Great stay and great place! Everything was very clean on arrival and kitchen was well stocked with everything we needed. Walk to the beach isn’t bad at all and the pools are great! One suggestion would be to add a top lock that kids can’t reach. Our one year old was able to open the front door and that makes it hard to have peace of mind that a child won’t wonder out when you are trying to do something. Overall had a really great experience and real joy was super easy to communicate with. Will definitely book through them again!

This was a family vacation and we enjoyed every minute of it. The condo was clean, and well furnished. We loved the view of the beach from the balcony of the condo and watched the sunrise and sunset. The bathrooms and beds were clean. We didn’t spend much time watching TV because of all the opportunities there are in this area. There is a small shop in the condominiums and we were able to rent a beach umbrella and other stuff for the beach. RealJoy did a fabulous job communicating with us as we prepared for our stay-it was very so helpful. Staying in Destin and this condo is one of the best vacations.

We thoroughly enjoyed our stay. The condo was very clean and spacious and very well located. It had all the amenities for us to cook daily and menus for local restaurants. The 2 single beds were perfect for our boys who love to be close but hate to touch. My only concern is that there was not a safety latch on the inside of the unit door. This would be a great feature to add for toddlers who love to explore and have learned how to open doors, especially with the children’s bedroom being right next to it, and a little more peace of mind for parents. Overall our stay was very enjoyable and we felt at home. I would definitely recommend this place and I can’t wait to stay again.

I am rating it 5 stars but here are some things that I think could be improved - There is a lot of clutter with decorations and the decor/furniture is not conducive to an infant. There is not a rocking chair, high chair, etc.. The coffee table is glass and has a chunk missing out of the edge which is very sharp. We actually covered it with a few bandaids. The dryer has a horrible squeak/whistle the entire time it runs and the door is vented so you hear it the entire time. Same with the dishwasher, it to had a horrible noise when started. Overall, all appliances worked so we tried to run them only when we were gone. The condo was located in a wonderful spot, and close to the beach. It was clean. The pool areas were nice. Bring your own towels if you stay here.

The property was clean and well kept. The only negative was the ceiling fan in the master didn’t work and one of the closet doors is off the track. It was spacious for 2 adults and 3 young children. The balcony has nice views of the pools and the ocean. Only half of one of the pools is heated. Beach access is just across the street from the rental. There are a few restaurants and shops within walking distance. The restaurant on-site had decent food and very affordable, the service however is slow.

We had a great time, and loved the view. The Beach is a short walk from the condo. The only issue I had was the mattress in the master was not very comfortable to me, and I wish there were hooks for your towels in the bathroom. I notified Real Joy.
The condo was clean and spacious. Just an FYI, the best food we had was at Papi's Cafe and Grill in Fort Walton. Great Spanish food and very authentic. They had great customer service too.

Ariel 1 is one of our favorite places to stay in Destin. The location is perfect. The size, the layout and the decor of the unit is really nice. We also love the view from this building & spent a lot of time on the balcony just letting the world go by. It was the perfect thing in a really beautiful setting, both inside and out.

Our stay was absolutely wonderful. Condo was very clean and updated throughout. Easy access to swimming pools and the gorgeous beach. Beaut view from the balcony. Would definitely book again. Only thing i would recommend is a broom to be able to sweep up the sand. I found a dust pan, but no broom. Therefore, we vacuumed a few times during our stay.
