Ariel Dunes I 801- Morning Raes

Gorgeous condo and wonderful gulf view. Location was great for being walking distance to beach, local restaurants, and close enough to touristy stuff when desired. Very clean and spacious. Beach toys left in the closet were a huge plus for our kids.

Only one pool was heated which I understand it was October when we just went. The other pools were freezing!!! Room was nice and host was great.

Great location! Ocean view! Great amount of space for all 9 of us. Walking to the beach was a breeze! Golf cart rentals are available but you don’t need one if you have a cart to carry beach stuff. Having a free fun pass a day was convenient. Our dryer wasn’t drying and getting ahold of the property manager was very easy. Came and fixed it within a few hours!

Where do I start . This space did not disappoint . It was my daughter's 21st bday and could not ask for more. The host was so helpful . I had trouble getting in the room because reading is fundamental. 😂😂They were quick to respond to any questions I had . The views unbelievable. It was so nice to feel like home . My family and I enjoyed our stay at this condo everything about it was amazing!! The place was nice and clean, and the views from the balcony were awesome. A couple of years ago, my family and I stayed in the Ariel Dunes II building so when we saw this condo listed and read that it was located in Ariel Dunes I, we were happy because we were already familiar with the area. The beach is literally within walking distance. We enjoyed going to the pool, as well as checking out all the local restaurants. You will definitely have an amazing experience!! Can’t wait to book again next year!!

This is a fantastic place with great proximity to the beach. It is less than a five minute walk to the beach and it also has two great pools as an alternative to a beach day. The kitchen is well equipped with anything you could possibly need to cook for your friends and family.
It is well maintained, clean and the photos represent exactly what you will see when you arrive.
Plenty of really good places to eat close by. Fat Clamenza's (Italian) and Outcast Seafood are both wonderful and within two miles.

You really cannot go wrong staying here. You will love it!

It’s a very nice unit super convenient to both the beach and the music festival we came for. Our only issue we encountered was the AC not working for a minute. They attempted to have it fixed prior to arrival but ultimately needed to send HVAC techs back. I appreciated the hosts being proactive in reaching out to see if it was okay. It ended up being a minor issue and was fixed quickly. Ragan even dropped by with a little box of cookies to apologize for the inconvenience. At the end of the day these are the type of people you want to host your stay. The pics of the place don’t quite do it justice. Excellent amenities, awesome balcony. 10/10 would stay here again.

It was a wonderful first Destin vacation for us. The beach is about a 5 minute walk. There’s a restaurant right there if you are hungry. They did an amazing job communicating and also send you helpful tips about what to do. We did the dolphin sea blaster cruise and we loved it! Staying here gets you one free adult ticket. The dishwasher wasn’t working but someone came out within the hour to fix it. We loved the spacious balcony, could literally sit out there all day listening to the waves. Would stay again!

Jilenna’s place was awesome!! I would definitely book again. The place was exactly like the pictures. It was very clean and well maintained. The beds were so comfortable. We had a couple minor issues, but Jilenna and her team was so responsive that the issues were resolved quickly. It was a short walk to beach, so the location was perfect. We really enjoyed our stay at this condo! We’ve stayed at Ariel Dunes II twice before and this was our first stay at Ariel Dunes I. We loved having an end unit for more space and the bigger balcony! The view was gorgeous. And we prefer the pools at Ariel Dunes I. The beds were very comfortable and the place had everything we needed. Our microwave was broken when we got there, but as soon as I messaged they immediately sent someone to bring us a new one!

Beautiful, spacious place. The sunsets and sunrises are beautiful and the beach isn’t too far away. I accidentally paid for a parking pass when it was already included and they kindly took care of giving me a refund when the front deck refused to at first. My girl friends and I had a memorable time. You won’t be disappointed..
