condo has panoramic views, a spacious living area, granite counters, and stainless-steel appliances in the kitchen. The king master bedroom features Gulf Views with balcony access and a private bathroom with a separate shower, soaking tub, and double sinks! There is a guest bedroom with a full bed and a sleeper sofa in the living room, sleeping up to 6 guests comfortably. Ariel Dunes offers 24 stories of amazing views that span the sugar white sands and emerald green water of the coastline. The building is angled slightly to the west, and the sunsets are incredible! From the rear of the building, you get a bird's eye view of the lush Seascape Golf Course, and the sparkling Choctawhatchee Bay.

Seascape Resort encompasses over 3 hundred acres of lush greens, serene lakes and 2000 feet of pristine white sand beach. Soak in the views of the gulf without all the traffic noise. Ariel Dunes I is set back into the resort, and is a quieter alternative, giving you a break from seasonal traffic noise but close enough for you to drink in the sights and sounds of Destin's famous beaches. Take a relaxing stroll to the beach and feel your cares melt away!

Ariel Dunes I offers a state-of-the-art fitness center, along with a 12,000sf pool featuring a zero entry, with a spacious deck for lounging and catching some rays before hitting the beach. Kids will love splashing around in the mushroom fountain!

The spectacular resort amenities include 2000 linear feet of easily accessible beach with chair and umbrella rentals, on-site golf, on-site pools (two are seasonally heated), tennis, watersport rentals, bike rentals and several restaurants, including the famous Whales' Tail, which features live bands.

Check out Seascape Towne Center located within the Seascape Resort! Featuring shopping, dining, and entertainment, this is a 55,000sf lakeside development designed for the whole family. Your kids will love the outdoor adventure park including a ropes course, you’ll love the unique dining, nightlife and live music venues. With the large events plaza and arcade with laser tag, there’s really no need to step off the resort once you arrive!

Area Attractions:

Grand Boulevard Town Center is a pedestrian-friendly, shopping and dining complex just off Emerald Coast Parkway, convenient to both SanDestin and Miramar Beach. For the high-end shopper, the center offers everything from Fusion Art Glass Gallery to Brooks Brothers Country Club. A number of boutiques, such as Hello, Sunshine and Magnolia House, carry fare you can't find anywhere else. Dining options include Mitchell's Fish Market, P. F. Chang's China Bistro, and Cantina Laredo Gourmet Mexican Food. In 2013, Walton County’s first movie theater opened at Grand Boulevard’s Town Center – the state-of-the-art Boulevard 10 Movie Theater.

If you are near Miramar Beach, the snorkelers in your group will love the new artificial reef called Dolphin Reef, deployed in 2017. Located just 685 feet straight out from the Miramar Regional Public Beach access (by Pompano Joe's), it is becoming a haven for sea life. Each of the 4 snorkeling reefs comprises 40 acres of permitted sea bottom. The Dolphin Reef is at a depth of 12-20 feet. We strongly recommend that snorkelers use a kayak, paddleboard, or other flotation device when visiting the snorkel reefs. Sea conditions can and do change quickly and often. Enjoy!

Place was great property was in good condition and a great location. Only thing that we would like to see different is to get blackout curtains in the bedroom, closest to the front door as the hallway light shined into the bedroom, making sleep difficult in that room. Other than that, everything was awesome.

This is my 4th or 5th time staying at Ariel Dunes and it never disappoints. The place is so conveniently located it’s hard to stay anywhere else, especially with kids. It’s a 5-10 min walk tops to get to the beach. The restaurant downstairs is awesome when you’re not wanting to cook, pool is great when you’re wanting to get away from the sand and salt. An arcade walking distance or a short 3 min drive. This place feels like home. The apartment was as described, beds were comfortable and it just felt like home. Can’t wait to come back next year!

This place was beautiful, well decorated, and had plenty of room. It was amazingly quiet. We never heard any of our neighbors, which is a huge plus for me. We loved eating on the deck. looking at the ocean. The pools were really nice. But we only went to the ocean. The restaurant down stairs was family friendly and fun to eat at. The beach was a nice short walk. And a gorgeous beach with white fluffy sand and beautiful water. The water was so warm. We loved this beach! We loved walking to the restaurants close by, ice cream, and even circle k. We would stay again!

Momma and teenage son loved it

I took my 17 year old on a long weekend trip before he starts his busy senior year of high school. This place gave us all we needed with each having our own bedroom and bathroom. Everything was clean and in working order. Location can’t be beat! View is fantastic! The description online is what you will find in person as well. We rented a golf cart for the weekend although we could have used a car at times too. Loved that it Miramar wasn’t as crazy busy as Destin.Highly recommend.

Awesome place and location. The condo was clean, which is always a plus. The washer and dryer were an added bonus. The balcony overlooks the pool, and the beach is a view as well! The building itself is nice and there were no long wait times for the elevators, which can be an issue during peak summer months. Took a few minutes to get to the beach, not a bad walk at all! We enjoyed our stay, and we will definitely book again in the future!

Excellent Vacation Property

The condo we rented was very clean and well appointed. The location and resort amenities were as advertised and very well managed. The golf course at the property looks as though it’s being repurposed for new construction but there are great golf courses five minutes away. Highly recommend this property and the management company that manages it.
