Ariel Dunes I 707 is a lovely 2 bedroom, 2 bath condo with beautiful furnishings! The master has a king with amazing gulf views, the guest bedroom has two twins, and a sleeper sofa is in the living room, comfortably sleeping 6! The kitchen features granite countertops, the master has a separate shower and soaking tub, and there's a washer and dryer in the condo for your convenience.

Ariel Dunes offers 24 stories of amazing views that span the sugar white sands and emerald green water of the coastline. The building is angled slightly to the west, and the sunsets are incredible! From the rear of the building, you get a bird's eye view of the lush Seascape Golf Course, and the sparkling Choctawhatchee Bay.
Seascape Resort encompasses over 3 hundred acres of lush greens, serene lakes and 2000 feet of pristine white sand beach. Soak in the views of the gulf without all the traffic noise. Ariel Dunes I is set back into the resort, and is a quieter alternative, giving you a break from seasonal traffic noise but close enough for you to drink in the sights and sounds of Destin's famous beaches. We had a wonderful 7-day family vacation at this property. We traveled with two adults and two children, and everyone thoroughly enjoyed their stay. The house was very clean, comfortable, and well-maintained. All the essentials were provided, and the towels and bedding were fresh and spotless. The location was great and made it easy to enjoy our time at the beach. We felt right at home and created many great family memories during our stay. It was absolutely wonderful booking this condo. The condo was so nice and had everything we needed. Real Joy was always there to answer all of our questions and help us throughout our stay. Great stay and great place! Everything was very clean on arrival and kitchen was well stocked with everything we needed. Walk to the beach isn’t bad at all and the pools are great! One suggestion would be to add a top lock that kids can’t reach. Our one year old was able to open the front door and that makes it hard to have peace of mind that a child won’t wonder out when you are trying to do something. This was a family vacation and we enjoyed every minute of it. The condo was clean, and well furnished. We loved the view of the beach from the balcony of the condo and watched the sunrise and sunset. The bathrooms and beds were clean. We didn’t spend much time watching TV because of all the opportunities there are in this area. There is a small shop in the condominiums and we were able to rent a beach umbrella and other stuff for the beach. We loved our stay. The Miramar area was perfect for our family. The proximity to the beach was great and the room was clean. We thoroughly enjoyed our stay. The condo was very clean and spacious and very well located. It had all the amenities for us to cook daily and menus for local restaurants. The 2 single beds were perfect for our boys who love to be close but hate to touch. My only concern is that there was not a safety latch on the inside of the unit door. This would be a great feature to add for toddlers who love to explore and have learned how to open doors, especially with the children’s bedroom being right next to it, and a little more peace of mind for parents. Overall our stay was very enjoyable and we felt at home. I would definitely recommend this place and I can’t wait to stay again.- Reviewed On: 4/3/2024

Great location 5 min walking to the beach. It wouldn’t be nice having at least a pair of beach chairs and umbrella for the beach. They’re only 2 soaps for the dishwasher and none for the washer. Overall it was a great stay. I’ll recommend! Thanks- Reviewed On: 8/13/2023

I am rating it 5 stars but here are some things that I think could be improved - There is a lot of clutter with decorations and the decor/furniture is not conducive to an infant. There is not a rocking chair, high chair, etc.. The coffee table is glass and has a chunk missing out of the edge which is very sharp. We actually covered it with a few bandaids. The dryer has a horrible squeak/whistle the entire time it runs and the door is vented so you hear it the entire time. Same with the dishwasher, it to had a horrible noise when started. Overall, all appliances worked so we tried to run them only when we were gone. The condo was located in a wonderful spot, and close to the beach. It was clean. The pool areas were nice. The place was very nice and beachy! It smelled good and everything was clean and in tact! Had a very nice view on the balcony and the master bathroom is to die for!!! I didn’t want to leave lol- Reviewed On: 5/28/2023

September Stay
The apartment was beautiful. The location was perfect. I would recommend this to anyone. Will definitely look into this property again if I ever make another trip to the Destin area. Beds weren’t very comfortable- Reviewed On: 9/6/2020
