Seascape Resort encompasses over 3 hundred acres of lush greens, serene lakes and 2000 feet of pristine white sand beach. Soak in the views of the gulf without all the traffic noise. Ariel Dunes I is set back into the resort, and is a quieter alternative, giving you a break from seasonal traffic noise but close enough for you to drink in the sights and sounds of Destin's famous beaches. Take a relaxing stroll to the beach and feel your cares melt away!

Ariel Dunes I offers a state of the art fitness center, along with a 12,000sf pool featuring a zero entry, with a spacious deck for lounging and catching some rays before hitting the beach. Kids will love splashing around in the mushroom fountain!

Area Attractions:

Grand Boulevard Town Center is a pedestrian-friendly, shopping and dining complex just off Emerald Coast Parkway, convenient to both SanDestin and Miramar Beach. For the high-end shopper, the center offers everything from Fusion Art Glass Gallery to Brooks Brothers Country Club. A number of boutiques, such as Hello, Sunshine, and Magnolia House, carry fare you can't find anywhere else. Dining options include Mitchell's Fish Market, P. F. Chang's China Bistro, and Cantina Laredo Gourmet Mexican Food. In 2013, Walton County’s first movie theater opened at Grand Boulevard’s Town Center – the state-of-the-art Boulevard 10 Movie Theater.

If you are near Miramar Beach, the snorkelers in your group will love the new artificial reef called Dolphin Reef, deployed in 2017. Located just 685 feet straight out from the Miramar Regional Public Beach access (by Pompano Joe's), it is becoming a haven for sea life. Each of the 4 snorkeling reefs comprises 40 acres of permitted sea bottom. The Dolphin Reef is at a depth of 12-20 feet. We strongly recommend that snorkelers use a kayak, paddleboard, or other flotation device when visiting the snorkel reefs. Sea conditions can and do change quickly and often. Enjoy!

We enjoyed the property the beach was a short 6 min walk the pools was nice and clean. The condo was nice and clean. Only thing that i did not understand is the had a pool box on patio with a lock on it contact the property owners thinking there might be pool toys or some kind of life vest for small children we flown there so did not have a lot of room to bring our own so that would of been nice... but everything elese was nice.

Wonderful spring break

We took our two teenagers and two of there friends here for spring break. The condo was wonderful. The bunk room was smaller than I thought but is perfect for kids. Would definitely stay here again.

This property was in a great location. Just a short walk to the beach. Everything was clean when we arrived, and looks just like the pictures. Had a little bit of issue on check-in, but it turned out to a misunderstanding on my part. Everything we needed to cook and eat was provided, except salt and pepper(not a huge deal). The shower head in the master bathroom had a leak that would spray out the back of the shower head. Looks like it just needs new plumbers tape applied. We had a great time, and hope to make this an annual trip.

Location to everything was great… the condo was easy to access with no issues. Beautiful view! Having cookware and amenities was excellent. My only issues was the uncleanliness of the bedding. I didn’t check all the rooms but the one I slept in (middle room) seems as if the cleaning people just made the bed after the people before me. Hair and stains was still there. I just placed the blanket on top of unturned covers and slept. Everything else was was great! Will book here again!!
